Hope at the front desk explaining and scheduling the work and Zach the technician and the entire team did a great job installing Racing Optics Windshield protection on my Brand new Jeep Gladiator. Prompt & courteous service (which is a thing of the past) was greatly appreciated.They have a customer for life!

Highly recommend! Todd and his team did a great job of recommending the best window tint to help meet our needs. The were prompt and professional. Installation and communication was excellent from start to finish. Upon installation of the tint, Todd discovered some concerns related to our windows themselves. Because he brought this to our attention and recommended a solution, we were able to seek out window professionals to assist with this as well. It has made such a difference with regard to the conditioning of our interior space. Without Todd's eye for detail and knowledge about windows, we may have never known what a big issue this really was. Todd was able to educate us about the best way to resolve the matter and as a result, it has made a huge improvement. Thank you so much!

My first tinted windows they are great! Did a great job. They got me right in, although I was in no hurry they kept my car as I was out of town for a few days no problem and was very reasonably priced with a lifetime warranty!

I had an appointment and got there 15-20 minutes early. They got me in immediately and they were so friendly. While they worked on my car, I chatted with the manager. I'm super pleased with the tint....this is the 2nd car I've taken there. If you want to support small town, local business, this is it! Absolutely, hands down, great work! No bubbling in the tint and it matches my factory tint. The customer service is phenomenal and I had an awesome desk to work at while I waited. It was less expensive than originally quoted, which made my day! I also have a family member that had their truck windows tinted here and two years later their tint job still looks amazing. You can't beat the price and quality at Solar Solutions!

I have been a very satisfied customer with them with at least 4 vehicles tinted with them for 9 years. There is no one else come close to their attention to details and the workmanship! Now add the customer service experience that they provide that make you feel at home, they have reach a level that is impossible to beat! Michelle, CJ, and the rest are the best!

Solar solutions did an excellent job on my window tint. Their service was fast (less than an hour). I feel that their prices were very fair for the quality of product and service. Plus the provide a lifetime warranty for the duration of the time you own the vehicle! Would 10/10 recommend. Also this is 20% tint on the front and back windows for reference

Solar Solutions tinted all the windows on my 2011 Mazda MX5. The back window of the hard top is difficult to get to due to the very limited space. All windows looked great but the rear window still had a few small bubbles that remained. I called and had them look it over a couple weeks after the initial job. Hope was very friendly and easy to work with. She apologized and agreed that the rear window needed to be redone and felt they could do a much better job. They fit me in quickly and re-tinted the rear window. It now looks amazing. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Hope and the crew at Solar Solutions.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They explained the different levels of tints available, and knew the laws regarding window tint. Helped me pick the right film for my car. The installation was very well done, and they even put 2 techs on my car to get me done faster!! Gave clear instructions on how to let the film cure on my car, preset the child locks so no passengers will mess up my install, and put a bright green sticker of the driver side window controls as a reminder. Very professional, and it looks dope! Will come back!

Great place to go if you're needing windows tinted and other accessories.Very friendly staff that explained all the different types of tint.Fast service, I dropped the car off around 4pm on a Friday for a Saturday morning apt. Theu called me around 5.30pm and said it was done and if I wanted to pick it up he could wait for me. Not many places will do that these day.My car looks 10 times better now and I am very happy with the look. Its 35% tint all the way around, not to dark but not to light. It has also cut down on the amount of heat in the car.

Solar Solutions is the only place I trust to tint my vehicles. I can't even count the number of vehicles I've had Solar Solutions tint for me over the years and they never disappoint. In addition to tinting, they also care about their customers. Due to the increase in remote work with COVID, they put a desk in their lobby to give their customers a place to work while they wait on their vehicle. Came in from out of town, wanted car windows tinted with the most heat rejection as possible, they explained everything and my options,I went with the ceramic and I'm glad I did wow what difference, and it came out flawless, if you are looking for window tint in Franklin, I highly recommend Solar Solutions, you won't be disappointed Service: Heat control window films

Hope was so friendly and kind which is rare now days in a place of business! They were able to get my old tint removed and new tint added within 2 hours! I love my new tint job on my car! I've had my windows tinted on my pervious car and vent guards put on my new car by them. They are the only business I use for my accessories for my vehicles! They get me in, in a Timly manner and the work they do always looks great!! Sadly I don't have pictures ofy new vent guards here is the tint on my old car.

Here is a thorough (and hopefully helpful) review of Solar Solutions!When I needed window tinting on my CUV, I was so initially impressed with SS that I didn't look many other places.I was helped by Hope, who could tell exactly what kind of factory tint I had from her desk. We talked for awhile, as her and the other employees patiently answered a first-time client's many questions about tint! A couple facts I learned:-All their tints are black. There aren't any weird colors you sometimes see on the road, or that bubbly texture from people who tried to do it themselves.-Four intensities of light-blocking are offered (see photo):35% provides some privacy.20% allows only basic outlines can be viewed.15%, you can barely see anything inside unless you come right up to the window and peer in.5% is "limo tint," and an absolute wall of black. Nearly zero visibility to what's inside the vehicle, though passengers can still see outside. Don't quote me on any of this, it's just my observation and you can find more on the Internet.-In Franklin, as of 2017, 35% VLT (visible light transmission) is the maximum tinting legal. Now, if you already have factory tint that came with the vehicle, then there is some wiggle room regarding back windows. In other words, they told me in such cases one can essentially go as dark as he/she wants on those windows, at their own risk of getting pulled over, of course.-Windshield-tinting is illegal, and while SS recommends only applying a sun strip at the top, they will uphold your wishes regardless.-Solar Solutions comes with a warranty, which is honored by whoever owns the vehicle, wherever they are in the country, via certified 3M shops, as long as the tint is legal. Simply keep the provided invoice in your glovebox.As my visit was around a holiday, the location was very busy and I had to get an appointment one week beforehand. They were booked out. Quoted $95 for the driver and passenger windows, or $305 for all 7 windows. Solar Solutions' prices occasionally do increase because business is booming here, so if you're wanting to get it done, go soon.Man, that week before my appointment seemed like forever. When the day finally came, I did have to wait ~1 hour despite arriving early and only getting 2 windows done. That's ok though because they had drinks in the waiting area. Snacks would've been nice too, but I guess those are hard to keep around.An unfortunate fact is that while Solar Solutions is a professional business rather than a garage shop, much of their customers are, how do I say this tactfully... Unruly country folk who want the darkest tint just so they can chew, smoke, drink, and do sketchy stuff privately in their lifted trucks that have no mufflers (this ain't from my imagination, another customer literally told me this info). Welcome to Tennessee, I guess.This being said, I gasped when I saw their work. Solar Solutions did an IMPECCABLE job on my window tint. Before you leave they tell you not to roll the windows down for 5 days, and to keep your ride in the sun so the film will dry.No doubt I will be coming back for more of their services.*A little tip, bring cash if you want to save 10% off the price*

Very fast, very reasonably priced and just all around good people. Got my sunroof tinted first thing in the morning, in and out in 45 minutes. I highly recommend this location for window tint, C.j. is doing this with over 20 years of experience and it show's. I HAVE to just give these guys (and girls) a huge shout out because of their work and customer service. I have had two vehicles done by CJ years ago and it still looks brand new to this day! Anytime I get asked about tint needing done on a customers vehicle (family, friends, etc.) I always recommend Solar Solutions to them. They are reliable, honest & their quality of work is AMAZING. My husband and I both had our windows tinted here and they were amazing! The two women who assisted us were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We made an appointment during our lunch break and they were very mindful of getting the job done quickly. It s been about 2 months since we had the services done and love how it turned out.
