They literally told me what exactly was wrong with my tires some kind of rod issue. But my mechanic said ok. He fixed it I got 2 used tires. All because of my oil change guy at Walmart Auto Care Center. My car is straight now!!!

Well, I should have read the reviews before visiting this place. Issues mentioned in other reviews happened with me too. The folks working in the auto care center are liars (read below), ill-mannered, disrespectful, useless and most importantly, lazy! They closed down their work at 6:15pm instead of the stated 7pm closing time.I went there for oil change well before their closing time. They checked-in my vehicle and asked me to wait for about an hour because "they needed to bring my vehicle into the workshop before determining whether they have the oil filter or not" -- weird!! After an hour, obviously they didn't reach back to me. When I went and asked again the guy at the counter (short, black complexion) said that the oil filter is not available. You know what, my vehicle was not even brought in the workshop. That means they lied in the first place that they need to bring in the vehicle. It was just a basic look-up in the booklet based on the make and model to determine the oil filter. Next, based on my vehicle details, I was able to find the oil filter model from the booklet that was there. Upon looking up that filter in the aisle, I was able to find it! That's another lie that the oil filter is not available when it was right there in the store. Then after 2 hrs when I asked again, I was given some weird reason that they don't have time to work on my vehicle. Why did they even check-in my vehicle and why didn't they inform me about their inability to work on my vehicle earlier? With their lies, it's evident that these people were just trying to get rid of customers to reduce their work and get paid by their employer for not working. And when their lies didn't work, they (the short-black complexion guy, the bald mechanic and the fat mechanic) bluntly said "we cannot do it today, come some another day." even though when there was enough time left in closing.This is absolutely unacceptable and worst customer experience!

Took our car in for an oil change and asked for a tire rotation too. I received the texted my car was taken back as I walked around the store and added a couple items to my basket. An hour and twenty minutes later I walk back to the automotive desk to get an update, since I received no more text notifications. I was told they didn't do the oil change because they were out of the filter. They also were not able to rotate the tires. The associate responded 'they told me why, but I forgot'. Such a waste of time to drive all the way out here and to not have a single thing done to my car. Especially not getting notified that they were unable to complete work so it had been sitting in the parking lot the whole time.

So I went to swap my car out that had a warranty on it because it qyit working on me. First I waited 45 minutes to finally end up being told they were out of 1 year warranty batteries and only had 3 year. Well mine only had one year so they refused to swap it out for me even tho it was there battery that went bad on me. I had to leave out of there still with a battery that ive been having to get a jump/boost everytime I need to start my car. That aint right! Picture attached of the battery that shows its not new yet not in bad shape- they should have swapped it!

Went to purchase tires. They didn't have the size tire needed for my vehicle. I was told that if another Walmart Auto Center had them I could purchase them and if they couldn't put them on, this particular location could. I found tires, returned and was asked if I wanted to purchase the protection. I agreed. Well, when I went to pick my vehicle up, I had to pay more for a service that I was not told about! The young lady apologized and said she should have explained better!!!

Horrible customer service. First they tried to convince me the wait would be too long and I shouldn t stay. I told the woman that I m leaving for a trip and had to get it changed today. She then rolled her eyes and put my info in while huffing and puffing under her breath the whole time. An older guy chimed in with her and said he wasn t staying there all night. It was 415 pm at this time. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and went shopping to kill time. I returned an hour later and saw my car was being driven out so it was done. Now there was a young cashier. I observed 3 people ask her to check in for services and she told all of them they needed to go outside and tell the guys working because she didn t know anything about the auto center. She s just a cashier. The guy then came in obviously frustrated, threw my keys on the counter and started helping the other customers. I asked the cashier if she could check me out for my oil change and she said I think I know how. I will not return to this location for any auto services. I was very nice to everyone the entire time. I ve worked in customer service for over 20 years. I know you get what you give sometimes. Despite my politeness, I was still treated badly.

They will be changing the name of this place to 'Walmart Auto Careless Centers' ! The technicians here are not technicians. I found their attitudes to be more like a collection of immature, inexperienced flunkies that are as clueless about working on cars as they are about being courteous to customers. Just read all the other reviews. There are other Walmart Auto Centers that are way better than this place.Service: Oil change

Amy was AWESOME! She helped me order a replacement tire due to road Hazzard and then when I decided to replace all 4 tires she ordered them and I had them installed the next day. Very pleased.

Worst customer service ever!!! First trip no one working in shop 1 1/2 hours till advertised closing. Asked to leave rim for tire install and told no. Second trip the next morning 45 minutes after opening only 1 person in shop told it would be 2 1/2 hours before they could mount 1 tire. 2 hours later two people walking around in shop but no one working. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. Would rate lower if possible!

I went there needing a tire immediately about 25 mins before they close. They refused to help me. Won't go there again.

I paid for the $30 oil change which includes them vacuuming the inside but instead they did not vacuum nor did they even think about it. So how do I know they use the right kind of oil? Makes you wonder huh?

Tried 3 times to buy tires here,dont waste your time,always an excuse I had an appointment last time,they only had 2 tires 4 me. Ok though Discount tires fixed me up they are fast,!!!!!

They typically try to say you are stealing but people got to. Know the way the law go especially when you still in the store and you have not left out the store and you are still shopping

Absolute worst service ever! I would pay three times what they charge to never step foot in there again. Do yourself a favor, go to Valvoline!

Customer service is terrible. Unprofessional staff, if you can even find them. Ordered online for store pick up. Was told to wait for call that it was ready for pick up. No one called. I would NOT recommend this location for anything.

Absolutely would not reccomend taking your car here. The people are lazy & tell you just what they want so they don't have to do their job. I personally will not be back.

Stop by today cause I had a nail in my tire I had road side hazard which is 10 a tire to end up paying almost to the t what I paid for the tire which the young man said I would only have to pay for the road hazard to be put on that tire and the cashier was rude as well I will not be going back to shop or for any repairs gallatin store sucks

Gallatin tire center not good. Lafayette tire center were very helpful. Made up for poor service at Gallatin store.

Went got oil change and waited 3 hours. I have to take my 2nd car for an oil change and tune up. Will be there at 7 when they open.

Service extremely slow! The staff is friendly enough but it always seems to be about a two hour wait. Think they need more staffing at the tire center.

Slow and really unprofessional for starters I came up here the day before at 4 and they said they was to short staffed come back Tomorrow so i went back up there today and waited 3 hours also the lady and one of the gentlemen who was working on our car was really hateful about me trying to get my car done today

Went for an oil change asked for specific oil. They put in a different brand without asking. I will never use this location again.

If zero stars was an option they would get it. They don't have people there, don't follow their hours, are extremely rude, and do a substandard job when you do get service.

What can I say about walmart! Lol. To change a flat an hr or two. No person in front of me!!
