I took my pickup truck for a front end alignment as it was pulling to the right. It is exactly like it was when I took it in. I was lied to twice. They called me and told me my truck was ready. I ask if they test drove it. His answer was yes and it drives straight. It was pulling to the right before I got out of their parking lot. The price was 9.00 more than I was quoted. I questioned him about it and he said that was for shop supplies that were used and that was added on all invoices, which makes the price 9.00 more than I was quoted. Needless to say it cost me $135.00 and my truck is still just like it was. They did say the next time I bring it in there wouldn't be a charge. There won't be a next time

I had a crazy day and on top of it someone s old rod thing took out my back tire, thankfully that seams to be the only thing that got hit!Tony took in my tire within 10 minutes of closing, and offered me exceptional experience! He helped me pick out the right tire for the job and made sure all my contact info was up to date. His positivity is something that is rare in Memphis and I am so thankful for the service he provided!

I came in March 16th and there was a misunderstanding about my appt , but Lori definitely got my car service in a reasonable amount of time . Later that evening I noticed an issue with my tire under carriage. I immediately call Lori and she told me know problem bring my car back. I returned on that Sunday and Toni customer service was superb!!! He took care of that problem while acknowledging every customer . I appreciate him for fixing my issue Great job to the Firestone Store on Exeter :)

I spoke with 3 different places before this Firestone immediately gave me a response that they understood my problem and what needed to be done to resolve it. They ordered the parts, and we dropped it off on a Sunday evening, it was done before lunch on Monday. Fast, efficient and friendly. Plus much more affordable than the dealership!

i would highly recommend not bringing your car into this firestone. i brought my car in for a simple barring fix and when i went to pick it up on the way home my car started making a dinging noise and then my car broke down on the side of the highway. i then called them to tell them what happened and they said that they don t want to work on it anymore and told me to bring it to the ford dealership. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!

Overall, we were very satisfied. The advice was great on the repairs that were needed and the staff worked to make sure that we understood what needed to be fixed. I only wish that the cost of the diagnostic would have been included in the cost of repair - the diagnostic added a considerable amount.

One of the best Firestones I have used. Clean, staffed, efficient, and most important, they offer good recommendations and seem trustworthy. This is my families go to place for oil changes, tires, and overall maintenance.

Edit: I emailed Firestone within an hour of their reply. Over two weeks later I still have no response to my email. I am reducing it to one star because of this. If you see them reply to other reviews with a similar response, expect that the person who left the review likely had a similar experience.Staff was very nice and able to work me in last minute for break issues. The problem is that I ve never had a Firestone attempt to rip me off this badly. They were charging over 200% retail price of AutoZone/Advance Auto Parts. There is no reason for this.When I called them out on it, they told me they pay more than what you can get it for retail. They offered to go slightly lower on one of the parts, but then refused the do the same for the others that were equally overpriced. I m fine with paying a premium, but this is ridiculous. $330 for a part that costs 160. And I needed two of them. Parts for brake change on front two wheels was nearly $1200 and $900 in labor to boot.They also pretended like the fact that they needed to change out a caliper was a big deal and would increase the cost and complexity of the job. That s funny since you have to take off the caliper to get to the rotor - which they were already replacing.I ve used Firestone for years, but this is having me second guess ever using them again.

Three plastic retainers at the top of radiator were missing after service.The plastic undercover were torn off after service.There is a drilled hole at plastic cover near the gas cap after the serviceThe so called "Brake Fluid Exchange" service never has done.

Spencer was so very kind and helpful. I was experiencing a crisis with my sick father, and of course, my car decided to have a flat during it all. Spencer was compassionate and helpful in getting me the best possible care. They did not have the tire in stock but he quickly found one at a nearby location. Kindness is a simple, yet powerful thing...and means more than anything when it is needed the most. Thank you Spencer and Firestone.

Firestone is my go-to place, this location especially. They always take good care of my car and update me through the process. I ve had other car places fix the issues before asking me and I was surprised at the price when picking my car up. They ask before they do any work and communicate the cost so there are no surprises. I appreciate that they apply the online coupons automatically. Great customer service and great work

Zero communication/updates that my car would be left overnight for a standard oil change and check up, despite a 7:30am appointment. The next day, after reaching out for an update, they essential communication that I need a replacement oil filter cap/cover replacement to completed the oil change -- basically forcing me to buy a part for an oil change that was part of a package. A $25-$33 part at AutoZone that retails for $97.99. They did offer 15% off after sensing my frustration.Its the consistent up-charging and price gouging that makes this location so frustrating. Will find another location for service moving forward.

If you have an appointment, don't expect them to even start looking at your car until 8 hours later. I dropped my car off earlier than my appointment time this morning (apt was at 8, I dropped it off at 7). The technician that checked my car in assured me it would get looked at before this afternoon because I made him aware that I had work at 2pm. I didn't have any other means of transportation, so I spent some time at the library that was close. When I came back hours later around 11, I noticed they still hadn't even pulled it out of the spot I parked it in. I went in to inquire about the status of when it would get looked at and was told that it was on the docket next after they finished looking at a minivan. I left again, ate lunch, came back, and my car was moved to beside the bay doors but no one seemed to be working on anything. They were all sitting around the desk just inside the bay chatting it up. I waited about 30 minutes in the office to see if they were even working on the minivan and no one was doing anything. At this time, it was almost 1:30 and my patience and availability had run out. I asked for my keys back and left. If I could give zero stars I would because, how hard is it to keep an appointment? When you schedule an appointment that means that that time spot is yours.EDITI emailed the company as was requested and nothing has happened. Two things of note did happen though:-My husband went in to try to straighten things out and was lied to about what happened.-Someone promised me over email that I would be contacted in 48 hours to resolve the issue. Guess what? I've gotten nothing!This company and apparently the higher ups as well don't care about their customer's time and are willing to lie to save face. Take your business elsewhere unless you really don't value your time.

Got a flat tires. Booked an appointment with firestone App at 10am, drop off the car around 8am, got a call from the store around 5pm and stated that there were two nails/holes which were too close to each other and was unrepairable. Need to change the tire, or there will be a safety issue, we got a coupon for you, it will only cost you about 200 $ to replace the tire... They did this to me last time, when I was scared, so I trusted them and changed the tire for over 400 $. This time I said no. So I went to other auto service which they get it done instantly, confirmed there was only one nail, not two. Shame on Firestone.Service: Tires

They changed the timing parts and all these parts and charged my son more than $1100 and didn't change the water pump. When my son took it back a couple of weeks later, they couldn't fix it.Couldn't fix it really?Lesson learned, now it's getting repaired again, same parts including a water pump for another $1,000.This Firestone SUCKS!

Spoke with Dustin, great customer service and got me in a timely manner. I was disappointed though at pick up. Spoke with Charlie. He didn't discuss any of the recommendations for my car. All he kept saying is I'll receive an email. I know nothing about cars, so the list was helpful but I was have liked more information and I felt very rushed.

They quoted a price of $560, the price for part was $360 for part (which you can get at AutoZone for $160), actually changed $662. I expect a markup on part but $200 is just pure theft and maybe they forget the taxes but that would have only been $50 not $100. This place is pure trash

I've only had good experiences here. The customer service is always excellent. The couple of times I chose to wait it I wasn't there long. Also the waiting area is pleasant so it's not a terrible experience during your wait. On one particular occasion I felt the mechanic was just honest with me giving me the best advice concerning my vehicle and not just telling me what would make the company money. I appreciated that more than anything. At the time I had an older vehicle but I wanted and needed to make the most informed decisions concerning how much money I spent on maintenance. I felt like I could do that with the information that was given to me that day.

The man I spoke with, Spencer, was great! He was helpful getting me in and with purchasing all four tires. Where everything fell apart was their service. I dropped my car off at 7 AM and Spencer told me worst case scenario my car would be ready by 4:30-5pm. I called at 4:15, and the guy said it would be about another hour before my car would be ready. Then I arrive around 4:50 and they still hadn t started! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! They had my car for 10 HOURS and are just now starting on my car! I will never come to this place again! I have never seen it take 10 hours to get tires put on! I have worked at a tire place before and never did we keep someone waiting like this!They were not able to finish my car today due to a pin hole in the firewall of the new tire. I have to return tomorrow to have it replaced. Austin was helpful and stated my fourth tire would be free when I return. We will see how things go tomorrow

I originally made an appt to go last Saturday and was called to change to the following Tuesday @ 7:30 and was informed I would be in and out less than an hour. I arrived 15min early and the only person in the waiting area at the time. I sat for 45min as I watched the techs take others cars back to get serviced and asked the front desk for my keys back and they spent 15 minutes looking for them! When he finally found them he claim it was accidentally put in the stack for tomorrow which is very ridiculous since they sent me a receipt as soon as I checked in that clearly stated customer waiting . The worker did not apologize for the inconvenience and laughed in my face. I would really like to speak to corporate at this point because I only attended this location to receive the discounted services per my employer.

Routine rotation/balance on my truck. Tires running smoothly up to that point. After, truck literally shook hard front and back at highway speeds. Rebalance at another shop resolved it. How can a tire shop do such a poor job of such a routine service?

Pretty disappointed they had young people running the front I couldn t get it asked for my car, results were terrible I went up there to get a balance in alignment pocket me 148 left there with the same results very dissatisfied.Update: I called earlier today seeing if I can get some work done they told me they re booked until next day I came anyway (never back down) they took my car and got to the bottom of it. I appreciate the staff and the manager Matt you guys help this frustrated mom! Kudos to you all

Heard of Firestone but never used their services before. Went to help my hotel maintenance man to pay half his car repair bill of $1,600..wheel alignment,2 new tires n lots of other stuff..Mike who help us was very friendly n patient as I was using 2 split payments on my credit cards while the car owner is using his debit card. Sent car on Friday n was ready by Sat afternoon. I will definitely bring my car the next time I need to.

I was traveling through Memphis.Rough roads on Rt 40Had a Sprinter RVBlew out my inside back tire.Even though I didn t have a reservation they found a way. My tire replacement was challenging.They all did a great job.If I lived near here I would use them all the time.Can t thank the managers and mechanics that found me two tires and installed them on a Sunday.Sky the mechanic was very experienced and polite.

Just went for an alignment. Great customer service and got my car back before I expected. Spencer even called me to verify information about my car to make sure it was done right, so I felt good about leaving my car with them.
