Very clean facility, and a really great staff. I enjoyed interacting with everyone there. We bought a new Model Y from Monica and she was a real delight and very helpful. They made the car buying experience one I didn't loathe for once. The experience, staff, and facilities are all top notch.

Nice new service center. I picked up my Model 3 at night after having some warranty work done. It was after hours but the online process was very easy. Dropped off the loaner and was off in my car in a flash! The downside is that I live two hours away and this is the closest service center.

Awesome service and communication from the Tesla team there. Service has improved immensely over the years. Trying to get a hold of them on the phone is difficult, I wish it were easier. However, they do reply rather swiftly in the app if you message them so that somewhat makes up for it.

Dropped off my 2020 Model S for some wind noise and loose camera. They took care of me and had me back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time. Drop off was a breeze as well.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Absolute rockstars here. Brought my M3 in for a small issue. Fixed and out the door in 10m. Highly recommend!

Did an alignment here last year and had no communication with the tech afterwards whatsoever. I asked for the alignment report and they failed to respond to my messages. Horrible service, similar to what I found at other Tesla Service Centers, and this should be a major deterrent to anyone considering purchasing a Tesla.

The first time I came here was for my new Tesla since it was brand new and had a few broken things, this place took care of it. However, the second time, 2 months after buying my new Tesla, it completely stopped working and Tesla roadside assistance sent a tow truck to take my car. I was left stranded in a shopping center and this service center doesn t respond to any phone calls and they reply days later on the service app. They told me my car was ready for pickup and then they told me nvm and now they re telling me it s ready again but the app says it s not ready and I messaged and called them 10+ times with no response. I have been left without a car for two days and no response from this service center.

Had an issue while on vacation and one of the service employees was very knowledgeable and assured us that we would be okay to drive back home.

I don't know who gave this service center one star, but after calling every service center in Atlanta They were the only ones willing to help me and went above and beyond getting my car back to me early.
