John Gillespie is a great asset to Toyota of Gallatin. He has always been friendly and informative whenever I would stop by to ask questions. I have been thinking about buying a new car for a few years now, and John has been very patient with me. Never once did I feel that he was rushing me along. Excellent buying experience!

I recently purchased a car from Toyota of Gallatin, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Despite arriving just one hour before closing time, the team at Toyota of Gallatin was very supportive and ensured that my car buying process was smooth and stress-free.I knew what car I wanted, so I asked for a test drive once I got to the dealer, and I was impressed at how quickly I was able to get in the car and drive it. Once I was confident that the car was right for me, the purchasing process was seamless. I explained my financial situation to the staff and they patiently walked me through each step, explaining everything in detail, so I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. They were transparent about pricing and financing options, making the entire process transparent and hassle-free.Overall, my experience at Toyota of Gallatin was nothing short of exceptional. We purchased a new Tundra from Toyota of Gallatin. The whole process was a pleasure. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. Our sales rep John Gillespie was outstanding. He worked to find the particular configuration we were looking for and had it brought to the dealer for us. Purchasing a new vehicle should be a pleasant experience and if you're looking to buy a new vehicle, I highly recommend John and this dealership.

The best car buying experience I ve ever had TRULY! Go see Alex Sinclair! I was in an out, like start to finish, in about 4 hours! Alex was so genuine and personable that I didn t even know he was a salesman until offered to help me. He answered all of my questions and helped me find a vehicle I love.

Great place and good people. Mr. Kenny helped me and my wife with almost everything he could. I am sure most places would have run us off. Jake and Camden in Finance/Sales were also pleasant and very helpful. We would buy here again...although they may not want us to do so.

Go here & work with Christian!!! Christian was awesome. After a less than desirable experience at another Toyota location, we got linked up with Christian at Toyota Gallatin just by doing an online inquiry. Christian was immediately communicative, helpful, and scheduled a meeting with us. When we met, he was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and a real human. He wasn t pushy, he asked questions that were helpful, and he answered all of my questions. Funny enough, the car we ended up buying came from the other dealership we had a bad experience with. I m so happy with my new car and glad I bought a Toyota at the Gallatin dealership with Christian. My new ride will last me forever but if I ever win the lottery then I ll trade it in for fun and hopefully work with Christian again. I also need to shout out the person who helped us with the paperwork and payments/warranties/etc. his name is slipping my mind, but he too was just human and pleasant and made our experience lovely and easy. Thank you!!

Sean G. Was very helpful. I found a used Camry online at this dealership. Sean texted and responded to all my questions quickly. When I met with him to do a test drive, he was very informative. He was not pushy in any way. Very friendly and accommodating. I researched the car I wanted over multiple websites of many locations. This dealership had multiple versions of the car at reasonable prices. I was happy with the price and the car that I found at this dealership. I felt I was treated honestly.

I had a good experience at Toyota of Gallatin. My salesman, Christian king was great! Arrived at the dealer with the truck ready to test drive. Explain everything I need to know. Made everything smoothly with the paperwork s. At the end of my visit, I left with a truck I m happy to enjoy now.

I ve purchased two new Toyota s from this dealership and they are incredible! The sales staff are very courteous and up front about costs and make the buying process a breeze. Their service department is so professional and prepared for your service appointment. When you call the dealership, a real person picks up the phone after one ring. Their entire facilities is spotless. I like this dealership so much, I drive over an hour to get my Tacoma serviced here because I trust they will take better care of my truck and my experience will be far more enjoyable. I d recommend this place to anyone who wants a positive and professional experience!

Had a great experience with Sean Gerald at Toyota of Gallatin. They didn't have what we wanted, but he found what we wanted. Had called another Toyota dealer, they didn't have it either, but never even offered to find us one. Sean downloaded the app on my phone filled the gas tank and we left happy with our purchase.

Really never thought I d be posting a positive review on a car dealership but our experience with Toyota Gallatin was so above and beyond, I felt we owed a good word. Our purchase of an extremely hard to get vehicle was so smooth and we were treated so well. We flew in from out of state to buy the vehicle and there were multiple points where we could have been taken advantage of just because it would have been hard to walk away. Still, nothing like that happened - Vinny and Christian followed through on all promises and played no games. Seriously the best. We d buy again from them in a heartbeat. Thank you!

I have been a customer of Toyota of Gallatin for the last 10yrs. Their sales department is very good. But their service department is stellar! Jordan has answered all of my questions and any issue's I've had with my cars over the years with such professionalism. I must also say that anyone in the service department that I have encountered has been awesome. I recommend Toyota of Gallatin to everyone,you will not be disappointed.

Mr. Kenneth Eastman has sold our family three Toyotas and we highly recommend him. Mr. Eastman is knowledgeable, helpful, trustworthy and makes the car purchasing process as simple as possible. Mr. Eastman explained the safety features of the car along with answering all of our questions. Everyone we encountered at Toyota of Gallatin was helpful and courteous.

My friend and I visited this dealership 1/24 with the intention of both inquiring about buying vehicles. We spoke with salesman Barry Robinson. What a joke. Barry moves at sloth speed and never once showed any true interest in selling either one of us a vehicle. At one point, he asked "what did you expect?" and "what are you really here for?" in a condescending tone. He saw two young ladies, and from our perspective, Barry treated us as if we didn't know what we were doing and we were inconveniencing him. My friend and I left abruptly and went down the road to Miracle Ford where we worked with an amazing salesman who truly wanted to see us leave in new rides. We walked away from Miracle purchasing a new 60k vehicle and a used 20k vehicle and an amazing experience. This is Toyota's loss. Do not suggest doing business with Barry Robinson.

Toyota of Gallatin made purchasing my new Tacoma the easiest process I've had purchasing a vehicle. Great communication through the whole process and never once tried to push or pressure me to purchase any addons most dealers do during the process. If in the market for new Toyota give them a call and ask for Vinny!

Had absolute excellent service with Kenny Eastman, he came highly recommended and we saw why!!! He went above and beyond to make sure that our experience in purchasing our vehicle was as pleasant as possible and I was even able to call a day later because I didn't understand how to turn off a feature and he walked me through it! If you are looking for another vehicle at Toyota of Gallatin, choose Kenny to help you if you want great customer service!

We went to Toyota of Gallatin to look at new vehicles and from the moment we were greeted on the lot, to the time we left with our new car, we felt very well taken care of and no pressure at all! Nick McCloyn was a great sales rep who took great care of us and we felt zero pressure! Camden in Finance was awesome as well, and was not pushy with extra add ons, that most other dealerships try to pressure you to buy! We would 100% recommend Toyota of Gallatin to anyone looking for a vehicle! They are a breath of fresh air among an industry that typically people dread interacting with!

Update: Sales manager was very quick to resolve the issue and offer me a full refund for the towing and the first night of our vacation stay we lost out on. They are resolving the issues in the service department. Well done, sales team! You guys are the gold star of the dealership! Thank you for making it right.I came here for service three weeks ago. They charged me for 7 quarts of oil and only gave me 4 quarts. My supra complained about low oil within 50 miles. The manager was nice and offered a free oil change.Today my tire blew on the highway. I looked at all of the tires and they are all bald!!!! They never checked my tires!!! This cost me $350 in towing because I was in the middle of nowhere. Their MASTER TECHNICIAN didn't check the tires!!!! I've only driven 400 miles since the service.You can see the inner tire mesh (white strip) on THREE of my four tires!!! THEY WERE THAT BALD!!!!
