Ben, at Poppa Willy Powersports, is absolutely outstanding!! I cannot recommend him enough! I will definitely be using his services again, whenever needed! He is an honest man, charges an honest rate, and does outstanding work! In my opinion he is worth way more than he charges. I m so thankful that I found him!

Ben did a great job on my quad getting it a fresh tune-up. My kids are back to riding and happy as can be. He also has Amsoil products so I know I m getting the best protection.

Ben is as straight up as it comes,he's currently working on my 09 softail and has found several things that I overlooked when I bought it and has brought them to my attention, definitely the most trust worthy mechanic I've encountered in a long time,if you want it done right hes your man.

Ben is the best mechanic around. He did a great job on my victory. He is very upfront about all the work he does, and he doesn't charge an arm and leg. Like most shops. Definitely will be going back for any other work I need.

Great communication, time wise he did exactly as he said he would . Price was fair . Easy drop off and pick up . Work was correct and great . I recommend to riders I come across !

I am extremely pleased with this shop. A top notch repair and service on our 2020 Honda 700 UTV. The manager sought to save us money repairing or replacing a brake rotor and a torn boot. I certainly plan to use them for all future UTV needs.

Ben is the best around. He s willing to answer any questions and help in any way he can. He s honest, fair and does a great job. I refuse to let anyone work on my stuff besides him. If you have any doubts or concerns rest assured that he will meet any and all expectations you have. 5 stars is low in comparison of his work. 10 stars is more like it.

He is great. Serviced my two bikes. Replaced a tire tube. Turn around was the next day. Very fair pricing. Only person in town I know of that fools with motorcycle tires. Friendly and professional. They offer quality service at a respectable price point. Ben the owner fabricated some things for me and I have had 0 issues for what is now year 4. Very easy to communicate and talk to and just through casual conversations I know he is knowledgeable enough for any task at hand from fabrication to powersports engine repairs.

Doing a tour around America on my bike and found Poppa Willy as it was close to my friends house. Had a feeling my chain was stretched and needed a new on. Called Ben went over and couldn't have met a nicer more honest guy. He said he would throw a chain on no worries. Came back on Sunday and he spent and hour on it and still was like don't worry about it...payment!?! There is no way that was going to happen. You don't meet honest mechanics anymore. Plus I would much rather give my money to a local guy than the big dealer/type stores. Wish he was in California!

I googled a bike repair in Gallatin, this one was five stars, and I am so glad I called...and he answered the phone, actually answered.He worked me in for full service in less than 48 hours, and came and picked it up in Hendersonville at my house because it would not idle so I could ride it there. Who does this???? NOBODY...He did full service oil, filter and spark plugs in less than five hours and BROUGHT IT BACK TO ME... WTH??This is the bike repair that I will stay with as long as it is in business. I highly recommend and give this shop 5 HUGE STARS.I appreciate it the integrity and professionalism as well as the down to earth advise. Thanks again, and I will see you soon to do some more upgrades.
