Update after one month: I've upgraded my rating for Volvo to 5 stars due to their outstanding service. The customer service during drop-off and car pick-up was top-notch. Volvo provides the first two inspections for free and recommended a tire rotation, which I had done. Moreover, their complimentary Uber pick-up and drop-off service was incredibly convenient. Initially, I had rated them 2 stars because I noticed a scratch/tear on the steering wheel of my new car upon pick-up, which I immediately reported. The staff were understanding and prompt in addressing the issue. They arranged for an upholstery company to repair the steering wheel, and despite this minor hiccup, Volvo's professionalism and excellent service truly impressed me. Thank you, Volvo, for making it right!

I stopped by this service center in October when a dashboard alert came on. I didn't have an appointment, but when I explained that I was leaving town the next day, the service technicians told me that they would take a look at it. Forty five minutes later they had taken care of the problem at minimal cost. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. If I need a repair in the future, I'll take my Volvo back to this location.

Ordered my 2004 Volvo key & programmed for under $400! Everyone else stated they don t make the keys anymore or wanted $700. They had it ready in a week. I no longer needed key but they had already ordered and programmed, so it s cool. I have an extra key now. I m grateful!

Same terrible service, different location. Don't be fooled if you've taken your Volvo to the Mallory location and now think this location on Carothers is different. It's the same technicians who have no idea how to properly diagnose a problem and then take your money without actually fixing your car. Take your care elsewhere! We've been out $200+ twice now with this location and the last without them ever fixing anything.

I've bought several cars over the years and have never had the experience that i had at Volvo. We had an amazing salesperson, Jimmy, He wasn't pushy and made buying a car so easy and pleasurable. I HIGHLY recommend this car dealership

Paid $600 for a key fob and key to be attached and just not realizing these folks tricked me and didn t give me the key I paid for. Mechanic had to show me they didn t attach it smh
