Dan was absolutely wonderful! The collision department did an outstanding job on my 2018 MKX Lincoln. I was updated on the repairs and my vehicle looks brand new!!! Very pleased I highly recommended Dan at Vic Jenkins Collision!!!

The staff are just so helpful and friendly! I went in for a car rental because my car was at the mechanic's. I had to rent the car for a few days extra and they were alright with it. If you need a local rental 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend!!

Great place friendly staff and excellent service. Called one afternoon and they took me in the next morning. As it was an extensive job they set me up with a rental and had the car done right when they said it would be. Scott and Travis are anout the best I've ever dealt with.

I had a wreck and filed a claim and had my vehicle sent here. Since getting it back I ve had nothing but issues, front right wheel bearing had to be replaced, and the suspension trailing arm was bent and held on with one bolt which was sheared off. I PAID TO HAVE ALL OF THESE THINGS FIXED!!!!! I wouldn t recommend this place if it was the last dealership in the state of Tn. I m beyond livid, it s miracle I didn t wreck again.

Scott Jenkins is a good honest man! His staff consists of wonderful employees. Mr Travis Porter is one of a dying breed over in the parts department! Terry has always fixed my sister's cars and taking well care of my sister and her family's vehicles! Excellent place to purchase a car or have yours repaired!

Always happy with the service I get here. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly people who do a really job fixing my car and they have even sent me to another place that could take care of me right away when they couldn't and could do the work cheaper. Now who does that? A company I would recommend to anyone.

I brought my truck in for collision repair. Not only was the work done before the anticipated date, the quality of the repair was fantastic. They cleaned my vehicle inside and out, which I did not expect. They also offered to stay a few minutes late in order to accommodate me picking it up, if needed. I will recommend these folks to anyone I know.

Vic Jenkins is the absolute best. They were right there when I was in need a rental car after I wrecked my own. The staff that I worked with was friendly, understanding and ready to assist immediately. Dee I can not thank you enough for being so awesome and kind. I will never forget your words and meaningful attitude to be of service. Vic Jenkins Rocks!!

Be cautious. They said my car was a total. At least they and Progressive Insurance. I had to take a settlement which I could not replace the car for what the insurance paid me.Well bless my soul........guess what! Vic Jenkins repaired the car and it is now registered in Mississippi. Thank you Car Fax for enlightening me on the dishonesty of Vic Jenkins and Progressive Insurance. Think there might be a system going on there???? Will never do business at vic Jenkins again nor will ever recommend them.Update 07-18-22Advised by Vic Jenkins today that they were not a part of my getting the screws put to me on this incident. My car fax showed differently but to make Vic Jenkins feel better you can disregard my previous post. I m still furious over the entirety experience but who cares about that. It s over and done.

Had a minor accident with tail light and bumper cover damage. The Collision Center was very fast and very reasonably priced to do the repairs. Did a wonderful job and even cleaned and detailed our SUV Inside and out even though damage was only on the rear of vehicle. Thanks for a great experience.

Do not recommend took my car there three times for the same issue never fixed problem payed a lot of o money for nothing. Stay Away.

I took my vehicle to Vic Jenkins Unfortunately I'm not able to afford a new motor at this time.The customer service was excellent Mr. Travis thanks for your courtesy and professional service. I want to thank the young lady that works inside the office your strength and encouragement and testimony helped me out so much I really do believe God uses people even when you don't realize it God Bless you and the entire Vic Jenkins Company

Vic Jenkins does not deserve any stars at all. I have never ever been treated so wrong as a customer ever in my life. Scott Jenkins is a horrible mean man. I was done so wrong. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Please get your car fixed somewhere else. This company is a bunch of liars. They defintely don't put the customer first and believe what the customer says. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I was so impressed with them. I took 2 cars for estimates and repair. They were up front and honest with everything. The service manager Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and technicians were polite and respectful.

Worst experience ive ever had going to get our car fixed. Not only did they quote me a crazy amount after tearimg into my engine without me okaying it because I didnt answer my phone for a day. I go to pick up my tahoe and my while navigation, stereo, back up camera no longer works. I took it back and was told they are not at fault and that is coincidental. They will not fix it. The people I dealt with are a joke and i hope you listen and never go through what I did

Vic Jenkins Automotive has always taken care of our automotive needs, and my wife's family members have been customers for three generations. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices are always reasonable. I highly recommend Vic Jenkins.
