Always a yes and ask for uncle James he's truly one of the best. The female manager is totally amazing and an awesome young lady wish that I could remember her name. A great place period.

Staff was knowledgeable and very honest. I needed my battery tested, found out it needed to be replaced. The sales individual said that they did not feel comfortable changing the battery due to its location and previous experience. I appreciate the honesty of the individual of not doing a battery change where they did not feel comfortable. In the end the right information was gathered and we were able to change the battery with no issues.

After my battery died this morning, I got my car jumped and drove up to have it looked at. Jonathon, the assistant manager, tested the battery for me, set me up with a new one, and installed it for me. I have a few areas of expertise, and cars isn't one of them. He didn't blink an eye at any of my dumb questions, and he was a pleasure to chat with. Always had great experiences here!

Shout out to Brandon. He provided exceptional service when we had a problem with our Ford truck. He diagnosed the problem and solved it in a matter of minutes. Not only was he professional he was kind. Feeling blessed.

I had a battery issue in my 2011 Chevy HHR. I wish I got the gentleman's name because he was sooo awesome. He was very knowledgeable and took care of my problem. Great job

There was a lady/woman there who s name I didn t get but she saved me money, time, and heart ache cause she stopped me from ordering the wrong part and pushed me in the right direction.Forever grateful

Anything parts that you buy here are always A1 I've been shopping with them for 5+ years and I have never gotten any product that was bad or had to return.I wouldn't shop at any other auto parts store but O'Riley!!!

I love O'Reilly Auto Parts. They always have what I need and unlike some of the other guy's I never have to redo a project due to poorly remanufactured parts. Also beware of Amazon spark plugs as they are selling knockoff parts. Just FYI NGK plugs are made in Japan not China. Also Bosch plugs are made in Germany not China and Amazon is selling knockoff products for the same price. I've personally had several issues with Amazon car parts always read the reviews and remember buyer beware.

After my previous experiences with O'Reillys... I really didn't even want to approach this place. I needed a quart of Paint TINT without any binders to allow proper tinting of a neutral bedliner and this location was recommended by a local bodyshop. I spoke with Allen first (who stayed well beyond his shift to assist) and then with Jeff. Both men went well beyond the standard "hi welcome to *******, what can I get ya"... They were understaffed, working over, answering phones and still made time to assist my OCD when selecting a color for this project. I got the paint tint I needed at a fantastic price. If corporate wants to know who to promote... these two guys are bringing customers BACK, not just selling wiper blades and batteries.Thank you Allen and Jeff, for your much appreciated assistance.

The only place I'll go for my automotive needs is O'Reilly. Always friendly service at every store unlike all their competition. Always a happy face and a true desire to help.

Mask requirement signs on every wall and door, but none of the employees had a mask. Except for one gentleman who had his carefully covering his chin, below his mouth. Unbelievable

I had been in your store many times, as my father-in-law David Chaffin "Chaffin Mobile Marine" had a business account for several years there. I want to especially commend Allen at the Gallatin, Tn store for his professionalism and concern. He genually was concerned that I got my 2012 Tahoe back running as it should. We talked about different possibillities of the problem even with the diagnosis of the OBD2 scanner O'reilly's provides. Thankfully it was only a minor tune-up with new plugs and wires. Thanks Allen. You keep O'reilly's running in my book.

Battery died in my car. Jumped it off and drove there. They were courteous and tested my battery proving it was bad and changed it out for me on the spot. Quick work.
