Amazing service! They are always thorough and explain things in an understandable way. They don't try to upcharge you for services you don't need and offer extra care. Also, the prices are way more reasonable than going to a dealership. The best part is they are quick with the service and get you in and out!

My new Oil Change spot. Molly and team are professional, quick and very friendly. Most oil changes are comparable in price so looking for great service this is the spot. Left my old oil change place of 7 years for Super express. BMW x3 is not and easy oil to find and they were all over it! Great job guys!

I highly recommend Super Express Lube.Thought I needed an oil change because the date from another place had a date that was due now. The guy at Super Express checked my oil and said I didn t need one for 3 months. . This is a great place for single women and widows to go. They won t rip you off. Thank you Super Express

I have been taking my cars to Super Express Lube for several years and recently had both the air conditioning charged and the front brakes replaced on my very high mileage 2009 Honda Fit "beater" car. I always appreciate that the owner Dominick takes the time to explain the problem with the car and my repair options. Also, they have very reasonable repair costs as compared to taking it to the local Honda dealership or other independent garages I have dealt with in the Cool Springs area. The rest of the staff is also very sharp, polite and efficient! I look forward to working with Super Express Lube for future repairs and oil changes!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Air conditioning

What a great place, i went with my mom today because she raves about it and i was so impressed!!!! Each and every mechanic was so helpful and so incredibly kind and knowledgeable about what they were doing. You cant help but smile when you are there. Incredible service, do yourself a favor and go to super express!!!!!!

Dominick and his crew were so kind, quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend coming to the Super Express Lube on Mallory across from Centennial High School!!! I just needed a head light bulb changed. And since he had a few cars waiting for oil changes, he simply had me pull up and changed it out back. Super kind of him! Thanks, Dominick!!!

I have been taking my vehicles here for about 9 years and now that they do repairs, I use them for all my fleet vehicles as well. The prices for repairs are 50% of what Crutcher s are. I have switched all vehicles to super express now. Try them out. You won t be disappointed.

I had an emergency w my cars breaks and pads , and I was recommended this location from a friend. Not only was the service quick but the staff was more than kind and accommodating. They were a lifesaver and I absolutely recommend their service if you are wanting a place that doesn t upsell you to death or overprice things. Thank you Dom, Ryan , Isaac and Si!

These young men AND women are incredible! I bring all my cars here for oil changes. Young professional knowledgeable staff. It's so refreshing to see a team of young techs who are intentionally providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend SEL.

Got the oil changed this morning at this location. They took excellent care of my car, starting with clearance concerns over the pit, draping the fenders for protection. Work was done professionally. In & out in about 20 minutes.

I will definitely be taking my car back here for future services. They always go above and beyond to take care of me. Silas is extremely kind, understanding, and helpful. He takes the time to explain the problem, and he doesn t try to push unnecessary services onto the customer. Highly recommend Super Express Lube for your car service needs! They re the best in Franklin!

Everyone here is outgoing, kind, and extra friendly! They get you in and out fast with no issues and they don t try anything tricky or try to up-charge on anything (like most places). I never go anywhere else for an oil change!

Always great service here. I've had an oil change and brake work done so far and both have been excellent experiences.Edit after 8/5/23 visit: The service got even better! In and out for an oil change in under 15 minutes. Truly a racing pit crew experience. Noting the heat, they also offered complementary bottled water to me.Services: Brakes, Oil change

This is my second time to get my oil changed here. The first time was such an amazing experience I had to come back and see if that was a fluke. It was not. The customer service here is top level. In fact in today's world of sleepwalking through mediocrity and paying a high price for it you are shocked when you get something great like what they provide. Fast and HONEST service. They're completely transparent with you and will let you know what they're working on and how much it'll cost. They're super kind as well. When I got my oil change, it was well over 100� outside and they made sure I had water.

On 8/21/23 I visited Express Lube off Mallory Lane. First customer of the day. I m now coming here for oil changes. Everyone from the lady at the front desk, to Molly who was very professional and knowledgeable to the guy she was working with that lubed my door hinges. Great staff and they deserve recognition. The techs were so sweet and friendly. They were very thorough. They even cleaned my front windshields for me. That has not happened in a very long time. They even offered me a cold bottle water, while I was waiting . They treat you like family here. Highly recommend them.

After dealing with three other businesses telling me they couldn't do a simple battery change on my 2016 Focus, I pulled into Super Express Lube and was quickly and effectively taken care of. Layla was the absolute best! First time going here and she was super nice and friendly and took the time to explain everything to me in detail and offer additional services with no pressure whatsoever. She could easily be the manager for her excellent customer service skills. Will definitely make this my new oil change place.

After many tumultuous experiences with other shops, this one has to be at the top for all of middle TN. Very friendly, expedient, and thorough. I had my car worked on in the repair shop and Dominick and the crew did a great job diagnosing a variety of mechanical issues and were able to complete it in one day. Highly recommended!

They were so helpful and communicative here! I called ahead to ask if they could just help evaluate the problem for me and were more than willing! I also rolled in at 5:55 and they close 6:00, but they had no problem giving me a quick hand and really helping out. Would absolutely recommend!

This is the best mechanic shop in all of Nashville and Franklin BY FAR. The staff are not only extremely professional, but are also honest!! They are kind, hard-working, and communicated with me throughout the whole process of fixing my car. I will not be taking my wife and I s cars anywhere else.

This place is awesome. I used to drive a Subaru, in which oil changes were complementary per the dealership, so I never had to take it anywhere besides them for an oil change. Now, I drive a brand new Kia Sportage, and I got turned down by everywhere except them for my oil change. Everyone told me my car was too new , and they didn t have the part so they couldn t do it. Super Express Lube was the only place nice enough to take the time to order the part needed, so they could do my oil change. The guy that answered the phone, Dominick I believe, is SO nice and enthusiastic. Very pleasurable to speak to on the phone. Today was my first time going by myself to get my oil changed, as my boyfriend always takes it for me. They were amazing! They did not push unnecessary stuff on me because I m a clueless woman, like most places do. I came on a Tuesday afternoon, about 3:30, and there was no line or wait. I was there maybe 15 minutes. Super quick, super easy! There was a tech up top, my receipt says her name was Molly, and she was wonderful! SO nice, and talked me through everything they did. They even checked to make sure my all lights worked correctly. Seriously the best place for an oil change! They are quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and VERY NICE! I recommend you take your vehicles here for all their needs.Service: Oil change

I had the pleasure of working with Silas. He attended to the needs of the car and provided honest information. The bottle of water was icing on the cake. Also considering I was super thirsty! I came in for an oil change and he gave me a breakdown of the cost after taxes which I loved! I also needed him to check the brakes because they had been squeaking. He let me know that considering the new model of my 2021 Buick Envision and the miles on it that I shouldn t have to change the pads or rotors, but he still said he would take a look. Overall excellent service! Furthermore he wasn t judgmental or sneaky with pricing considering I m a woman. There was no line so I drove right into the garage and was greeted immediately with a smile. I definitely recommend this place to new comers!Service: Oil change

Came to Dominic on a referral. Had stock worn out headlights to replace, bulbs were LED & always shorting-out. Replaced with all new equipment, replaced wiring back to OEM. SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE & Can resolve most issues.
