They said they d fix my transmission, kept my car for two weeks, and then called me saying they wouldn t do the job we agreed upon, unless I went with the much more expensive option. It s pretty sorry to agree to a job, keep a car two weeks, and then tell me they won t do the job. That s a pretty terrible way to conduct business. If you can t keep your word, you can t keep the job. I would not recommend to anyone. These folks did nothing but inconvenience me and cause me to lose money by not having a vehicle. I have no respect for this business. 0/10 review

I took my son s truck to fix a leaky transmission (drips slightly) and before they had even looked at it, they were recommending to rebuild it. When they called back, they said they were going to pass on working on it. I thought this was a transmission place that is supposed to fix transmissions? Do not recommend this business. Unprofessional telephone etiquette also.

They got me in and and rebuilt my transmission in a very timely matter and even took the time to give me a education on the workings of my transmission. Price was fair and service was excellent and will definitely take all my vehicles there if neededService: TransmissionService: Transmission

I have had three transmissions replaced over the past several years in various vehicles. They have always done an excellent job and charged reasonable rates. They are one of the most ethical shops I have ever done business with. Highly recommend them!!!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Had transmission rebuilt there. Now grant it it had a bad throttle positioning censor. But they said they could test drive it due to the high idle to test the transmission. They also said they couldn't get it above 25 M.P.H . So got it back I did work on the truck to be able to test drive. Sent the truck back they said there was something g dragging in the truck and could diagnose cause of that. Now after being at the 3rd automotive repair shop. The only two that looked at it said the transmission needs to be rebuilt. Which I have been telling this guy the transmission wasn't right since I got it back. Hope he makes it right this time. Tired of dealing with this issue. And I believe this issue is goin on due to me living out of stateService: Transmission

My transmission was slipping Joe took it for a drive and it was okay and then it started to mess up Randall put it up on the lift and added transmission fluid and it's running fine now great service and a great family owned business

My company has used them for over 20 years and they always do very good service work. Diagnosing your issue and fixing it is where they are the best! i have always been very happy with the work they do. They even put a shift kit in my 1978 firebird. they will do any kind or trans work.

My girlfriend went in to ask a price of a fluid change. He wouldn't answer and then began to question why she wants to put money into it. Its our car. You are a business. Thats why.

My employer sent me to pay a bill and the owner Joe yelled and talk town to me until I when out to my car a cried. I am not sure why this man would treat me this way but I was totally humiliated. Jesus Christ I called about getting a torque converter replaced the reply I got was "Oh I wouldnt be interested in that at all" you gotta be kidding me? Deserves -10 stars
