This shop messed up the billing on my repairs...I trusted them To be professional and act the same way but almost 2 yrs after the work he sued me for a mistake by his staff....If 1400.00 is gonna hurt this business then it isn't very stable to begin with...I will do everything in my power to stop him from getting customers in the future.....hope you sleep well at night you greedy POS and I will definitely be praying for you Hector!!!!! ....because you definitely need all the prayers u can get

Sorry guys. 3 months to attempt to fix my 2020 Rogue after being hit by an unlicensed driver who was throwing a beer bottle out the window after he hit us. When I was told to pick the vehicle up, the paint and overspray were a mess. I refused to take it and they repainted. A week later we went to pick it up and did so. A week later I recognized the seat belt warning light and airbag light remained on. It needed to go back to the shop. After that, the rear hatch would not stay up and tried to close on me. Luckily I recognized what was going on or I would have had to whedge myself out from the hatch and the body. I also noticed a big run of paint on the bumper. This dealer is on the preferred list for my local farm bureau. I honestly don't know how. Needless to say, I'm disappointed. Back at the shop now. We'll see the next part of this saga soon.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I drive a jeep wrangler and she is my baby!! A nissan altima decided one day to crash into her. Needless to say the Nissan was totaled...should have hit a brick wall instead. My jeep had significant damage to the drivers side and some on the passenger. I took her to another bodyshop originally, and was not at all satisfied with the way they were going to handle it. I then found Apple Collision in Gallatin. They took me from drinking bottles of pepto bismol to very relaxed in 1 day. CJ was great and very knowledgeable of the jeep. Brittany was so so so helpful and very friendly. Thank you Apple! I hope to never see you again. Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Apple Collision came recommended by my mechanic. We placed my wife's Armada in the shop to have some minor repairs done (front bumper and fender). They were great on the front end with the quote and had us drop it off that next week on a Sunday night. They stated we would have the vehicle back at the end of the week. Well, it has been 3 weeks now and we still do not have the vehicle back. We keep being told they are waiting for a front bumper bar to come in. They paid expedite fees to have it in 5 days. It has now been 8 days. I'm in the logistics industry, so I know if you pay for expedited service, you get your item within the stated timeframe. We feel there has been nothing but lies told from the beginning. Stay tuned. I'll make another post once we get the vehicle back to discuss the quality. About a year ago a elderly woman hit my front end at a stop sign in Gallatin and in my opinion she shouldn t of been allowed to drive. I took my car to Apple collision in Gallatin to have the front bumper to be replaced and after waiting a long time for approval from Allstate which because I didn t get hurt they jerked me around and dragged their feet finally got the approval but what I didn t know is that Allstate doesn t approve of OEM parts so a year later the paint was actually peeling off of my front bumper. When i recently went back to Apple they said that the bumper was peeling because it wasn t Original Honda bumper. Long story short Apple Collision paid for a Honda bumper and made it right the second time. I give them kudos for doing that a year later.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I stopped in because someone attempted to rip off my back emblem on my car, which I ended up having to take off completely. They fixed it immediately for me in 5 minutes. Very friendly people, and this my sound odd but extremely clean shop which was very inviting.

Apple Collision 100% saved my car and went above and beyond to make my life better. Less than two weeks before I was supposed to move cross country in my car I got into a fender bender. I thought I d have to buy a new car or delay my whole move, neither of which I could afford. But Stan, Russell, and the whole team at Apple Collision somehow pulled off a miracle and got my car moving ready. They were consistently updating me on progress, answering all of my frantic questions, and making it clear to me that my car mattered to them. It was probably the best customer service experience I ve ever had, and definitely the safest I ve ever felt leaving my car in someone else s hands.I ve never worked with nicer, more honest people. There is literally nowhere else I d recommend for car body work. A few months later and my car is better than ever. I couldn t be happier and can never thank them enough!

I got into an accident with my company van, and decided to get it towed to Apple Collision. The vehicle is still in the body shop, and has only been there for 2 days, but so far my experience with them has been great. They've been very cooperative with me so far, and the employees there have all been very respectful and kind. They let me spend 5 hours there in the back lot removing all of my work equipment from my van while I took up space with my new van. An employee even came out and helped me disassemble and move some heavy metal cabinetry to my new van. I'll update this review after everything is done, but I can tell this place is very professional and I expect good quality workmanship.

Apple Collision of Gallatin tn is a great company to deal with. I've used other body shops and will not be taking my car anywhere other than Apple Collision Gallatin in the future.

The entire drivers side of my car was sideswiped by an out of control driver. Apple Collision followed through on everything they said would be done. The car looks great. Was referred to them by General Tire for a leak in our 06 Honda Odyssey. They let me know up front that it can take awhile to locate those leaks. They worked hard to track it down and fix the causes, and I thought the price was fair. I brought it back a week later because there was some residual water in some areas (I was worred it was still leaking), and they worked for hours at no charge to verify it wasn't leaking still. I would recommend them - they seem honest and up front about cost and work hard to do right by the customer.
