I love everything Auto. Jeff and Kristen are some of the best people that you will find to help you. They do a great job at what they do and they will do whatever they can to help you if they can. I sit and watch them on YouTube every day and I seen just about every video that they put out. I just want to say thank you for your videos

Real life and here is a five star from someone that has more than one review. All this company does is on video and he is more than patient with everyone he works with. He can deescalate better than anyone I have ever seen and all can take a note from his attitude. Love how he and his bride work together. I went to Gatlinburg and purposely looked for them with no avail. My loss! Keep up the good work and we will continue to watch your channel and even the ads! Love you two! Stay safe!

Jeff and his wife are awesome people. Very fair in business and fantastic at personal relations! Very giving, caring people!Love the videos, especially the illegal parks. The excuses and hate always amaze me. Blaming you for their bad decisions. You re much more patient and kind than I could be in those cases.

Polite and kind. Easy just payed and got my car no issues. I choose to park where I did. These guys really are the best. Plus I like watching their videos because I see a lot of people doing stuff like this where I am from and wished my local guys uploaded. Keep up the good work.

We enjoy your videos on YouTube! Hope we can meet you guys on one of our trips to the Smokies, usually down there in September , hopefully will not need your services ( Illegally park or an off the road experience.) You guys are great at your job, and we can tell in your videos you two are very kind and understanding. Don t let the negative people who park for free bother you, hey (PAY TO PARK!! ) We do on every trip into Gatlinburg .

I enjoy watching your videos and the encounters you have with upset and a few nice people who think they should not have to pay to park. Your laugh comes at the best of times. I'm not sure I would be able to be quite as nice to "customers" as you are. People don't understand the costs involved with all of your equipment, upkeep, office, and just everything involved with keeping everything running. I wish you well in the future.

Watching Jeff and Kristen deal so kindly with their customers made my family want to visit the area. We enjoyed Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg this holiday and felt like we had the inside scoop on parking and trouble shooting. Thank you for your great videos. I secretly love the angry customers you get to be happy with your kind responses to them. Any 1 star reviews are people that feel entitled to break all the rules.

Love the videos. Find them entertaining and also informative, as we visit Gatlinburg on a regular basis. You do have a lot of patience at times and I appreciate the we you ll help the community also. Hope to see you when we visit next time. Fortunately our rental company we use gives us free parking passes.

I've been fortunate not to be towed by Jeff, but my father and I truly enjoy watching your video series on YouTube. These videos exemplify just how difficult some of these jobs are at times.The service you provide is vital for those who get stuck, have accidents, or are a property owner dealing with illegal parking. We just hope you keep doing what you are doing, there's a lot of us are glad you are here to help.

We love watching your videos from New Zealand. I visited Gatlinburg in 1989 My friend from Nashville took me there to see the Smoke Mountains. I love my stay there, it reminded me of a Swiss Village but it certainly has changed since1989.My husband lives to see the illegally parking ones and people's reactions. He loves your videos and we watch almost daily and are amazed how calm and cool you both are.Take care and look forward to more videos Your "Kiwi" Fans

I have never needed their service, but they would be the folks I would call if I needed their service. Watching their videos, they are honest and care about people. They always give back to their community and are thoughtful and kind to everyone. We could all learn patience and tolerance of others behaviors from Jeff and his wife.

It's funny the people that leave 1 star are the ones that are getting towed. If you only read the signs like you post then maybe you would not have to leave 1 star! By the way great you tube channel. You guys have so much patience.

Have never had the opportunity to meet them, however watching their videos, I know they are honest and kind folks. If I m ever in the area, I would not be mad if I got towed by Jeff because obviously I would have been doing something wrong! Much love from NC!

Jeff and his wife do amazing job at High Quality Towing they do not disrespect any of their customers and they do an amazing job at safely and carefully hooking up each car, truck, or whatever they get a call on. As long as you think smart and actually read the Signs around the area you will not find yourself a moody one star reviewer like the rest of the reviewers on here

I love watching your videos! My husband and I love Gatlinburg. It's our go to when life has had control of us too long and we need some R & R. We have never been towed, but if we do I would enjoy meeting the two of you! I know where not to park when we do visit . I want to thank you for helping those in need. Best damn towing company in Gatlinburg!!!!! 10 s... they go beyond expectations, take care of the vehicles they tow(legal and illegally parked).It's sad a bitter entitled Carol thinks she is above everyone and can park anywhere, then try and ruin a companies reputation...Keep up the good guys....

I just found your channel 4 months ago. I finally decided to scroll all the way back and binge the older clips. I'm now watching the clip of the big guy who's baby was in ICU and he started crying. You showed compassion and empathy towards him even though he failed to place his pass in a visible area. Then you accepted a gift card as payment. I was touched and my heart went out to him. That didn't last long. 2.45 seconds later he said I appreciate y'all making my newborn go without food this week. You still showed compassion. I didn't even hear you remark to that comment. The world needs more people like you.

It ceases to amaze me, it somehow becomes your fault because you have been hired by the property owner to remove illegally parked vehicles, trespassing on their property. When people know they have done wrong, they always lash out to others instead of taking responsibility. You have always treated people with respect, been more than fair while also protecting yourself. A friend of mine made a mistake and said you never once made her feel bad. You were kind to her, looked after her vehicle and went after hours to let her retrieve her car. When she spoke to business owners they spoke very highly of you. Keep doing what you are doing and remember those who get mad at you is only because they can t say, I screwed up . You are a classy team!

I was in Gatlinburg last month. I unfortunately didn't get to meet Jeff or get the pleasure of being towed by him because I followed his advice and PAID FOR PARKING. Love your videos, keep doing what you're doing.

I have enjoyed your show for years. I do not like the new format where you act as apartment parking lot police. You should have the property owners tag the cars they want towed have them put an orange sticker on it and then you tell it not you being the police I appreciate you guys

Such a great company to use for towing. The owner is really respectful and professional, if you see any bad reviews on this business it is because he does illegal parking tows. People are upset, but this company done a perfect job.

Sir, you have the patience and kindness of a Saint! So does your wife. I can relate to some of the negativity you receive from people who park where they shouldn't have. I live far away from Gatlinburg, but maybe some day I can come there. If I do, I'll see if I can look you up, or call for a tow! LOL. Keep posting your stories to You Tube. You have a fan in Birmingham, Alabama...
