All the guys that work here are great. I've had nothing but good experiences with all of them - helpful and knowledgeable. Coleman was extremely helpful tonight. The employees are the reason why I mainly use this store.

When I went in it took a little while for the employees to come to the front of the store, but Carson was friendy and helped me with the car battery I need and was helpful with the warranty information.

This was my first time coming here and I'm glad I did. I needed to get a battery for my car but wasn't sure if that was it. A young man helped me right away and tested my battery and that showed correct. He took the old battery off and put the new one on for me. Now that's what I call great service. I hope the young man's name was Lane. My memory is not what it used to be. I'm sorry if that's not correct. Thank you for being so kind and helpful.

I stopped in this afternoon (Tue. 11/1/22) for a warranty return and had the worst experience, a lady named Donna was terribly rude and very disrespectful during the entire transaction. Good repeat customers should not be subject to this nonsense.

Called in, gave the exact part number, was told it would be there in 2 hours. Go to pick it up and the guy managed to order the drum brake kit instead of the disc brake kit even though I gave him the exact part number I needed. And then, he comes up and looks over his co workers shoulder. "Uh, did I order that?" They made a mistake and did nothing to rectify it. Not even an apology. Just stared at me. Now we start over again.

I'm sorry, pretty biased but of the few times I stopped in O'Reilly's, I've never had a great experience. Normally it wouldn't bother me but with so many other auto parts stores that offer better service I cannot justify going to any more O'Reilly's.

Returned a battery that was 1 year old that has had recharge issues since new. But they tested and replaced it w no issues thanks.
