I had a wonderful experience this morning at this autozone. I was not in the best mood after getting off a 10 hr shift and started having car trouble on top of others things. I really appreciate Eric for helping me and being so kind and caring. He really made my day a whole lot better. He and his team definitely deserve so much praise. I can t thank Eric enough.

I have been on hold for 20 minutes so I came up here to see if they were just busy and I could just grab what I needed real quick. There was one person in line and 3 people behind the desk just listening to the phone ring. I stood there on hold in the store watching them ignore it. I will never be back to this store ever again. I have spent thousands of dollars here over the years and because a few lazy employee s, they have lost my business forever.

Let me tell yall something!! I had a headlight out and I needed some hope. When I got there it was a lady named Hope Yall she helped me put my bulb in and was very patient. I appreciate you Mrs. Hope and just for that I won't go anywhere else

Hope is the best cashier your location has EVER had. Give her a raise lol but nah really, she's worth it. (knowledgeable friendly staff even if you're not lucky enough to catch her there)

This location has been handling stuff for our family for years before I got into the automotive industry myself. Here lately I've had a sting of bad luck with my car " water pump, thermostat, idle tensioner, coolant junction assy, and valve cover " with explanations of personal experiences with the prv in the cover". And this location helped me with all of it. So needless to say when my battery went out I was not to happy . They looked it up for me and gave me a new one because I was in 10 DAYS of my warranty . Very happy customer this team at this location is the best.

I am not a young person and I needed help getting my old license plate off my car. I also had 2 cars that needed new windshield wipers. Walked in to this AutoZone and was greeted with a smile and a kind word. My license plate was switched out and the windshield wipers replaced on my Scion. Brought my Altima in and received the same courtesy and left with my new windshield wipers installed. Don't know what I would do without the dependable associates at the Gallatin AutoZone.

Helpful and often knowledgeable. They have the part that I needed for my 1999 Mazda Miata. So it searched only worked for me this time.UPDATE: I stopped by there again today and they had a part when two others did not. The staff member was very helpful and talked over some of the issues I was wrestling with. Yet again, this is probably my favorite local auto parts store

Just left Autozone picking up some windshield wipers. Joshua came out and got them installed. Then found out my wiper spray nozzle was disconnected. He popped the hood, reconnect the nozzle, got me filled up with RainX. Great service!

I don't buy parts much anymore, and I certainly did not this time. Instead, I wanted to take advantage of their courtesy service of reading error codes on automobiles. Their device read the service code as a "cam position sensor." My mechanic's device reads the error code as the catalytic converter. His explanation for the difference is that they use a "$200" instrument, and he uses a "$10,000" one. I did notice that on the header of the printout that AutoZone gave me that the diagnosis was for a 2009 DodgeRam truck. My car was a 2017 Ford Focus. As for rating Auto Zone, I give them a 5 for integrity, but 0 for accuracy. Be careful and possibly get a 2nd opinion.

I am so grateful for the auto zone Crew. They are always helpful but especially in times like today when I need one to install not just one but two batteries on my f250! He done an awesome job, even took the time to explain why the installation kit is important and also battery hold downs. He is super professional and nice!

Had to have a battery checked in our 4Runner. Greg was super helpful and went out and tested it for me. I ended up needing a new battery and they gave me a great deal! Not only that, but then Eric took out the old battery and installed the new one! These two guys are fantastic! I highly recommend the AutoZone in Gallatin! ~Tony

The most honest auto store I have ever experienced. Jason and Hope where extremely helpful to me and solving my auto issues. I highly recommend them for anyone in the Gallatin area!! Honest and very professional!!

I had been searching the web and calling parts places all over Portland and Franklin, Ky for almost an hour before trying AutoZone in Gallatin. Greg took my call and listened to my clumsy description of what I needed. He determined what I was describing and then checked to see if the company offered said part. But once he verified that it wasn t a part sold by AutoZone instead of ending the call he searched the internet and found that it was available on eBay. Then he gave me the description and asked me to look it up and verify that it was the part that I needed. I did, and it was, so I ordered it immediately. I was soo impressed with his service that I called the store and spoke with the manager, Hope, to let her know what a good job that Greg had done. He went out of his way to help me when he didn t have to and I can t thank or praise him enough. So, here I am thanking Greg for service above and beyond the call of duty. I am sincerely grateful for your help Greg, thank you!

Joshua went over and above assessing my car and helping me get a great deal! He even saved me money on a possible $400 repair by finding the parts and referring me to someone who could possibly do it cheaper than my mechanic. This will be my go to auto repair place from now on!

Great service with friendly workers who helped me finding the two batteries that I needed. They explained the quality I needed based on the use of the vehicle and helped with the installation. I would highly recommend this location.

Only store I come to, even though we have 3other car parts store that are closer to me. Always have a good experience here. Joshua was a great help today with some water pump problems. Great customer service. Thank you everyone at auto zone.

I've had odd experiences in the past with some of the employees that previously worked here. I certainly feel like the newer workers are more patient and knowledgeable. I needed a new alternator, belt, and 4 ignition coils. They were the only parts store in town that had everything in stock with no wait. The representative was professional, he pulled all of the items for me and even carried them out to put them in the trunk bc they were heavy items. That's excellent service that will keep customers happy. Thank you for your help at a time when I was already frazzled.

Joshua Hudson is the man. bought upper control arms and lower ball joints at a different store, turned out all were wrong. Came to Gallatin store and he got me all taken care. Right parts make the job so much easier . Thank you Joshua
