Perry contacted me personally and kept me posted on the repairs being done on my vehicle after a bad car accident. They were very thorough with repairs and went above and beyond to return my vehicle in perfect condition. The turn around was very fast and my vehicle was returned washed and detailed. My son was involved in an accident where another car ran a stop sign. We took it to service king the lady's at front desk were nice and met Mark he went over everything with us explained everything and even though over the holidays they got the job done. They kept us informed. I understand there's an outfit from Chicago that's buying service king I certainly hope they keep the team intact on carothers don't mess with a good thing. The front-end work looks brand new.

Completely overpriced and did not put the correct parts on my car. Then I have to pay cash? $5000 in cash I have to hand them. Who does that?I would definitely not recommended for anyone

My auto insurance recommended this Service King when my car was hit while I was parked in the grocery store parking lot. They repaired and painted my front bumper in three days, earlier than their estimated time. The staff, particularly Shelley and Jensen, treated me like I was their top priority from the get go! They kept me updated, and made me feel like I was a long-time friend/customer of their business. I haven t experienced customer service like that in a long, long time!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had to take my truck back after something came up which required me to need it unexpectedly during the set time they were supposed to service it. They had already started on some of the repairs but were very understanding and allowed me to come pick it right back up and return it at a later date. Once I had it back and the repairs started, they were very good about updating me on the progress. The job was done very well and customer service was fantastic. No complaints at all.

After a slight fender bender, I asked Service King about an average time for repairs, and they told me it would take about 2-3 weeks depending on Parts availability. My car had 2 panels of damage and apparently imside body damage. They fixed it but now my Bluetooth cuts out randomly . I have found many new scratches to my car . Stains on inside of my roof near the location they were working on . They performed a wheel alignment but car isn't aligned at ALL . They left spray cans in my truck . The trim on the door They worked on is falling off . . I don't even want them to fix the issues they have caused as I do not trust them . Highly recommend you take before pics in deep detail to back up any claims if left with no choice but this place . I really thought I was in good hands from the first & ONLY update I received at the very beginning.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very bad customer service. Made an appointment with them to bring in a vehicle of mine that was hit by another vehicle as they pulled into a parking spot. The vehicle that hit mine, insurance was covering the cost. I made an appointment a month out to drop my vehicle at Service King. Never did they mention that I needed to have an insurance estimate. So I show up and a very rude, abrupt lady greeted with not a hello or any cordial greeting but rather a very direct. Do you have your insurance estimate? I said no and she said I couldn t drop the car off. Done that was it no solution no fix no nothing. It took me a month to get into drop the car and that is all I got. Later the insurance agent called to try to get it sorted and she was met with the same rudeness and stated she couldn t help and get the vehicle in. The insurance stated that Service King changed their policy but I was never informed nor given leniency as they must have just changed their policy. Nonetheless never going there again.

My first experience was with the front desk receptionists/secretaries, and they were very professional, friendly, and caring. Then I dealt with Justin, who is a manager. He was extremely professional, kind, thorough, and operates with the utmost integrity! Half way through the process of my vehicle getting repaired, he detected some issues with previous work that had been done by their shop years ago that was subpar and done incorrectly. He informed me immediately, took responsibility, and made sure everything was done in accordance with their high standards. I was blown away with his honesty and incredible work ethics! They also handled everything with my insurance company and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Wow, talk about building trust with your customers! They were very professional throughout the entire process. Communication was wonderful and they kept me informed with every step in the process through text updates and personal phone calls. My vehicle was ready earlier than initially anticipated and the work done on my vehicle was excellent. This service king is so unprofessional I was in a fender bender with a calf my car was completely drivable before I took it to them they tore apart my car and then after told me they would not repair it or put it back together for me to take it somewhere else they had it towed to the wrong Body Shop and I had to drive it to the correct body shop after they told me it was not drivable they threw all of my parts to my car that they tore off inside of my car I am still missing two pieces that go under the front bumper that were there before I took it to service King they say they don't have them my insurance company called to help me get the two missing pieces back and they told him that they don't have them they for some reason they would not answer me when I called but if I called from another phone number they answered immediately. never gave me any updates about my car I would never recommend service King to anyone I will never take my car there again.I left a review about my 2 missing car parts they never gave me back and they told me to email their customer service I did over a week ago never even replied to my email what trash service king is would never recommend

I came across the company after another repair shop had did everything completely wrong. My car accident happened on 12/20/2016 and it is just now being repaired... I may be a female but I LOVE my car. Going without it was torture! After dealing with all of the non sense from the other repair shop I was completely fed up! Once I got to service king they handled everything!!! And I mean everything, down to returning my rental for me. Angie, Jordan and Tony were outstanding and I feel truly blessed to have them there with me in my time of needing my car repaired in a timely manner. They did what they said they would do and that was satisfy me!! And it's just now being repaired because of the other shop taking 3 weeks for paperwork it had NOTHING to do with service king!! Far beyond outstanding service at the Franklin Service King. Had front end damage repaired after hitting large chunk of blown truck tire on the freeway. Easy drop off and got immediate call with detailed estimate. Service King finished work in record time, 5 days ahead of schedule. Absolutely perfect workmanship. They handled everything with my insurance company, so only had to pay a small deductible on comprehensive coverage. I came through GEICO. There are some bad reviews here....and I don't get it...at least right now. The shop staff was cordial and warm...down right awesome for 8am in the morning. The repair time was slightly longer than I'd like, but who am I to judge what it takes to do the job these folks are experts at...also over the holiday. When I did pick up my 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid....it was immaculate...like nothing ever happened. Been just a few days...but right now I am very happy. Will update if need to. Thank you for your work Service King.

Per the advisement of State Farm, our wrecked car was delivered to the Franklin Service King location. Our car was repaired in a timely manner, and we were frequently updated. Upon picking up the car, I noticed 2 broken parts under the hood. They ordered those and replaced the parts, also within a timely manner. A few weeks later I noticed 2 more broken parts on the car. They ordered those parts but it is 3 months later and I still do not have them installed. They have cancelled install dates, do not return any calls and point at a district manager and technician re-hires as the cause to the confusion. We contacted State Farm, over a week ago, who contacted the location. We still do not have resolution. State Farm has told us that they will schedule the repairs to be completed at another location.

I was sent here via Geico to take care of my claim. They did a great job on my BMW & even had it cleaned before return! They kept me updated every step of the way & had enterprise there waiting on me upon arrival. Customer service at this establishment is just simply incredible. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews here, but I had a fantastic experience with Service King Franklin in June 2020. Their customer service was kind and quick, their text-service for communication was easy and sent me updates often, and the job was finished 2 days before their original date. They replace a door on my truck and fixed some spots around it, and it looks great. Thanks SKF!

I am a mechanic for air craft and automotive. My family member brought a car here after a fender bender with a calf. They tore the bumper, hood, fender and door off the vehicle and would not put the car back the way it came to them. They stopped work and told us the car was totaled and unsafe to drive, so they would not put it back together. I had to complete their work with some new hardware because they lost some hardware and the lower splash gaurds/skid plates for the car. They will lose business for some $100 parts and poor craftsmanship.

The staff here is FANTASTIC. There was some confusion with the rental car booking/insurance and Angie (running the admin side at the front desk) called my insurance company and took care of everything for me. Both techs that appraised my car and started the repair paperwork were professional, kind, and explained every step for me. I will definitely come back here the next time I need repairs done on my car!

My pick up experience: there was dust everywhere inside of my car and trash. When I turned on my car, all my check service lights turned on. They did manage to clear with their computer system. The next morning my car would not turn on. As far as the dents repaired and the paint job, it does look decent. Front desk are very friendly and helpful with updates.

Geico should remove them as an approved vendor. Car was in an accident and took it to this location because they are a Geico approved vendor. They put new bumper over the damage but did not fix the damage underneath. Found out a month later when car was in another accident. Had to be corrected at the next shop. Horrible experience. They did not keep me up to date on the process of my vehicle and they had it for over 3 weeks. Every time I called to speak with someone about an estimate I was told they would call me and never did. The text message updates were always wrong. When I received my vehicle back I was driving to work the next day and the vehicle started having issues from the area they worked on. I reached out to them and was told to bring it by. My mechanic at work was able to take a look before I could bring it by and there was a bolt missing in a place it needed on and the other bolt was not tightened at all. When I reached out this safety issue I was only told I could bring it in to them and that I should have kept my appointment to bring it in to them to look at it and fix it. I do not recommend using this location.

The moment I selected Service King Collision to handle my car's repair. They set up an appointment for me to bring in my car in for damage inspection. They assigned me a repair coordinator who kept me updated at every stage in the repair process. They even helped me get a rental car! I was not without a car at any point while my car was being repaired. My car looks brand new. If you're looking for a shop to repair your car look no further. *****Five stars****

We brought our car as per Geico to have it looked at after we got into a single car accident. We had already had it looked at by two dealerships that came to the same conclusion about the damage being rather extensive, however Service King argued that there was very little wrong with the car insisting they knew more than the certified mechanics that had already looked at it, two of whom were actually family members. I am convinced they didn't want to find anything else wrong since it would have totalled the vehicle and therefore they wouldn't have gotten paid to fix it and instead undervalued the damaged purposefully to be able to work on it. The initial conversations we had with them that sought to explain what had been found at the dealerships were met with them being a bit rude, cutting me off mid sentence by literally saying " I'll stop you right there...". Unprofessional and shady is the impression I am left with. I'll not being another vehicle here again.

Horrible horrible place to bring your car for repair,Had a small dent in the door of my 2016 Corolla and ended having to get that redone since it was low quality work and ended up with a deep scratch in the bumper from their employees, so we had to leave it for another weekAgain the same thing happened, the bumper needed to be redone for low quality work.So we are waiting in their parking lot for them to buff these pits out of the bumper and while waiting we see their employees in a car honking and messing around.I don t write many reviews about places but since this place is so bad I had to, so trust me and do not take your car here even if your insurance recommends it, poor quality and poor customer service.I m Not happy with the work that was done I feel like my car has more issues than what I brought it in with,*Update while waiting an hour for them to Buff out the pits in the bumper they come back and tell us that they sanded through the pant and it ll need to stay another day.Very very unhappy, we did not trust our car in there hands for any longer, and decided to just pick it up in the horrible shape they left it in. Now the other side of bumper is very rough and needs some more work!This has been an horrible horrible experience!Talking to Geico about this and their management.
