Every visit I ve had to this shop has always ended in satisfaction! The work is always done right the first time and the estimates are always to the dollar and the prices are fair. I have never had to take my car back because something was not repaired correctly. Very friendly people who exude honesty-something which is rare these days! They have definitely earned my business from now on!

Wursters is the best! I have a Saab 9-3 convertible and will not take it to anyone else but Wursters. Even after moving to Nashville, it s worth the drive! Mike never talks down to me and I feel blessed to have found this garage and his team. After over 10 year, they remain the best! (And their waiting lounge is the best!)

You are warmly welcomed from the moment you walk through the doors. They know European cars, vintage muscle cars, and everything in between. The service is impeccable. They are honest and you can trust them with your car. They took great care of our Land Rover LR4 and have earned our business. Thanks Michael, the lovely red head at the front desk, and everyone who worked on our car.#1 for car service in Franklin!

Mike Wurster is in a league of his own and I will never take my Audi anywhere else. He drove it until he figured out the issue that wasn t showing up in the codes and still didn t charge me a diagnostic fee like other places. Genuinely cared about taking care of me and my car.

I have been going to this mechanic shop for 5 years! They are honest, fair and professional. They are also personable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a car repair, oil change, or a recommendation for when you have car troubles.

I am having a hard time understanding why this garage has so many 5 stars. Here is my personal experience: We had our 2005 Range Rover towed to wursters. Initially we told the shop we needed the throttle body reprogrammed, we explained it wasn't accelerating and stuttered when in idle. The owner called us back the next day stating they tried doing the "relearn" on the throttle body and was unsuccessful due to burnt wires and that was the reason the truck wasnt running properly. It would be $1,568 to fix, we agreed to proceed. A couple days later we called to check in, they proceeding to tell us they were still working on the electical issue but found another issue with the Key, it kept getting "Stuck" in the ignition and it would cause "BIG" problems in the future if not fixed. That was another $588, we agreed to that. Two days later they called and said "Were all finished with the truck, we test drove it and it's running excellent"When we arrived to pick up our truck, went in paid and received the keys. Went out to test drive and still not able to accelerate when pressing the gas. Went in to tell them, they went to take a look, came back in making me aware it was my "coil packs and spark plugs" and it would be another $500 to fix. Mind you, they never once mentioned that in the original diagnostic. When the owner was asked to explain why we weren't informed of that information if that was a contributing factor on why the truck wasnt running properly, he became very hostile. He had no logical responses, instead started with personal insults. From a consumer standpoint it felt as if I was being given the run around for them to make more money off of the job.If he would have mentioned this issue anytime during them working on the vehicle, it then would have been up to us if we wanted to proceed. NOT THE DAY WERE COMING TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE WITH THE MINDSET EVERYTHING IS GOOD TO GO!Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere if you have big problem, otherwise they're great at a simple oil change.

So far so good! We discussed price prior to work and he even offered for me to bring my own parts in although he can't warranty the work so I went with their parts. Ross and Megan were very nice and all the mechanics I spoke to were nice. Friendly easy and my car is back up and running!

Brought my 2003 E500 in to Wursters recently as it was suffering from a major parasitic draw, killing the battery if the vehicle was parked for more than a day. Wursters initially suspected the auxiliary battery (common on these types of cars) was the issue as it was bad. I went ahead with the service and went to pick the vehicle up the following morning to discover it was dead. The crew at Wursters immediately took the car back and did a gauntlet of diagnostic work to discover the source of the draw. They had my vehicle for approximately two weeks, but were communicative throughout the entire time and kept me directly in the loop. Finally discovered and rectified the source of the issue and had me on my way. Even more so, they did not charge me a single dime for the following diagnostic work as they had hoped their initial work would have fixed the issue. Their knowledge, communication, and professionalism were above and beyond my normal experience at a shop, and I will exclusively be using them for future service on my vehicle. I generally feel it s hard to find an honest mechanic, but for the duration they had my vehicle I felt it was in good hands. Will be personally recommending this shop in the future.Service: Electrical repair

Dishonest and tell you things are wrong that are not just to try and make $$$$ would never use again. I understand a lot of people who take their cars to techs know nothing about cars but the ones that do well.. you should probably not lie to them.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

There isn't enough to be said about the service here at Wurther's Garage. Mid road-trip I had a mechanical issue on a 38-year-old car. After getting a recommendation for Wurther's I called and they were able to squeeze me in, miraculously had the correct part sitting on the shelf, and got me in and out for a great price and under an hour. I couldn't be more thankful to the team here! Highly, highly recommend!

Couldn't heap enough praise on Mike, Ross, and the entire staff with my daughter's old Volvo. This was a known issue for years that the Volvo dealership kept placing "band-aids" on racking up about a thousand dollars; culminating to their assurance that an additional $3K+ repair would most cetrainly solve the problem.Enter Mike and Wursters Garage. Over a course of a couple of months (Had to find the time for them to have the car for an extended period of time) with proper diagnostics, tolerating me, their patience and expertise were able to nail down the specific problem without costing a lot of money. I was at the point of buying her another car, but thanks to Wursters, I believe we can hold onto the car for another year or two and go from there.Service: Auto maintenance

This place really earns its name as the worst auto repair location in Nashville. Overcharges, yet still doesn t fix the issue.I was quoted a price, went to pick up the car only to be asked to pay double that price, and the issue was worse after they fixed it.Stay away.Service: Electrical

The worst auto experience we ve ever had. They held our car for over 2 months. Every day saying they were putting it up on the rack today . Twice they said it was repaired after $1000 each time and the check engine light just comes back after we drive away. They weren t honest about not knowing what it was or how to fix it. Instead they charge $140/hour for days and days of diagnostics, but still don t diagnose it.Services: Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

Excellent! Staff is polite. Waiting area is comfortable. The techs keep you fully informed. They also practice good ethics. Never felt like I was being pushed to fix something that doesn't need immediate attention. Been there twice. Plan to keep using them!

I cannot say enough nice things about Steve Harris at Wurster's. I have a 2006 Audi A4 with a soft top that wasn't working. We had taken it several places and no one was able to repair it. We had almost given up on it hen someone suggested we try Wurster's. The initial assessment was extremely high, but after thinking it over (the car runs beautifully) we decided to go ahead and let them try to fix it. Imagine my surprise when less than a week later saying it is now working great and the cost turned out to be a tiny fraction of the original estimate. This tells me they are not only great mechanics, but honest as well. We took the car on vacation last week and it was glorious to be able to put the top down once again.

I do my own auto repair so I had the slightly odd request to press a wheel bearing onto an Infiniti G35 hub. After multiple other places turned me down, Mike made it all simple. All done within an hour for a reasonable charge. And it was perfectly done without any damage to the hub or bearing.

We've been dealing with Wurster's for 3-4 years now, and we wish we'd found them earlier. They're maybe not the cheapest guys in town, but, their work is quality and they stand by it. We were recently quoted $3,000 for a job by another mechanic, Michael detected some dishonesty in the quote, fully explained to us what was going on and and fixed the issue at a fraction of that. This included cutting us a large break for a part they'd previously fixed that had just passed the warranty period. He could have easily charged us $2,000 or more, and we would have trustingly paid it, but he didn't. They communicate well and get work done on time, and are super-nice people to boot. Save yourself the time and effort, go here for good work and peace of mind and you'll be thankful you did.

Took my 2004 Honda S2000 here for issues I have had on it for a while and I am so so happy I did. I was lucky to spot this place online, my car had quite a few things done to it and it was finished in such a reasonable time. I highly recommend this shop, they know what they re doing, couldn t thank them enough!

My friend recommended them to me and they do excellent, honest work. The owner is very conscientious about repairs that need to be made immediately and repairs that can be deferred until the next service. These are good people and they do good work. They give me a military discount and I appreciate that. They have repaired my BMW 530i, my Jeep Wrangler, and I am taking my daughter's Scion in to them tomorrow for a service.

Mike is reliable, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He is also very caring and understanding about the frustration that comes with servicing your car. He has always gone the extra degree to insure that parts and service were reasonable and affordable. I have been taking all my four vehicles to Mike for over 20 years and will continue to as long as he remains in business. He has also been an excellent consultant for my buying used cars. He tells me the good and bad points of any car that I have considered buying which has given me a sense of security in putting my kids behind the wheel. He does stay extremely busy so keep that in mind when you need to get a car repaired.
