I just recently took my car in for service at Darrell Waltrip Honda service. I have always been treated with a high level of respect and care. I am disabled and the people that work there are extremely sensitive and kind to make sure I get in and out safely. That means I can continue to do my own errands and I m so grateful. I have worked with Jordan each time I have been there and I can t say enough about how good he is to work with. I actually look forward to seeing him at my annual service visit. Thank you to all.

Picked up a screw in a tire over the weekend and was able to get it fixed quickly at the dealership. The waiting area has been updated and looks great. Nice big screens, comfy chairs, and plenty of charging ports everywhere. They even have a business center for setting up lap tops. The staff are very up front about pricing and will let you know if the wait will be long because they are busy. Good service and good experience again. I will continue to come back.

I had the most life-changing experience here with Feras. My car had been totaled, and I desperately needed a newer, reliable vehicle without breaking the bank. Feras has a way of treating you as family, a personable gentleman. I highly recommend you ask for him if you ever decide to buy a vehicle at this location. I will never buy a car from anyone else.

It is extremely unfortunate when you are quoted a price over the phone that differs from that of the price charged upon arrival. The quoted price (and reviews) were the primary reason I brought my car to this location for service. When I arrived I was given a price that was over $100 more than quoted. I m a very straight to the point kind of guy. I don t like beating around the bush, so I just appreciate a business that is willing to honor prices that are quoted. I would highly suggest that you have a conversation with your schedulers if you anticipate the price point to be different once your customers arrive for service.

I had a great service guy, Sam!I would have rated more stars... but apparently they don't run the cars through the wash FOR you any more. It's a do-it-yourself kinda deal. There's supposed to be someone there to assist you..... however... the pictures are from inside my truck and no-one there to respond when the whole carwash got me stuck! I had to call the dealership to get help... just hoping there would be no damage to the bodywork.Yeah. Bad idea, needs rethinking!

I ve been taking my car to Darrell Waltrip for service for a couple of years now and have always had a very good experience. Most recently I worked with Joey Reynolds and this time was no exception. I really appreciate when an advisor is honest about the services you actually need and when you need them. I ve been twice now where I scheduled a service and was told that I didn t need it yet or that it wouldn t be helpful. Honesty will gain my loyalty and my consideration when buying a car in the future.

I ve always been very skeptical of buying a used car, especially from a dealership. However, the guys at Darrell Waltrip Honda changed all of that. Mike Van and Brandon went above and beyond multiple times to make sure that I was taken care of when the car I bought had an annoying issue. I can definitely say that they have earned my business Moving forward and I will be recommending them to anyone I can! They are truly redefining service and the perception of dealerships.

I worked with Sam Daley as my service consultant and Jimmy Cooke as my repair technician getting three Honda recalls repaired on my 2019 Pilot. Very satisfied with their customer service.

Anytime I bring in my Honda for service, the whole staff is friendly! I was given Jerry Robinson for my first time for any service and was very pleased. Jerry is always friendly and very knowledgeable. He is easy to get a hold of and he stays in touch when he has my vehicle. Jerry's kind attitude and quickness of service doesn't make me dread taking my car in. :)Service: Oil change

I've gone to Darrell Waltrip for my Honda Civic's service since 2015 and it's an incredible place! I always see Brandon and he's knowledgeable, quick, and makes sure my car gets what it needs without unnecessary expenses. The waiting room is a pleasant place to wait and all staff are very nice.

I recently took my car to the Darell Waltrip Honda couple of times for different service needs. Had an opportunity to work with Advisor Brandon Tidwell. I found him to be a highly professional and organized person. He kept me informed about the issue with car while I was waiting in the lobby and got the work done within an hour both the times. He even worked with Honda Warranty to get the replacement of Auto Idle-stop switch covered which saved me around $300. I will certainly go back to Darell Waltrip Honda and work with Brandon.Service: Transmission

I had just bought my car here and not a month later the battery died from age and the cold. I got my car taken care of ASAP when I called. Everyone was so nice and respectful! They got be back on the road quickly and did not make me feel bad for being in a rush. I really appreciate everyone who works here whether it be sales, service, finance, or management! This location always does their best to inform you of what needs to be done versus not trying to spend every dime that you have at the moment. They do a very good job on informing you. What is needed 1st. And then what can wait for a couple weeks or the next month or they? Also do a really good job on level of importance. If something needs to be changed they'll show you what needs to be changed. I'm just fool hardy with your money like other places can be.

Took my vehicle in for recall. My service advisor was very clear concerning repairs and time frame. They were spot-on. My experiences with them have been very positive since I purchased my vehicle.

Had an alternator quit in my Honda Odyssey and vehicle had to be towed and dropped after hours on Memorial Day. I was over a hundred miles from home and had to get a hotel nearby. Next morning service writer escalated me to a high priority, found parts needed and had me on my way shortly after noon.Great Job Darrell Waltrip Honda!

I normally don't bring my vehicle to a dealership service department but this was extenuating circumstances. I called ahead and spoke with a gentleman named Matt Deckard in the service department. He told me to go ahead bring it in despite them being extremely busy. I brought it my 2022 Honda Civic in and he met me at the bay doors. I explained to him the possible damage that was done and he showed exceptional professionalism, and was very concerned for me and my situation. Mr Deckard could very clearly see I was not in the greatest of moods and he did the best he could to change that and was very pleasant to be around and we even had a good laugh about my vehicle and the reason why I was there.Actually, everyone I met at Darrell Waltrip was very nice and professional.My girlfriend and I own two Honda civics and I can assure anyone reading this that we will be bringing our vehicles to Darrell Waltrip for any services needed and most definitely will be requesting Matt Deckard to be our service advisor if possible. We appreciate his honesty, candor, and professionalism.

Been bringing my Honda here for 13 years. The service is always great, had tire pressure system light came on and 2 of the sensors were bad. The sensors last between 7-10 years my Honda is 13 years old. Brandon said we could do 2 of the sensors, but the others could go bad soon. 2 sensors with diagnostic would be 740 to do all 4 it would be 806.94 I did all 4 thanks for you re help!

I have been a customer of Darrell Waltrip Honda s Service Department for over a decade. My Service Advisor, Brandon Tidwell has ALWAYS taken excellent care of my beloved 2009 Honda Accord EX-L V6, six-speed coupe, that I affectionately call Red. Brandon is great at explaining what is needed and if financial constraints prohibit me from getting everything done at once, he helps prioritize the needs and schedules a second appointment. I trust him implicitly, as he has never once tried to oversell me on a product or service. If you desire service on your Honda, look no further. I have been to Darrell Waltrip Honda Service at least 12 times over the past 10 years and other than one minor misunderstanding a couple of years ago it has always been very good and straightforward service. But I very specifically liked the service rep I have dealt with twice recently, JERRY ROBINSON.....he was very friendly and he patiently let me explain how I was trying to keep a 12 year-old Civic running well as long as I could, but I did not want to necessarily fix every little issue every time I brought it in for maintenance.....he was knowledgeable and helpful and honest in a way that not every service rep is, since they are by definition trying to sell service...I recommend JERRY ROBINSON very highly and wanted to go on record as a 10-year regular customer of this service department, with the records to prove it. For a guy like me who is not a mechanic at all...its important to have somebody you can trust....JERRY ROBINSON is the man !!Services: Tires, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Oil change

There s a reason why I continue to come back to Waltrip Honda in Franklin Tennessee: This place sets the standard and is great. Bathrooms are clean, waiting room is nice, and wifi Is lightning fast. A+ experience all around.I want to point out my service advisor Brandon Tidwell. I have been coming to this location for 7+ years simply because I enjoy the service. I travel 50 minutes to get there to service my car. Today i had a 12 pm appt and showed up about 30 min early. The younger gentleman (didn't get his name but he was home from UTC) greeted me and told me my advisor was Brandon but he was with an individual. I waited 10 min for Brandon to finish with this individual and afterwards he simply walked off. The younger gentleman apologized and he went to remind Brandon i was waiting. Brandon however clearly didn't care and after another 7 min of waiting huffed out. No greeting and no smile. All he said was you are early and I'm working with other people. I proceeded to tell him that's no problem and id be happy to wait if he could just check me in and I would sit in the lobby. He didn't acknowledge that and walked off and seemed to be having a very bad day. The younger gentleman apologized again profusely (though he was super pleasant to deal with an not his fault at all). Had my interaction been ended there with Brandon, this review would frankly be a 1 star review and I would have ended up going to Honda of Murfreesboro or Crest from then on.The younger guy apologized again and went and got Ariana who checked me in. She apologized for my wait and said there was only one car total being serviced in front of me and would be no problem to get me in. This review is a 5 star solely because Ariana and the younger gentleman. They absolutely turned my experience around. She quickly checked me in, my car was serviced and she came back to explain all the findings. She was knowledgeable, professional, and was an excellent people person. Never felt pressured into getting extra services like at times I would, but because she explained the services I am following this review up with a few more services with her. I hope this Honda location realizes what a gem they have with Ariana and the guy I met on first encounter (still wish I knew his name).Brandon however should channel his anger or displeasure with being customer facing and invest in some people skill classes.Service: Oil change

From start to finish I was treated very well. I was met by Alex Leon and he was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and was very patient and kind. No hard sell, he just acted like a friend that wanted us in the right car for us. We chose the Honda Pilot Touring and love the car! Alex knew all the accessories and details of the car. We interacted with other staff that were very pleasant and efficient too. I would strongly suggest Darrell Waltrip Honda in Franklin TN for your car needs . I am a loyal customer for life after this experience! Thanks Alex I appreciate all the time you spent with us.

After my experience today they have earned a customer for life! I purchased a used vehicle a week ago and noticed it had an alignment issue. I returned for an appointment today and have been treated with nothing but kindness. The staff are attentive and management has stood behind their product. Thank you so much for making this experience positive!!

Today went to this dealership ask about Honda 100 month battery warranty claim. Cody initially asked for invoice for the job which was done on April 2018 from different Honda dealership. I asked if he can pull details based on VIN Number, He said no it is not possible . I was on phone try to reach another dealership for 15 mins , Still no luck . Now Cody comes back with invoice details and said it is not covered by warranty. I asked why he could not do this first and why I have to wait for 15 mins and he asked "how much money he should pay me for wasting 15 mins of time" . Also he asked "you are the one who left one star review". I would advise Darrell Waltrip management to train their service advisors on how to interact with customers and provide a better experience to customers without up selling things like air filters and high fluid exchange costs . @Cody , I will keep writing reviews until the issues are addressed properly. FYI , for the first 1 star review i called your service department on Saturday morning thrice to know why the battery test passed where apparently I need a jump start with in 12 hours of oil change service and left a VM . Jousha is the only person i found has some amount patience in this whole service network.Service: Battery
