We've been using this company a little over a year now, and I can't say enough about their quality, service & quickness/attentiveness. They bring all the good things to the table and I have been really pleased with them as a whole. I no longer even live in Gallatin and I still plan on using them for all of my tire needs. Kudos to them for doing things right! I would highly recommend.

Great service, friendly staff that goes far out of their way to the customer. I recommend if you live in the Gallatin area, and need help, go by and let the good people at General Tire Services help you. They got my car to go through Marta with no problems!**Additional Comments Update. On March 5, 2022, We had a flat on my wife's 2007 Mustang. I own a Air Compressor to inflate the tire just goid enough to get it to General Tire. We got it there. It didn't seem like it was only 10 minutes to fix the Tire. It just got a nail in, typical. General Tire fixed it very fast and only charged us $14.00! I was over satisfied. The owner of General Tire who has known me for many years came out to greet me, my wife and another customer. You can't find local customer service and satisfaction anymore it seems but you can at General Tire. I highly recommend taking your car there. I'm retired now, they take care of us retirees ages 55 and over, on limited budgets very well!

I needed some tires mounted and balanced. Also an alignment after installing new parts in the front of my 06 Chevy 2500HD.Jimmy got me taken care of.Great service and Friendly staff!

Rebuilt complete front on truck and took here for an alignment. They are said everything was bad. Brand new parts are bad? I have seen new parts issues but this truck is fine. They are crooks trying to screw people over!! STAY FAR AWAY.Edit to reply: I called and was told either pay quoted price or pick up the truck. Can't get anywhere with this place. Waste of time and money!

These guys have done great work on my Tundra. They replaced my entire brake system on both axles for a very reasonable price. They gave me a quote up front and it was spot on. Jimmy was a great communicator and worked with me on any issues. Will use these guys going forward for everything.

Was told that Roy was the man to go to for truck tires and I was not let down! Took great care of me and the whole thing felt like I was part of the family. Would recommend them for any truck or car tire needs!

Everyone from the front desk to the service desk to the service truck driver were exceptional! I had not used General Tire for my automotive needs until today. I will be their permanent customer from now on. Friendly, efficient, I can't say enough good things!

2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee 95000 miles needed new front brakes and rotors + check engine light was on. They told me it was the alternator not giving enough power to battery. I told them do the work and they charged me $1000 to replace the alternator and front brakes. When i got the car back the check engine light was still on so they just cleared the code and said it was fine? 3 days later I had to take it back in for the same problem with the engine light back on + I felt the engine stall out. This time they said they had to replace an engine coil, shocks, and 2 brand new batteries (One is a start/stop battery for when you re at a red light to save on emissions) So they fixed all of that got charged another $1,000! I got the car back and got a new oil change and then last night it happened again! This will now be the third time im taking it back to these people in the same 10 day period with the SAME ISSUE. Check engine light came on again the car stalled out spitting a coded message about the start/stop battery they replaced not working!?? WHAT IS GOING ON?

What a great place to take your car! I called the same day to have my rear brakes replaced on my car. Not only did they accept my own brakes that I had bought to do it on my own, but they got me in same day and had it done in an hour! Great prices too! Jimmy was very enthusiastic and was willing to help in anyway he could!

I cannot say enough great things about everyone at General Tire. They have taken care of all of our cars in the last 20+ years. They recently took care of my mom and were so quick and easy. She is getting older so can be somewhat scatterbrained and they are so kind to her. My Dad who passed a few years ago trusted them so I know they are honest. They are always upfront with what needs to be done and prices are good. Thank you General Tire! You have customers for life!

Several trips here with different vehicles were good. Better service and quality than NTB and Christian brothers and better prices than those and Honda and Ford dealers, thank you!

Took my truck into them today because I heard they were the best in town. For the past five years I have had the ability to pull my truck on a lift any time I wanted. I no longer have that luxury. So I decided to take it to them because my front end was making some noises. I dropped it off on my lunch break. Went to pick it up after I got off work and they were able to give me a complete run down on what was going on and were super helpful and very friendly they checked it all out and did not even charge me a dime!. I will definitely continue to do any of my business there

My mom was in there this morning getting some work done on her old truck and I have to thank you guys at General Tire for treating her so well and going above and beyond the scope of work to make sure her truck was safe to drive and to top it off ,not charging her for the extra work! She was very happy she came there and as her son I'm happy you guys treated her so well. Thanks again and will be sending folks your way! Oh AND you guys had the cheapest rate for the alignment she needed out of most in town! Great job Guys

Stopped in to have some tires mounted and the gentlemen who were there were incredibly cordial and helpful. They did a great job and were well priced. I would highly recommend checking them out for your tire needs.

Phillip did a great job aligning my 1934 Plymouth coupe that I had just installed a Mustang II front suspension on. There are so many shops that cannot do this kind of work. The car drives great and everyone everyone there is very pleasant! Thank you

Very nice people but assured us they would call with price for work before completing and did not. Called to check on car and they had already done work. Quite pricey as they said part was $99 but it s $40 online and charged $150 for 1.7 hours of work. Very nice but we will go elsewhere as they did work without approval, this is unfortunately a common practice in this industry. Not sure what happened to integrity and customer service.

On my initial visit, I thought I had a major brake issue; but, they called to tell me it was no charge for a loose exhaust issue. Trusting them, I returned months later to replace a leaking radiator. They replaced it much cheaper than other local competitors. Give them a try, as they are both reasonable on their prices and trustworthy.

Went in for an oil change. Excellent service and great people. Dedicated to the customer. Haven't paid yet but, I'm sure it is worth the service!!

This was our first time at General Tire. Was very impressed with the way they tookutook care of our issues. Everyone was so nice, and helpful. Will definitely recommend them to others. As for our family we will definitely be back to have service done on our 3 vehicles. Thanks again General Tire.

My first visit. Car had a flat tire. Counter attendant was very professional and polite. Pointed towards courtesy waiting area and explained that the repair would be as quick as possible. This will be my new car tire service center.

Had an appointment and was a bit early but they were ready to take me anyway. Ordered from Goodyear and this was an installation option. It was a very good option. No paperwork just hand over the keys and get them back 30 minutes later.

I love this place. They're always willing to help in any way possible, they're very friendly and reasonably priced. I bring my car here for anything I can, and if I get a flat I know I can count on them to get it in the same day and get it patched quickly and I'm good to go.

Once you have been here you will never go anywhere else for your automotive needs. Expert service and value are hard to find, but when you add great personality and kindness you've found home. From a warm greeting and smile from Tiffany, to the owner shaking your hand and asking how you are doing. You will not find this feeling of home at any other shop.

Left me hanging with bad breaks - I scheduled an appt days in advance so I can wait while they work on it. Waited 40 minutes and they hadn't started yet. Then they said it will be at least another 20 minutes. They waited on another person who showed up after me. I ended up leaving since I made an appt and still had to wait over an hour.

Unlucky to get a flat tire but totally lucky it was in front of General Tire. Even though they were very busy they got me going quickly. Great customer service. When I need new tires I ll be back

I can get my 9 car hauler in here. They are quick and always helped me out in a pinch. Their guys are very friendly and know what they're doing.

Best customer service in town! I first went to Firestone to get my car on the rack to check for bent suspension components, they did not want to help me at all and refused to even look at my car. I then went to tire general and they put my car on the rack and we looked for bent components together. This service was free of charge! will definitely go back there !
