My husband and I bought a 2012 Ford F250 Super Duty. They were very helpful with getting us the kinda of truck we was wanting. They gave us options on trucks that we could get. They got everything ready so all we had to do is test drive it and make sure it s what we wanted. They had it fully serviced, cleaned and a dent removed for us. They worked around our schedule with us working nights. We couldn t have asked for any better service than what we got. So if anyone looking to buy a vehicle come see them at Redline Motorplex they will help you in anyway they can.

Very easy people to work,they do giveaways at Christmas to give back and help how many around here does that...dont be scared to try purchase through them.They've got easy financing for anyone that pretty much works and holds a job!

The other 5-star reviews didn't exaggerate. This is a great, no-pressure lot with a friendly staff and solid attention to detail. I got good service from the phone to the front door, was able to quickly and freely test drive the vehicle I wanted, had all my questions answered and didn't feel the least bit uncomfortable. I generally don't trust car lots and have bought most of my vehicles from private sellers, but Redline is proof there are honest and trustworthy dealers to be found if you take the time to look. My mechanic gave my new purchase high marks, and that's obviously the final word.

I called ahead to see if the vehicle was still available the ladie answered all my questionsthey let me test drive the vehicle, the van was clean and ready to get on the road and put to work.overall great customer service, the lobby is supper nice and very clean, good clean selection of vehicles.definitely will consider them for my next car purchases

Hands down the best from start to finish! We thought it was too good to be true but I love my Yukon XL we purchased over a year ago from Redline!! Watch the fb and drive past the lot because inventory changes so fast, so if you see something you want... go visit the sweet women in the office and see what they can do for you!

My wife and I just purchased our second vehicle from redline and we couldn't be more appreciative of the help we were given. This lot truly takes customer service to a whole new level. This has been by far the best and most supportive experience for me buying a car. I highly recommend this for anyone developing credt, or just simply looking for a quality vehicle. The staff here is truly something else, and that alone is worth the experience of looking for your new car here.

By far the best truck buying experience I ve had was able to do everything over the phone and when I came in for my test drive all my paperwork was ready! There was a small issue with the ac on the truck I was looking at but they were notified and took care of everything very promptly! The staff is friendly and very hospitable! I will definitely be buying another truck from them in the future! Thank y all!

My truck lasted about 3 days before completely locking up so 30000 for 3 days now close to 2 months in the shop for multiple issues including replacing the computer.. no telling how much it will end up costing we were up to 6000 last I checked.. this was on a truck that they said there mechanic fully went through and serviced..

Worked with them for a couple of months to find the "right" vehicle for us. They were happy to help during the process and very quick to answer my questions via email. Once the right vehicle was found, easy negotiation , provided maintenance history and paperwork was seamless. I would highly recommend Redline if your looking for a quality used car.

They were honest with me from the very beginning and when I couldn't get a loan, they worked with me so that I could get my car. The car which I love. It was used but in great condition.They were genuine and I honestly felt like they cared about me. If for nothing else than their kindness, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I purchased a 2008 Ford Explorer. The car is amazing. We were really becoming extremely exhausted with our car search. The staff at Redline was courteous and extremely professional. We will definitely recommend them. Actually, we are planning to purchase another car with them.

These folks are great! Very helpful, professional, and they bent over backwards to help get our family into safe, great running vehicles. Time nor reputation are important to this business. I made an appointment to look at a vehicle they had for sale and informed them I was coming from Murfreesboro. When I got to this business they were closed. Their hours indicated they should be open. No one was there or answering phones. The following day I revisited the location and someone was working. I was told the person the day before had to leave to run an errand and pick up children. I guess having an appointment and them knowing my contact information didn't matter to them to make a quick call so I could avoid the almost 100 mile round trip journey. Flash forward 2 years after purchasing the vehicle this company decided to leave a retaliation review against my business. Mind you the vehicle was not a business purchase. After making calls on several occasions over the next 2 years this business still refuses to remove their fake review. They hide behind office personnel who field their calls like a criminal on the lamb from the law. They cannot handle an honest truthful review against them without retaliation so if you own a business and purchase a vehicle from them be warned that if it doesn't go well they will get in your businesses reputation with their childish behavior. I offered to modify/remove my post in reference to their disregard to other people's time once they removed their false blank review of my company, they refused.

Definitely a great place to shop for a vehicle have nice vehicles at a decent price they go above and beyond to help and meet your needs. Very polite and friendly staff. Highly recommend checking them out you won't be sorry

I would highly recommend dealing with Redline Motorplex. Great people, quality vehicles. We drove from Louisville Ky to do a deal with them yesterday and everything was exactly what I expected and more.

The staff at redline were awesome! I didn t think I was able to be approved with my credit and my situation. They went over and above to communicate with me, the process. Kandice was very helpful and stayed in touch and was very professional and pressure free. I recommend these guys to anyone looking for a vastly free, upfront, trustworthy dealership to work with!

Love the staff , they re super nice and helpful especially when it comes to finding a nice & dependable car . All their cars are pre serviced and test drove before purchase ! Would definitely recommend to a first time car owner because the process is so simple and easy
