I trust the people here. I know every time I have a concern with my Forester or just need an oil change they always provide high quality service. Last week I called about a headlight out and they told me to come on in and five minutes after I got there the bulb was replaced. Thanks Peter! Also, last November Taylor took really good care of us. We had unexpected repairs and he got us a loaner car to use for the night and helped us set up a no-interest payment plan. Thanks Taylor!

Here right now in my 24 wilderness, and they are hooking me up with a wilderness group to ride trails while I'm in town. Super nice people and extremely recommended this spot..

Excellent car service with great customer service. I live in Nashville but come down to this Subaru specifically for the quality of their service. Peter was very helpful today and explained several terms in an easy to understand manner.

Ellis and Rob treated me like family! Ellis checked me in for my service appointment and even though I was early, he got me right in to get the work started. When I picked up my vehicle, Rob went over the process and told me what I should be prepared to look at for my next visit. Worked with Ryan Dickerson and the parts department to get some additional accessories for my Crosstrek ordered. He was extremely helpful in expediting my order in time for an upcoming camping trip. The staff went above and beyond when I brought my 2012 Subaru Forester. Taylor Jones is the epitome of professionalism. My vehicle is covered under a third party warranty program & Taylor took care of all the interactions needed for approving repairs as well as providing on-time status updates regarding my vehicle.When I needed to get a few things out of my vehicle (car seat, etc.) he was there to help as well. In short time, I felt like I was dealing with a close friend & I wasn t just a number. When recounting my experience to a coworker, I he had the same experiences. I brought my Ascent in for a transmission recall repair and I forgot to tell them not to roll my window down because Safelite was attempting to fix their shoddy work after three attempts. Bryan and Shawn were fantastic to deal with and were able to get my window fixed. I should have brought it to them in the first place. I've learned my lesson. Huge shout out to Will Allen! During the hottest day of the summer, my AC went out in my Crosstrek. After discussing the problem with him, he completely took care of my problem! I am so grateful to him for listening to me and going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and exceeding my expectations! And, the day I was there, the parking lot was being paved. He was standing on the pavement on one of the hottest days of the year with a smile on his face and in service to so many in so many ways. Thank you again, Will Allen! DW Subaru is worth the drive we make from Nashville to service our car! Their service team is great (we have dealt with both Tyler & Ellis as our service agents and have been very pleased), they get service done in a timely manner, and the prices are reasonable.
