Rick seems like a real good person but that doesn't mean anything to my car's wet floorboards. When he initially replaced my windshield, I noticed he had gouged my dashboard which I wasn't stoked about but my car is old so I let it slide. I've had several issues since the initial repair. Rick has fixed all of them except this last one, and I AM EXHAUSTED of trying to get in contact with him. Now there's a whistling sound coming from my windshield when I drive and any time it rains my floorboards get soaked. I've called, texted, left voice-mails and either he's purposefully ignoring me or he's super busy. Regardless, I had set up an appointment with him earlier this month and the month is over now and he never showed up. Again, Rick seems like good people and I appreciate his drive for a small business, but I would not recommend his services especially if you drive a nicer car.***UPDATE: It's been a week now since I initially posted this and even though Rick responded on here, I have yet for him to *actually* call me back. Again, good guy, but further shows the kind of response (or lack of) you'll get as a potential customer.

*Tried many times to resolve privately before posting review*Would not recommend. 0/10Had a very basic windshield replacement. Within three months, the seal had failed, my car was flooded, and I couldn t get a text back or payment returned.Save yourself time, money, and car damage. Go to Safelight.*Thanks for responding so quickly to this review and not the 3 missed calls, 3 voice mails, 3 text messages, and 2 Venmo requests (one of which is still open if you would like to reimburse).Please check your records for a Mazda serviced on September 14th for additional information.

Rick has replaced two different auto windows for me. I couldn't be more pleased. If you are in Williamson County, this is your guy. Timely, effective, and leaves everything looking like new. Call Rick.

I m sure Ricks does great work, but getting a hold of him is an issue. It seems like he is ruining a one man show and I sympathize with that. But, we had something set up last week and he failed to call me back. Prior to that I had to call him multiple times with no returned phone call to get the appointment set up. Disappointed

Don't believe any negative reviews about Rick's. I called him this morning and he was at my house and finished by 3pm. And guess what...he actually answers the phone himself! Did a perfect job on my Ford F150 and he was also a pleasure to chat with. Truly the most prompt and professional person I have ever encountered. Don't waste your time calling SAFELITE, call Rick's! He was on time, 1/2 the price, and a real gentleman.

to me, Rick is the top professional that we rarely see among the young working group now. He is polite and professional. He replaced my windshield for a very reasonable price!!

I called a national company and was given a date 3 weeks out and a hefty quote. I called Rick and he came to my house the next day, was great at communication and replaced my windshield for $150 less than the other company. Highly recommended! Nice guy. Great service. Quality product.

Don't listen to the negative reviews. Rick does an outstanding job, and as he runs this small, local business, he takes immense care in making sure he gets the job done right. The entire experience was fantastic and the convenience of him coming to my house to do the repair is immeasurable. I can't imagine how anyone could be displeased with Rick's fantastic service. As long as I live in the Franklin/Brentwood area, I'll be a customer for life.

So glad I called Rick's Auto Glass today!! Got a rock ding in my windshield earlier while on the interstate and knew it needed to be addressed quickly to avoid spreading. I Google searched Franklin glass repair and only a couple were still open after 2pm on Saturday. I called Rick's Auto Glass, Rick answered, I told him what happened and where I was. We agreed to meet at a Mapco just off I65 since rain was imminent. My initial and parting impression of Rick..."Super nice guy!" 28 years of experience in the business, he knows what he's doing. The ding is barely detectable after just a few minutes of work, and at a very reasonable fee!! I couldn't be happier and will gladly call Rick for any future glass repairs. Thanks for taking care of my windshield today Rick!

Talked to Rick on Friday and set up a meeting for Monday, 4/12 @2pm. Rick didn't show up for the appointment. I tried calling several times, left a voicemail, and got no response. I would not recommend Rick's Auto Glass because of missing the appointment and not calling us to let is know. We are going with another company. I repeat...DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THIS COMPANY. They will not show up.

Had appointment scheduled yesterday Rick was a no show. Rescheduled for today, again a no show 2 hours plus late, left multiple messages with no reply. Wish I had known this was an unreliable provider could have saved myself time. Leaving clients waiting without the courtesy of a call is unprofessional. At the very least a professional courtesy would be to call if late, but to not call and not show, awful.

Highly recommend Rick's Auto Glass. I got a chip in my windshield driving to work that morning and a few hours later Rick had it all fixed up for only $60. Great and timely service! Plus at a WAY better price than any other shop.

I called Rick when my car window fell off the tracks and down into my car door. All of the other places I called said it would be $250+ and he came to my work and fixed the problem on site for $70. It seriously took him 25 minutes tops! I highly recommend rick. He could have easily taken advantage of me (being a young female in my 20's) and charging me much more but he didn't! I will be recommending him to everyone.

Amazing experience! Had my car broken into and the next day gave Rick a call and he got the glass for me and came to me to install it the same day! Amazing guy to have work on your car, and also very knowledgable in what he is doing! Will for sure give Rick a call if i ever need Auto Glass again!

I have a 2014 Audi and the last replacement was glued down like you wouldn't believe. Not only is Rick incredibly friendly with good prices, but he handled this tough job with ease. I'd recommend him to anyone, especially if you have a German car, which can be tricky at times.

I restore cars, but glass isn't a battle that I choose to tackle. I had three totally different glass replacement jobs, all atypical tasks on cars with production runs of < 10,000 units (read: new glass is made of "unobtainium", or is $$$$). Other places I called wouldn't even touch the most-straighforward of the three. Rick got them all knocked out!He was extremely careful (I wanted to re-use original glass in all of these projects), knows his stuff, was good to talk to (he spent a long time working on these windshields), went out of his way to get a specialty primer when we hit a snag on one of them, and his prices were very reasonable.I'd absolutely recommend Rick, especially for odd-ball vehicles. As long as Rick is in the business, I'm going to use him!

**UPDATE: 5/9 - Spoke with Rick and mailed him my receipt from the Ford dealership, and gave him my mailing address. He said he would mail me a reimbursement check. It's been over a month (now 6/7) and nothing....I usually don't write negative reviews, but in this instance, I feel the need to do so. I contacted Rick the week of April 10th because he was recommended by a co-worker and I had a huge crack in my windshield. Rick shopped around for the best bargain on a windshield (which was much appreciated), and so we moved forward. He came out to my office the next day during business hours to work on it, which was awesome! Toward the end, he told me he unsure at first as to how to put my wipers back on, but that he called his buddy at Ford and figured it out. I tested them, and they lagged for a second but went down, and I didn't think anything of it. As I was driving home, the insulation piece popped off my windshield and scared me! I called Rick and he was very responsive and told me he would fix it the next day, but I was headed straight out of town and that I would contact him on Monday. That evening, as I was driving to Louisville, I was caught in a rain storm, and when I went to turn my wipers on, they wouldn't work. I was caught on the highway, in the pouring rain, without wipers. I luckily got home safely, and my parents took my car to the Ford dealership. They said that the wipers were incorrectly installed (backward) and that it could've done damage to my car. I was charged over $125 for them to fix the issue. Rick called me that next week and left a voicemail - I couldn't answer because I was at work. I called back and left a message explaining the wiper situation and asked him to please call me back so we could discuss next steps. I never heard back from him. I texted him on 4/27 and still no response ... It seems I cannot get ahold of him when he was previously so responsive, and it also seems like I won't be getting reimbursed for this - I could've been seriously hurt. It's frustrating, and Rick if you read this, I would love for you to call me back. But until then, I will not be doing business with him again, and I will also be letting my company know of this situation, as well so they don't get stuck like I did.

I'm the owner of Grace Towing in Franklin. Rick has put in several windshields and a backglass for me over the past few years! I recommend him to all my friends and family. Nice guy with a lot of experience and it shows.

Scheduled a time for rick to come and remove a windshield. He came in and said he needed some tools so he would come back the next day. He came in the next day started working on it and then said he had to come back the next day with more tools. He never came back and wouldn't answer the phone. very unprofessional and obviously unprepared to actually do the job. I would not recommend using him if you actually need the work done.

I called Mr. Rick for an appointment for my driver side window and he came right out. He found the problem and everything was going good. All he needed was a simple little piece to keep it in track. So I thought he would get the part and come right away. I hadn t to call him at least 5-10 times to get a hold of him so he could finish the job. As a 20 year old I didn t know better I thought he would look out for me and come right away when he has the part and I paid him 40 dollars as a sure thing. But even know he has not return my call and now I have to play 100 dollars to get it fix right. Make sure you stay on top of this guy and make sure it is done proper.

Even before I got my windshield replaced I had to call him Several more times to even see if he was still coming and when he finally answered he was very rushed when I asked him if he was still coming to the spot he told me to meet him when he got here (1 hour late) he was very rude and rushing the whole time and I got a very bad job out of it. I scheduled TWO appointments with him and he definitely didn t communicate anything with me until the day of my appointment. I made another appointment and he text me late night saying someone had bought up all his glass and have a talked to another glass company. I wouldn t recommend me him to nobody. Discount tire recommend him to me. Epic failure.
