My son s truck got hit on private property by one of your customers and We live out of state. Since you didn t want to work with us, we went ahead and filed a claim with our insurance!!!

On April 27, 2022 we reported a claim to Farm Bureau due to issues with our metal roof and report of wind damage. We noticed a contradiction in the report from Farm Bureau and our project manager who completed our repairs. Spoke with Jeff at the Gainesboro office. He was very short and not willing to assist us with our concerns. We have been members of Farm Bureau for several years and have multiple vehicles and at least three homes with Farm Bureau insurance. It seems to me that the client should be treated with respect and dignity and when there is a contradiction in the reports, the client should have their claims covered. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
