I took my computer from my van to them to repair it they charged me $250 plus dollars still not fixedOf which I wound up having to replace the computer---- ( ECM )Brandon co-owner refuses to even answer my callsWhen I stop by this morning he was not thereI called repeatedly and he was too busy to return my callsI definitely do not recommend themI hate that I even have to give them one starService: Electrical repair

I had heard their reputation locally but today experienced their knowledge and professionalism first hand. I took them a simple electrical fix that would have been more than many shops could have diagnosed. Not only did they quickly diagnose it, they even repaired an additional issue that I had not planned on repairing yet. All for a very fair price. This family business has earned a new customer in me.

We just recently discovered this business, and they are awesome! They're fast, knowledgeable, honest, and affordable. They've fixed 4 of our family members' vehicles. My daughter's car was making a horrible noise and as soon as the mechanic heard the noise, he knew what it was (a piece of plastic rubbing her tire), clipped it off, and didn't charge her anything! I'm beyond impressed, and I won't use anyone else.

UPDATE: Now have had to pay to have the car put back together before it can even be looked at to get fixed - after being told they would put it back together before we came to get it to move it to another shop. This business came as a recommendation to us but, DO NOT leave your car at this place without a written contract with them. They have had my grandsons car since October and it still is not fixed.I am sure they will respond to this review, but the truth is the truth. They had this car for 3+ months, they were paid and the car had to be towed from their establishment today.You talk to a different person each time you call, you never get the same information OR you get the same information over and over. Like, "we just have one wire to trace and it should be ready in a couple of days" or "we will call you"...then when you get firm with them, the wife calls you! We were told to come pick it up, went the next day to get it and it was not ready to pick up and they would not even let my husband in to make sure the car was OK. Horrible customer service, horrible handling of expectations - JUST HORRIBLE.If you want to do business with a local business and are looking for good professionals to work on your car - take it somewhere else.Service: Electrical

My daughter took her vehicle there to put in a new computer. They told her first they would have to replace the distributor because it looked really old. We explained to them the distributor was brand new and we just wanted to put on the computer and sync it to the vehicle they couldn't without replacing the distributor they said. So we went to get it and they charged her $50 for a diagnostic test when the computer wasnt even hooked up. If i were you i would not go here.

These guys are great. Took one of my RV's in with an electrical issue and they got it fixed fast and right. I have used them for several of my cars and they always do a great job. I would highly recommend.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I and other family members have taken our vehicles here to be repaired, only to have to pay MORE money to someone else to fix their mistakes! A transmission that was worse than the original was put in a vehicle, and they completely shot the wiring system on my dad s car! They have taken ZERO responsibility for their mistakes.

True definition of quality service and what s even better is the family that runs it! Very professional top to bottom with everything they do and there isn t much they can t do. Fortunate to have these guys in Cleveland/Georgetown area. I highly recommend this shop for ALL your vehicle needs.

They got it fixed and I felt the price was very fair. They tried their best to save me money and do a good job. I m very pleased, and I will definitely go back if I have any problems in the future.

Had an issue with my brakes after an upgrade and had a noise that was driving me crazy trying to figure it out. These guys had it figured out with an hour or so and I was on my way.
