It was a beautiful day to go look at cars!!!! Pleasant sales reps. They had a very cool Hippie promotion going on with hot dogs, hamburgers and tons of drink options. But unfortunately I was unable to off load $8,500.00 in cash for a used vehicle I was interested in and was in my opinion a fair offer for the vehicle in question. Times have changed I guess in just a few months where at the end of the month the ABC's are forgotten. ( Always Be Closing !)

Been coming here for years and am never disappointed. Service was great. Ryan and the techs did a great job diagnosing my trucks problem and were right on time with repairs.. Heather and Karen were awesome at checkout. Way better than my experience at the Ford dealership last week.

I stopped here with my 2014 Impala today and I was helped immediately. My check engine light came on. They diagnosed it and fixed the transmission problem right on the spot. I had no appointment but I had 2 dogs with me and I was so thankful for their immediate help I will return here and purchase my next car here

I have purchased several cars from Franklin's Walker Chevrolet and there service department is one of the reasons. They are top notch from the beginning to when you get in your car.They make it easy to get an appointment or just drive in. You will be treated the same. Highly recommended!

Technician stole trailer hookup while providing me with $700 worth of preventative maintenance. Of course nothing they can do. I don't recommend this place until they get their employees in order.

Very unprofessional they had told us we had an appointment on Monday morning. We showed up told they could no longer do the service and that we had no appointment with them.
