Unprofessional and lacking diligence and customer satisfaction. Long story short, when repairing rear hatch, they broke rear camera, eventually replaced with a used, broken, camera and said that s all they can do. Wires exposed and not properly installed. Had to get a new camera installed they wouldn t pay for it. Didn t put my car back the way I found it, with cords hanging and misplaced.I get things happen. It was more of their lack of wanting to find a solution, wanting to brush me off and not wanting to deal with it. Felt like a burden b/c of having to go back 4 times.

I wouldn t even leave 1 star if I didn t have to. This is the most unprofessional place, they just need to close their doors. Got an estimate back in Dec. Receptionist was confused and couldn t find my appt at first. Finally got an estimate weeks later booked the appt. And 2 days before they call to reschedule for another month out, Jan. The girl on phone assured me they would not reschedule me again and booked another month later for Feb then just today 4 days out from appt calls to cancel. When I told her they needed to close their doors they obviously can t do business and thanks for nothing she hung up on me!! Terrible place with many other bad reviews.

Insurance company recommended. Got the estimate and set up an appointment to drop the vehicle. We did a arrive early and the receptionist made it very clear that we had made her day MUCH HARDER. Keep in mind we were like 15 minutes early by the the time we were next in line. If I had not had to wait 3 weeks to get the appointment I would have walked out and went to another body shop. The lady was rude to the other 2 people dropping off their vehicles.

I took my car to the Columbia location that is now closed awhile back. Everything seemed fine other than being without my car for a long time. Maybe I just ignored it or not wanting to be without my car for over a week again. But there is a large crack in the paint job that shows that base black coating. There are air bubbles and warping in the paint. below the whole back window it's clearly flaking up. Not to mention the color mismatching..So I found my information through an email where I took the car. It was hit by a company truck backing up while it was parked at work. The only place the insurance approved was service king in Columbia.Well since that place is shut down I called Franklin locations. They both refused to help with the car for warranty service. since they said they would not have the records of what was done.The pictures don't even show the bad details well.

Summary: Poor communication, it took over a month for them to tell me my car was totaled, all the while saying it was all good.When I dropped my car off here after a fender bender (my insurance, USAA, recommended this shop), I was told verbatim, "we're going to give you an estimated completion date that's way in the future, don't worry and call me all angry about it taking a month. We'll for sure get it done before then, and if we get too backed up we've got other locations that we can move your car to." I was then given a completion date of August 4th (I dropped my car off on June 30th). I was given an estimate at this time of $3,800 and 10 business days to fix my car.Throughout the following weeks, I called the shop multiple times. All I was told was "we're working on it," "a technician has been assigned," or "they've taken it apart". I even got a text on July 31st (4 days before it was supposed to be complete) that said "We're nearing completion! We'll call you if there are any delays." On August 1st at 4:30p.m., I then received an updated estimate that it would cost $8,000 to fix my car. I called the shop immediately but was not able to get ahold of anyone before they closed. The next day, they did not call me the whole day. On August 3rd, I called to ask about the status of my car, where they admitted it would not be done anytime soon, and they were now waiting on my insurance since it's a near total loss.This was an extremely frustrating process. I understand that all body shops are understaffed and very busy these days. I would not have had a problem with this place except for that I felt incredibly in the dark, and even borderline deceived by the limited communication I did receive. Now I know I'm by no means an expert on this sort of work, but what it looks like to me is that this place did zero work on my car until a few days before it was supposed to be complete. Extremely dissatisfied with this experience. Everyone I talked to in person at the office was cool, though. But overall very dissatisfied.

GIVE JASON A RAISE!! Jason took care of me when he could have turned me away. I had been there before for assistance with my current issue (a very small body repair), and the woman who looked at my car referred me to other body shops and told me she had no time to take care of me. I went back late today and met Jason, and Jason didn't turn me away, but even helped me after hours. He was incredible... and right now I think he should be sainted. If I were to base my review on the previous lady's interaction, I would not have given this business many stars, but Jason was my hero tonight and he alone bumped up this business in my opinion... so because of him... we are going with 5 stars. Absolute worst auto shop in the state of Tennessee and most likely the nation as a whole. My nanny took her car here over a week & a half ago because her insurance company told her to go here. They gave her a 4 day estimate, so she rented a car for 4 days. 11 days later they are still waiting for the car to be fixed. There wasn't even anything mechanically wrong; it was a dented bumper. When asked how long (11 days later), they couldn't even tell me, as it had to be painted and they didn't know how long it would take the paint to dry; did you really just say you don't know how long it takes for paint to dry?!?! How long did it take last time?!?! This place is a joke; the manager, Doug Fraley, is doing a terrible job, unless his goal is for this place to be the worst, then he's doing an excellent job. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! Even if insurance pays for it, just ask for the money and go to Essy Auto on Nolensville Rd.

They did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle. The service was straightforward and polite, timing was very fast, and as for the work itself my car definitely looks better now that when it did the day I bought it. There are literally no signs of any impact or paint alterations on my car body, and they even detailed my interior to impeccable condition (which was not even affected by my accident). Doug, the manager, was wonderful to work with and genuinely cares for every customer's satisfaction and will go the extra mile to make your experience right. Definitely referring this business and will surely be back here if my car ever incurs damage again.

Our daughter s car was hit while parked so it was an insurance claim where we were not at fault. Handled seamlessly!! Service King communicated well, finished several days early and car looks great!! Can never seem to put a car back together correctly. Nice customer service but zero follow through. They fixed my car but I had to bring it back because the door and fender weren't aligned and the door kept hitting the fender when I opened it. They fixed that and then I went and got my car washed and now the headlight has a ton of moisture in it. I do not recommend these guys, this will be the third time I've had to take my car back to get something fixed other than what they originally repaired.

The repair experience was transparent and well done. The communication was top notch, and the repair job was fantastic. On top of that, they made the rental experience with Enterprise very easy too. In all, we had the accident, drove there, and were on our way with a rental car within a very short period of time. The repair took about two weeks, which is normal.Were anything to happen again, this business would easily be the first choice.

Absolutely terrible customer service, they are the rudest people I ve dealt with. I ve worked many jobs in the automotive industry and these people do not know how to treat their customers. They told me I don t have time for you they also broke my front emblem and said we tried taking your emblem off but didn t want to break it then the guy hands me a broken piece of it . They ordered 5 bumpers for my car and apparently all of them came in damaged. They re rude, customer service is horrible, don t take your car here.

They did a rear bumper replacement for my car, they worked thru my insurance and when I came to drop my car, they called the rental to pick me up. I was pleasantly surprised by daily SMS updates about the repair work status. Very nice staff and thumbs up for Service King.

They painted an exterior mirror shell for me. Color matched perfectly and holy moly they were fast. Got it back the same day. Price was surprisingly good too.
