Mike is extremely thorough and honest. He has earned my trust and my repeat business. I ve always been pleased with the service and expertise he has provided to me and other members of my family. Mike s the only mechanic that has ever given me a lower invoice compared to the initial estimate; that s a testament to his integrity as a business owner.

I have never been here until today..my underpinning on my car came loose and i pulled in to this place..Mike got me right in and out..such quick and friendly service from Mike and another gentleman that secured it..i will most definitely remember this place if i ever need them Thank you guys so much i appreciate all you did.

My daughter had a brake down on her MBZ ML-320 in truck country, she took her Mercedes in and they jumped right on it to find the trouble (Failure). Within a couple of hours had the problem nailed down. He explained to me & my daughter that parts supplies are limited & might take a little while to get them to his shop to repair the vehicle. Mike the owner got right on it. She broke down Thursday, Friday the ordered the parts. He informed me (and I am in California) and my daughter that he would have the parts there Monday by 3:00 PM & he would have the job completed very soon. Mike & staff are knowledgeable, honest, hard working, fair, great on pricing. I have no way to explain how safe I feel have them take care of my daughter car problem clean across this Great Country of ours. All I can say is Mike & staff are top shelf . That is what makes America Great, is people like this.

A carrier had this car in the shop. She sold it to another carrier so he was the one who picked it up from the shop and she paid for it. Shop wont honor the warranty BC another person paid the bill and it changed hands in the background. It broke down the next day. Going to pull other carriers away from this shop BC vehicles change hands and if they cant honor their shotty work them I would advise you to steer away as there are several good choices in Gallatin...premier shouldnt be the name if you cant live up too it!

Premier is Always my 1st go to place for tires or any Automotive issues... you can trust what Mike tells you... if he doesn't know he does not give you BS... he is honest and has integrity... top notch place... I been going here since early 2000's

Very helpful! BTW they have moved a block to the south, so go by the signage, not GPS. That takes you to the old address.
