I typically have not had an issue with Quick Lane, but I am unable to reach anyone by phone to schedule an appointment for a simple tire rotation.

2pm needed tires just put on my vehicle balanced couldn't wait till next day as I was leaving town that night. Everywhere refused to squeeze me in just for a balance even though most places were still open for 5 more hours. Called quick lane they took me in immediately and we're very friendly.

Andre is the best that I ever seen to work on vehicles for our family. He is very detail and has so much knowledge about everything. I scheduled my appointment for oil change. Waited 2 weeks. Got there 15 min late. I was told I ll have to wait at least 2 or 3 hours. Such a waist of time. Horrible customer service. I will think twice if I ll buy another FORD just because service sucks. After years owning ACURA never been treated this way.

These guys always take great care of me. They do their best to get you in same-day, but they stay very busy. Realistic expectations will be met, usually exceeded. They do great work.

Quick Lane has done a great job over the last 5 years to service the new car we bought from Franklin Ford with routine oil changes, tire rotation/balance, alignments and on this recent occasion our first set of new tires. George is especially kind to help my now adult daughter learn general car maintenance, diagnostics and recommended service. They also gave her a military discount since she joined the Army. We will continue to bring our car here for consistent and quality service.

I came in to Quick Lane to get a oil change on 2/14/20. I asked for full synthetic oil and they put in synthetic blend. And they told me they put in the right oil. They told me they were giving me a discount. What they told me was a lie.I work over the road in my van. I have found that I cannot trust Ford s Quick Lane to do what I asked them to do. I had to stop at another Ford dealership and get another oil change sooner than I had planned.

Went here for simple brake repair job. I went in already knowing what needed to be replaced, I just didn't have the tools to do it myself. The job amounted to two front rotors and pads. I was told that all four rotors, pads, and both front calipers needed to be replaced. I was quoted a total of $1,280 for repair, which included 5+ hours of labor. You have to be kidding me. They then quoted for the front work only--$780. Right.... I took my vehicle home, bought the parts and tools I needed and did it myself. The calipers on the front were fine. I also didn't have to break the lugs on the front when taking the wheels off which means they even didn't bother putting my wheels back on correctly. I don't know why I even bothered coming here. They will try to gouge at every opportunity if they think you don't know any better. Even at high prices, a little bit of honesty goes a long way. Also, I was there for total of about 2 and a half hours.

Went to 2 different tire shops before I came here. Each rejected service because I had bead lock rims. Derek took care of me right away and was super professional. Will be returning here for additional services

Took 3 hours to get our oil changed. Never come here you will get some of the worse customer service. There was only one man that actually helped us out; the only other man there that could help avoided any customer he could.

I waited 40 min before anyone came to help me and was told they were too busy to help me. Glad about that because an oil change was $146.00. This was a Ford dealership in Franklin Tn.

If you own a Ford vehicle under warranty this is a great option. Go during the week and avoid Saturday if possible..

Was in today for full service. Great guys, great service. Would recommend getting HVAC fixed. 45 degrees outside and felt like it inside.

Came to have them just check a low tire on my new truck waiting an hour and a half already...... I live 20 min away but this might be why in 10 years they have only seen my vehicles twice..... The worst service ever! Ford motor company really needs to deal with this place.....the only dealership in middle tn I won't visit..... Went to Firestone across the street...in and out in 15 minutes....
