I love Tennessee Tire And Auto Clinic!! They do an amazing job!! They are so friendly and professional. I went for tires and they made me aware of a couple issues I had going on with my truck. They wanted to make sure I was safe on the road and I'm so grateful for them going above and beyond. They are very fair on their prices as well. I would recommend them a 1000 time over!

I was a customer with TN tire for about 5 or six years. They were ok. Now something has changed they got worse. I have caught them lying, upcharging me. I went to another mechanic and he fixed the car for over half the price of TN tire's estimate. I got a price from the dealer ship that was still half the price of TN tire. I hate dishonesty. I did not complain to TN tire as It will accomplish nothing. They are very greedy to try and rip me off. I'm disabled and my vehicle is a 2002. These people will rip you off and over charge you. Go to the muffler place he's my new mechanic and he rocks. Very honest and Great work.

Tennessee Tire Auto Clinic is the best place around. I needed tires and they took care of me with an awesome set of tires. They really take care of their customers here and their prices beat everyone else s prices around. I definitely recommend this place. Thanks again guys, You are the best!!

The owner of this dealership sold me a car he knew would break down soon as I bought the car I started having trouble and he did nothing to fix the problem didn t return my calls or anything and was the mail one saying he doesn t like bad business and doesn t like selling cars he know people can t use 3500 dollars is what I gave for a car that I can t even drive me and my kids have been stuck numerous of places but when the shoe is on the other foot karma will come back let s home his wife and kids never experience what me and my family did btw his name is Chris and he s the owner sad folks still doing people like that but I ll chalk my loss.

ASE certified techs for repairs as well.I just bought a used truck and it had 2 new tires that I couldn't find a matching pair for... Chris had them next day! At the right price!

Wonderful service! Noticed a screw in our tire while out for donuts and stopped by to see if they would be able to patch it, they took our car back immediately and had it patched and ready to go within 10 minutes.On top of that a wonderful man in the waiting area offered to pay for the service!Will definitely be back for any tire needs & recommend this location to others.

They can fix/repair anything related to a car, truck, van, suv, etc. They are great at their jobs. The prices they charge are more than fair. The people are all very nice and personable. The service is quick and they will not do anything without consulting with you first to make sure you are okay with what they need to do and the price of the repair, etc. If your issue is a minor adjustment or a quick turn of a wrench you might not owe a cent. This practice has earned my business as well as several of my friends' business. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. In my humble opinion I believe this is the best tire and automotive business in Sumner County.

Excellent company to deal with, they are very friendly and professional, communicate well when you have vehicle in there for something, I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to them, and I did not know until I started going there that they do everything, towed my car in, fixed the issue, and took really good care of me. Now I go there for all my routine maintenance like oil changes, tires, rotation & balance and anything else that I may need. I would give them 10 stars if I could, they are family owned and you can really tell because they want to take care of the customer. Chris is a real stand up guy and very nice and knowledgeable, Tiffany is very sweet and really knows her stuff as well. So glad I found this company and will continue to do my business there from now on.

Bought a truck from this location. Everything was great at first fixed things when check engine light came in (which did multiple times). Had new tires put on and was told I get free rotate and balance. Took it in to get tires rotated and balanced and one tire had multiple stripped lugs. Of course the blame was put on me but I never touched anything. Had to have it removed and repaired which cost over $300. They wanted to argue with me that it was my fault. Took the truck to a reputable tire shop and was told they were way over tightened. Luckily they fixed it no problems. Just beware of buying anything from this guy even tires.

I ve taken my car to Chris for a few years. I just purchased my 2nd set of tires from him for my car to give to my 18 year old daughter. Not only did he give me a fair price, I had a sensor that was bad, needed an oil change, and he was so accommodating! He spent time with me over the phone and helped so much. I now have a new car, needing its first oil change, going to see these guys Friday! And Trent is great too! They are a great local business we should all support!!

I've bought wheels and tires from Tennessee tire in the past from them always helpful and prices are fair. I recently bought a expedition from there and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, the owner Chris is a family man and down to earth. If your ever in need of work done stop by and ask for Chris you will be well taking care of.

Chris and all the employees at Gallatin Tennessee Tire was terrific and very courteous. After they checked out my car, and what they told me was wrong with it I already knew needed repaired. The cost and service was great and I will refer them to my friends. Keep up the great job guys!!

I went there because I heard a couple good things about them, but my experience has been beyond dissatisfied. I purchased 4 new tires, which came with a free alignment. It's been a little over six months and I'm having to buy two new front tires, because they either didn't do the alignment or did it wrong. I don't know if the techs there are certified or not, but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I like to use local businesses. Chris knowledgable and had good prices. New tires installed, balanced and completed quickly. Can be busy I called first. I see why they are busy. They also carry decent line of tires and wheels. Plan to use them for my leaking rear axle since I had a positive experience.

Chris W***** sold my son a used car, told both of us the car was "tight" in good condition, I explained to Chris up front that my son had two baby girls he had to transport & that he needed a reliable vehicle but that obviously mattered none to him, only a dollar! We barely got the car home & as we were pulling into the driveway every light on the dash came on & it died, we opened the hood & oil was sprayed all over the engine. When we test drove it the clutch was sticking to the floor (I know nothing about a car) but again, he assured us it was just because it was a cold day & the car had not been driven for awhile, another lie. We had to put oil in it just to get it to the local repair shop where its been for over a week with several things wrong with it. I called Chris & politely reminded him that this was my sons income tax money & it was all he had to buy a car, he did not car, would not even consider taking the car back, only then did I look up reviews on him & found that he had done the same thing to someone else last year! How does he have a good rating at the BBB!!!! The most disgusting thing about him is he uses God as his front in order to make money!

Chris and his wife are the owners. I have been going here for years. They do a wonderful job. We get the best pricing in town and they treat us like family. We highly recommend tn tire.Wonderful service center

I bought 4 tires for my dump trailer and they are beastly tires. Hauling 3 to 4 tons at a time, I have to rely on my trailer for safe arrival. An added plus to the tires they recommend was the ride. It certainly pulls better loaded. Thank you Chris

Bought a van from here today, started driving down interstate and the engine blew up. He wouldn t even let me test drive it long enough and told me it was fine to get on the interstate. I m a 17 y/o girl trying to buy my first vehicle and he did this there s no way he did not know. I went back and told him what had happen he told me there is nothing he can do. Would not trust this place. Definitely going to be consequences my parents are not very happy at all. How could you be so dishonest.

Quick diagnosis of problem, got the part in and repaired my truck within a couple hours after breaking down. I was a long way from home and had been fleeced by other repair shops in the past. I wish the shop were closer to where I live. Steve and James work very well together as a team to handle my problem. The price was fair and they worked hard at staying within my budget. Thanks Guys keep up the good work!

Took my truck to Chris to repair the main rear seal, repairs were completed exactly when they told me and they charged me less than the quoted price. They did a great job and I would recommend them for any repair.

Been going here for years for any of my automotive needs. Nothing short of honest and straight up. Reasonable, easy to deal with. If you're new to the area I highly recommend them.

My brother went there for his vehicle a long while ago and they messed up the screw on his tire then got mad about the bad review. I won't risk going over there I just don't trust it.

DishonestBought a Nissan Xterra from this group, they claimed the vehicle was in "perfect condition", less than an hour later the car starts to overheat. Take it to a different mechanic, the radiator is busted. I called Chris to see if he would take a return or come to some other accomodation. He claimed "when the car left here it was in perfect condition" this is obviously not true. He lied about the state of the vehicle, and refuses to admit fault. I would not trust this company for anything.

Eould have gave them 0 stars but would not let me. They charged $426 for a tow bill because they refused to tow it less than 10 mins down the rode to our house towed it to their shop and charged us 30 a day for 2 days then charged to tow it d from their shop to our house. Should have only been one bill to the place they picked the car up to the shop. Such a ripped off. Crooked people.Psychological. Adding to my review nowAlso I have picture proof that they damaged my daughters car more when they dropped it off at my house after I wrote this review will be contacting a lawyer

All I can say there's not enough room on this review page to explain how good it feels to be took care of by that staff at Tennessee Tire I've been dealing with Tennessee tire for close to 20 years and every time I go in there they get stuff done and done right from oil changes to changing out a battery too engine work alignments to wheels and tires and also they have a good selection of new and used rims and tires because that's where I got mine at at a great price so if you need anything done just take it down to Tennessee tire and they will get it done for you you won't be dissatisfied you'll be happy you're done it so to the whole staff at Tennessee Tire thank you for all your hard work and for always taking care of me and my family.# Steve would be proud#

wonderful service, sweet staff. this was my go to tire/auto shop when i lived in gallatin. brett always tried to help me! this is also a good place to go for used like new tires that are affordable.
