Terrible service. I dropped of my prius and was told 1.5 hours to diagnose issue and then would discuss repair. I took the shuttle back to work. 3 hours later after several texts and calls that go directly to voicemail. I was told via text they were busy and would be with me shortly. Another 3 hours later I send several text inquiries that were ignored. Calls still go directly to voicemail so I leave one. No response. Finally called the receptionist. The had to track down the service person and have him call me back. Ridiculously high quote for repairs. I have a extended warranty but they claim it will not cover electric issue. They also claim it is an extremely unusual issue and cannot understand why it is happening. It is clearly defect parts. Even if I end up going to a Toyota dealer it will not be this one. I will not give them a dime. They could at least be professional and communicate in a timely way.

I previously owned a Tacoma, that I purchased at Beaman Toyota, and always got my service done there because it was close to my job at the time. The service was always fantastic and the staff was great. I traded my truck for a new 4Runner several months ago and was scheduled today for my 10k mile service. I made my appt at Cool Springs this time. I live in Dickson and this is the closest Toyota location to me, but still an hour drive. I arrived for my 9am service appt. only for them to nonchalantly tell me our service department is down and they need to reschedule me. First of all, why is it down? What is down? No explanation was given. Second, nobody could call me to notify me of this before I wasted my time and gas (and believe me, 4Runners aren t good on gas) driving an hour there for no reason?! Absolutely ridiculous. I think I ll go back to Beaman.

I had to post a review on Toyota of Cool Springs and thank them big time for the help a couple weeks ago with my 2023 Toyota GR86 that I purchased in Clarksville at Wyatt Johnson. I wish I had purchased at this dealership because when Wyatt Johnson did the pre delivery inspection on my new car they failed to put a quart of oil and washer fluid in my car. I was really bothered by this and when I found out I pulled into the amazing service dept at Cool Springs. I was quickly taken care of by a greeter then the service director and service manager. I told them the situation and offered to pay for the quart of oil and a pdi inspection. They both refused to take any kind of payment and just wanted to make sure things we're right. I had my car back out of service in 30 min or less and they noted in the system the situation in case of any issues down the road. This type of service is something you rarely see, I wasn't asking for anything free but wanted to make sure it was inspected. Thank you Toyota of Cool Springs Service Dept for going above and beyond what was expected!! You gents have earned my business and I will make sure to come out for service when needed!!

Great experience. I needed service quickly today as I'm visiting from out of town and leaving in a few days. They got me in and fixed a few major issues not caught at a dealership in Pennsylvania last month. Completely different experience from east coast.Fair prices, nice mechanics and service reps.

Wow what a dealership. From the front desk people to the service technicians everyone is so kind and caring. I will definitely drive 60 miles one elevator every time my car needs service. Such a great place

Nice facilities while you wait. Very polite and efficient staff. Far better than Roberts Toyota in Columbia for service. We have found this service department far more polite, professional and competent when compared to Robert's.

I had an engine maintenance light turn on and scheduled an appointment for service. Dupane Phavongsay was excellent and responsive and provided great service. I would recommend to anyone in the area.

I had a squirrel chew through the main wiring harness on my truck and it fell under my comprehensive Insurance. I sent it here of course; I want only Toyota Mechanics working on my Toyota. My service Rep. was C.J. Allen. I can honestly say I have never had a better experience with a rep who continued to help me because my insurance was not. What impressed me the most was this man came in, on his day off with his kids mind you, to help my get my truck back for my job. He is the type of dude that keeps me coming back to a business. He deserves a raise and because of him I will always come back to here for my Toyota work.Service: Electrical repair

I scheduled an appointment to get my oil changed at Toyota of Cool Springs. When I arrived at the dealership, a service representative named Donna asked if had been helped. I told her that I had an appointment to get my oil changed. She asked for my keys and checked my vehicle into the service department as usual. She said that my tires were due for a rotation. I said Ok . She told me to sit in the waiting room and she would come get me when my vehicle was finished. After an hour and a half, she came to get me. She walked me up to the counter with my paperwork and I tried to hand the cashier my credit card. Donna said there s no charge today. I said There s no charge for an oil change? She said your car isn t due for an oil change. It has intervals of 10,000 miles. I said I specifically asked for an oil change. I like to do oil changes every 5,000 miles, just as I have always done in the past. She said well, it isn t due for an oil change, so we didn t do one. We just rotated the tires. My complaint is primarily with Donna. She s totally incompetent. How can a dealership hire someone who refuses to perform a basic service on a vehicle for a paying customer? What a waste of time.

We made an appointment for routine maintenance on our vehicle. When scheduling the service, we were given the option to wait or leave our vehicle. We choose to wait and we re told it would be about an hour and a half. It has been over 2 1/2 hours and we are still sitting waiting. Another time my husband arrived for a scheduled service that was listed as waiting and he was told it would be ready by the end of business. They gave him a rental car that time or he would ve been stuck at the dealership all day. I think it is very unprofessional to offer a waiting service and then make your patron sit for an extended period of time over what was previously told. We have bought all of our vehicles from this dealership, but would reconsider future purchases.

I have been going to Cool Springs Toyota Service Center on and off for some time now. They always have good service but today I got exceptional and 5 stars service from Josh (I think full name is Josh England). Eight in the morning was too early for me but I got warm welcome from him. He arranged the shuttle for me within 5 minutes. (I have not used these courtesy shuttle that often in my life but whenever I have at other places, I have always regretted it due to the wait). Car was ready on time and he made sure its clean before I got in as many time they leave those paper mats and stuff inside. I'm very happy with today's experience and will be back.

Been a straightforward easy experience. Kenny Eastman was who I have been working with and he has even offered perks for our other Toyota vehicles purchased from a different dealership. Clean, up to date, and easy access from the interstate. Will be a return customer for sure.

Unfortunately, the Lube Tech broke a stud on my vehicle during last tire rotation approximately 1 month/5,000 miles ago; however, I was not charged the $145 for the replacement cost thanks to the Service Manager and Heather.Great Customer Service!Services: Tires, Oil change

I'm sorry to say that Toyota of Cool Springs Service is dishonest, and I won't be using them again. I've tried every way to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after my experience (and consulting with several mechanics), I just can't arrive at any other conclusion. At an oil change appointment, this Toyota dealership pushed several "needed repairs," one being brake linings that were at the 3mm "red zone" limit on the safety inspection. Knowing my brakes felt fine, I said I'd think about it and picked up my car. They lectured me about safety and noted that I postponed recommended service on my service record. I then took my car to a reputable garage. Not only do I NOT need new brakes, but after putting 5K additional miles on the vehicle, the brake lining and tire treads somehow measure much thicker and are soundly in the "green zone." Make your own decisions about using Toyota of Cool Spring service department, but I recommend getting a second opinion on any recommended repairs. They have lost a customer.

I dropped my car off on Satruday morning right when they opened. They didn't get back to me until the end of the day. They quoted me astronomical price... at the end of the day on Saturday right before they closed. But wouldn't let me pick up my car until Monday morning, essentially holding it hostage since I wanted to take it somewhere else for service. Think twice.

I took my 2010 Prius in for an oil change. I worked with Mack and he did a really great job. He brought some issues to my attention, but wasn't pushy about getting things done. I appreciate how quickly they got everything done and Mack for being super professional

I went here for my oil change and tire rotation that Toyota includes for 25,000 miles or two years whichever comes first. They left my valve stem covers off three of my tires. As a result one of the tires went low, I put new valve covers on my 2019 highlander after this. They also put a scratch on my steering wheel. I have contacted Toyota Directly. I will never return here. Total carelessness and aggravation. Cost me time and money. Stay away folks.

Everyone there especially Tony & Kenny were super professional, easy to talk to & knew Toyota inside & out. It's easy to see why their dealer ship is # 1 ! Teamwork & A+ customer service. I highly recommend working with Cool Springs !

In the year 2018, I printed a TrueCar quote for a Toyota Camry. I spoke to one of their sales reps and he said the price was wrong. I purchased a 2018 Hyundai from Hyundai of Cool Springs instead of a Toyota. In 2019 I came to their dealership with a True Car quote for a 2019 Highlander. Once again their sales rep ignored my quote and I purchased from Beaman downtown. Today I brought my Toyota Highlander in for service. It is more convenient for me to go to Columbia but I did not appreciate their No Mask situation. I spoke to Jordan Stanton, he said my car needed an alignment, I told him I would look for a coupon. Jordan called and said my car was ready, I told him the coupon was 89.00 he said ok and apparently he was at lunch when I got back. Brandon Jones another technician/rep would not honor my coupon because he said I had to have a copy. My coupon was on my laptop that was on its way to Spring Hill with my wife. Brandon decided it was better to argue with me rather than honor the coupon. His manager printed the coupon for me. Toyota will not get my business again.Service: Wheel alignment

Don t even bother scheduling an appointment,you ll still be waiting 2 hours if not more.Never had to wait this long at any other Toyota when making an appointment for an oil change
