Andrew and Brett always go above and beyond. Anytime I have questions or concerns, they lay out all options and are completely transparent. I cannot recommend them enough! With a little one on the way, Brett has worked hard to help me keep my monthly payment within budget!

I have been with State Farm for 20 years now. I have had to claim 3 accidents in 4 years and S.F. has taken good care of me each time. Andrew, Brett, and Kennedy are a great team!Remember, there are no dumb questions if it pertains to your insurance! Ask all the questions you need to, they're there to help!

I thought customer service was a thing of the past, but when I tell you it is 100% not in the past with Andrew and Brett at this office you have to believe me or call them for yourself! I was insured through a big, no real human interaction type of insurance company for vehicle (almost 20 yrs), homeowners (around 7) and rental policy (2years) for almost 20 years. It had come time for renewal and all the insurance policies went up drastically in price. When questioned a response of, well Tennessee made changes and all policies went up. That promoted me to call around for quotes but one I spoke to both Andrew and Brett I knew I would be making a wise decision. From start to signing, both were very informative about each new policy we were opening and covered even the minor details. The best part was the money I would be saving with opening up my insurance policies with them. So grateful to be proven wrong when it comes to customer service! I promise they will save you money and today saving money is key, but top notch customer service is even better!

My wife hit a deer and we had trouble getting the repair shop to repair the car. They were backed up due to several other cars needing repaired. Andrew is not even my insurance agent, but counseled me on how to get a repair done quicker. Very impressed with service and willingness to help a customer that wasn t even his.

Not a good place to go to I paid almost $400 to start my insurance and asked for my deductible to be $500 here we are a week late I hit something driving to work and messaged up something called was told my deductible was $1000 when I asked why was told they decided to make it more to save me $30 without my permission now stuck with a broke down car

The staff at this State Farm is so friendly. I have been with many different insurance agencies, and I prefer Andrew Locke even though we live in Cookeville. They are quick to meet your needs and will honestly look at what the best option for your insurance is. We don't stress anymore because we know we can trust these guys, and they'll get us taken care of.

I ve had auto insurance through Andrew Locke s office since 2014. The staff are always friendly and kind over the phone and I ve truly enjoyed my experience with them. Highly recommend!
