First time going here because I had a worn tire and needed a tire, asap. The shops around me were either closed or didn't have my size. I went here and was attended to quickly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Price and quality of the tire was great.

We love doing business with them but we showed up today and they were closed almost 1.5 hours before scheduled time and really needed a tire. Please update hours of operation to correct ones. Ty.

Wanted 4 used tires for my Silverado....no used in stock. Told me he could get me new summit Trail climbers ht II for just $35 more per tire new. I was in and out in 45 minutes with NEW TIRES !!!

I went in Saturday to have a tire plugged and it was not. I went back Monday to get them to show me the plug and there wasn't 1 and they didn't honor their dishonesty

I went to this tire shop about three weeks ago because I had a flat tire, had my car towed there and I was happy at first because the process was quick. My husband drive trucks and as soon as he got home, he took one look at the tire and said that tire is way too big for this car and I have a small dent on the side of the flat and it made my dent worse and by Monday morning my tire was on flat. My husband wanted to go back down there because he felt like they played me because I was a woman but I said we can just can go to Nashville and get another tire and we did and a few days later that tire was back on flat, my husband also think they didn t put my sensors back on the tires. I have dealt with small and used tire shops in Nashville and I have never had this problem, if you didn t have my size tire why not tell me and you all saw the dent. We are on our third tire and we are paranoid, I will never deal with them again and I m going to tell people that I know in the Gallatin area to not deal with them also.

I bought a used tire from here paid $50, prices has gone up from the last time I bought from here also that was without them taking my wheel off and putting it on. The used tire came to $45 plus tax so the price should of been $49.50 but they kept the 50 cents didnt even offer it back which isnt much but definitely shouldnt just feel entitled to it. Its a good place if you need a cheap tire to hold you over a bit.

I ordered some super low profile tires on line 295/25zr/22 and they were able to mount and balance them. Super professional and friendly! I called ahead dropped them off early and they were done in 2hr. I strongly recommend them for those super low profile tires. I would call ahead. Thanks GiGi's!

I have bought many tires for multiple cars at Gigi's. They are usually busy but get you out pretty quickly. Their tires are around $50 a piece. I have had good luck dealing with them. If you need used tires they are a sure bet!

Had a good experience. Had a nail in my tire close to my side wall and couldn't afford new tires. They agreed to do the repair and I'm still able to get from point a to point b. They saved my day some headache

Paid $100 to get my tires put on my rims and balanced. I asked them multiple times if they were going balancing my tires, they said yes multiple times and they never did. I had to go pay someone else $80 to balance them.

Good people good service don't have a problem with this place, got a set of decent 18 inch tires for 200 bucks, last me a year that's what I expect, save money buy new tires!

Not sure if the guy was having a bad day or it was just the heat getting to him but my experience last weekend (6/19/21) was very unprofessional on top of the unreasonable prices. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable tire shop where they know how to treat customers with respect. He recommended I go to Madison, so that is exactly what I tell all my friends, family and co-workers to do.

Got brand new tires from them . I didnt realize it at the time but they bent one of my valve stems the tire went low in a couple days and I noticed and took it back to them and they claimed they didn't do it which I know they did I put air in thst tire before I went and it was fine

I gave money 275 to get tires tires where bad so got some used dry rotten tires til he found a set kept putting me off I went bought a set my self had them put them on. So the money I had left was kept to go on a new set for another car and the agreement was I wouldn't owe for them brand new and once again putting me off want give me my money back goin on week � this is not where I recommend anyone to go they don't care about the customer and who knows if they even make sure your lugs are torque

Ripped me off ,put tp plugs in a leak on the outside of my tire and charged me 20.00 and I woke up with a Flatt. Said it would last a couple months lied to me

Definitely the go to used tire shop very cheap and they put them on for very cheap as well. They also fixed my tire instead of having me get 4 new ones which saved me money
