Unless you have an entire morning or afternoon to kill you probably want to go somewhere else. Trying to have your device monthly calibrated at this location is a nightmare. In the last several months I have never gotten completed in less than an hour of my appointment closer actually to two. Today the service center people didn t even show up until 45 minutes after my appointment time.

Per the staff s own words. Stay far away from this place if you have an electric or hybrid set up. They admitted to lacking sufficient training and if it wasn t for Joseph, who makes up for the lack of accountability from the owner, this place would be far worse. He is the only reason I m not given them a 1 star. Joseph, if you are reading this, great job trying to help the customer understand the glitches in the devices with patience and understanding.

No parking .hours of business are wrong on google. Says 9_5 on Friday but actually its only 1pm _ 2pm. Can't ever talk to anyone when you call for information.

Horrible customer service. Their devices are defective and shoddy. They regularly need replacement because their literal trash. Don't use this headache unless you want to spend endless money on tows or time at the shop! Buyer beware!

Ok... no one is happy about having to put one of these in your car, but the experience was fast, easy and customer service was great!!!! If you have to get one, I would definitely recommend this location!

Everything went perfectly. All questions were answered, I was well informed about all the stipulations about the device, and the installer was kind and courteous.

No one will answer phone when having problems with device and there is alot of problems with this device.
