Stay away. Went to get my oil changed. Pulled up at 6:20, they "close at 7:00". Ropes were already in front of the bays. Guy looks at me and goes back to doing nothing. Another guy comes out 5 minutes later and talks to me. I tell him all I need is an oil change. He says it's too close to closing while walking off mid sentence. There are no other customers, and it is a 15 minute job if you're the slowest auto tech on the planet. Never going back where the staff is obviously lazy and will cut corners. Glad they didn't change my oil because they probably would've left my oil cap off or something trivially stupid.

Very pleasant experience at this Walmart Autocare center! The attendant, Audrey, was very helpful and kind! She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and my Autocare needs were met. Night and day difference from the Walmart Autocare center I went to yesterday. Reps like Audrey with positive attitudes like hers are hard to find in the retail world. Definitely recommend this location. Price and service was great!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They ruined my car, brought my car here to get new tires (paid over $600) and ended up leaving with three tire sensor issues on my dash, stripped lug nuts, and now my AWD, Hill start assist, and traction control does not work. Opened a insurance claim, they were supposed to inspect my vehicle but never received any response back. Horrible!! Now I m stuck with all these tires issues that I have to pay for out of pocket.

I have been getting my car serviced at Walmart Auto Care Center In Cool Springs for years! I highly recommend them! The staff has always been so kind and helpful when I have had questions and needed help/direction in maintaining my car s durability. They are a favorite! I look forward to seeing them when it s time for a service. I ve bought (2) sets of 4 tires there over the years and will keep going back. Go see them!

The mechanics were very attentive and seemed very knowledgeable.The main problem was not having more mechanics available, because I was there for over 3 hours before my car oil was changed!

I have taken my car there a number of times for an oil change and tire rotation. Their prices for those services are about as good as they come. The employees are very friendly but also a little on the slow and inefficient side. At least twice that I ve been there, I ve had to wait for a considerable amount of time just for someone to get to the sales counter and acknowledge me. When I finally get my car in, they do a decent enough job. But, again, it takes an extremely long time. Even with few cars ahead of me. If you re looking to save money and go on a day with plenty of spare time on your hands, this place is likely worth trying.

The folks here were very fast efficient and exemplary in both the service bay as well as customer service representatives. I was not okay w/my A/C being turned off by the mechanic driving my truck during my tire replacement considering it was really muggy and I was just getting off an 8+ hr shift @an outdoor job but that's me griping and whining because it was trivial and unrelated to the excellent service they provided.

Worst service I don t know why I came in took them days to update me if my tires are in and then when tires were changed I ve asked them that i see the pressure light to which the tire guy said it ll go away 2 days the sign is still on I called in to book an appointment the lady said can t book appointment just walk in . I walk in and wasted 4 more hours the manager can t do anything and is one of the worst customer manager I ve ever seen. If you want to water your time and have the technicians just wonder what s going on and can t figure jack visit this place. Extremely disgusting and terrible

Traveling from Lexington, KY to Tupelo, MS, we found ourselves on the side of the road with a slashed tire at 2:00 pm on a Monday. This location had our tire in stock, so we decided to test the bad reviews. Took them almost 3 hrs to change the tire with virtually no one waiting. The mechanics did, however, get all of their conversations done while our car was up on the rack, we offered to buy their dinner if they got it done in an hour.... But, instead, we ate our dinner and got some Christmas shopping done. Hope to get to our destination by Midnight without any further drama. Travel Mercies requested. Paid by the hour vs the unit. Lousy customer satisfaction.

We always get our tires & oil changes here. We have to drive a bit out of the way but it's worth it because of the price but the staff has also always been really nice & helpful. It does take a little bit depending on when you go but I usually just do my grocery shopping while we wait.

Straight up lied to me, said my battery was testing fine and that it was probably the alternator. Took it to the garage the next day--guess what? It was the battery. Suspect they lied because it was a half hour before close and they didn't wanna replace my battery, which is even worse because the shop floor was collapsing so they couldn't even do any oil changes, so it's not like they were busy. Always give me dirty looks when I am forced to go here instead of to a real garage and treat me like dirt for needing service.

Well, I was on vacation and got a nail in my tire. Audrey in the tire shop had to special order my tire. Took an extra day but was able to use the road hazard warranty. Audrey was extremely helpful, with a terrific attitude. Service as a little slow, but I've grown to expect that with Walmart.

Unbelievable. We had a flat tire and Walmart Auto Center supposedly closes at 7:00 pm. We get there at 6:20 pm and they said Our guy is leaving.

This place was horrible. I was on the side of the interstate with a flat tire 1 hour and 20 minutes before they closed.I went there for my tire service and needless to say they couldn't fix it. Said they closed in an hour and half and was 3 hours behind. Pretty much they told me I was gonna have to sleep on the side of the road andFix it tomorrow. Wow how am I gonna get there I'm 100 miles away from anything I know.Good job walmart

I have been going to this Auto Center for a year now. Got my oil change here regularly and bought tires here too with rotation and balancing package. I only had problem once but the manager their Koki took good care of it. Hes always there and working. Very friendly and helpful. I recommend this Autocare. If you have any problem go talk to Koki and he will be happy to help.

Everytime I go to this place it's always clean. Upon entering it has a very nice welcoming feeling. However as far as employees helping you, you'd be standing there for at least an hour or more waiting just to get someone to come. On two accassions I was there. The first time is when I bought my fiancee an engaugement ring. No one was in the department, two hours after I requested help with a cashier up front someone finally came to help. He sold me the ring and told me it was a size eight only for me to find out it was a size seven. I had to return the ring to be resized and still have not been contacted to pick it back up almost two weeks later. The other accassion my fiance was with me she was wanting to buy a bra. She needed to try it on in the fitting room. Needless to say we waited two hours on the assistant manager to come so she could try the bra on. Any time you need help at this Walmart you will get excuses as to why they can not help. But as long as you don't need any help from the employees the place is great.

Spent 170 dollars , brought a flat tire into them to fix at 2:30 at same time I bought a battery and they said they couldn't get to to the tire because they were too busy.

Second car in line, took over 2 hours for an oil change. Saw the truck leave the service area, waited 15 minutes, but no one at the register. Found an auto service worker, finally. The completed paperwork was just sitting there. Customer service needs improvement.

Called ahead was first in line. Ended up being #5 due to a miscommunication between the employees. Smh. Hate this place. Went to Discount tire instead.

Absolutely TERRIBLE, brought my car to have a rear light bulb changed at 10:30 am on a Thursday, was told it would be 1.5 hrs, went shopping, went back several times and kept getting told 1/2 hr...45 minutes...etc. finally stood there and was not done until 2:00 pm yes 3 1/2 hrs for 1 light bulb. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Don't ever take a tire to the Walmart Tire center in Franklin, TN to get it repaired!!! Yesterday I took a trailer in to have a nail removed. In the process of repairing the tire the shop manager Mason damaged my tire. It's obvious he damaged the sidewall of the tire. Probably when he was breaking the tire off of the rim. If I had brought this tire in with a cut like this Mason would've seen the cut and refused to fix the tire. Obviously since he's the one that damaged the tire he hoped to cover it up. I spoke with Nick a manager at Walmart in Franklin and he refused to replace the tire. When you make a mistake you should always admit your mistakes! A $10 easy repair just cost me an additional $150 to have the tire replaced! Mrs. Quinn another manager at Walmart in Franklin, TN was extremely helpful. Thank you very much! As for Mason and Nick, thanks for NOTHING!

They don't have tools to change oil!!! That's what I was told because guy said he doesn't know sprinters. He didn't even check it out. The thing is I always change oil at walmarts and never had a problem before.

I didn't get any service but I did but some oil and filter which was the cheapest I've ever found. The lady that works the counter is super friendly and helpful.

Every time I take my car here I get it back with something else wrong with it. They don't fix their mistakes. And they over charged with hidden fees.
