Tiffany and the shop guys here are top notch! I was on my way to work and my car made a very loud noise. I pulled into their parking lot and the minute I stepped foot into the building I felt like I've known them for years. The diagnostic, estimate, and pricing were extremely fair. I was even able to look at what exactly was wrong under the car and the guys explained everything. Best car shop I've ever been to and will continue to go to. Thank you for everything you've done for me today!

Paid $150 for used car inspection and didn t get any paperwork, just the bill until days later, they forgot and didn t take any pictures. My mom dropped off her car for the engine and front brakes but they replaced all the brakes without asking we have to pay for. We got the car back without the window working all of a sudden. Okay service though.Services: Auto brake repair, Engine repair

They definitely know what they're doing and do a good job getting you the cheapest option that will help you out in the long run. We've been here twice with 2 very separate issues and have been met with professionalism and kindness. They'll say it like it is, and help you out best they can!

I walked in and was helped entirely. There was a sweet dog to keep me company while I waited. There was also a TV with a remote nearby to watch what I wanted.They were quick, polite, and had very reasonable prices compared to the dealership I used to go to for maintenance.I will definitely reccomend this place to friends and family! :)Service: General repairs & maintenance

When I moved to Williamson County about 5 years ago, I was in need of a good repair shop for various automotive needs. The first time I met Mr. Pewitt, I knew I was dealing with a man of integrity. Mr. Pewitt and Randy know what they are doing and always do the work needed and at a fair price. I always recommend Pewitt Brothers to my friends, family, employees and co-workers when they are looking for help with automotive repairs because I know they will get it done in a timely manner and they will get quality work.

This company does great work. I have an old car that I drive only through the week days. at times it needs some work done. I can take it to a mechanic that I've been using for years, but at times he can not find or fix the problem. At any time that I take it to Pewitt Brothers they get the job done, and their pricing does not decimate the budget.

Beware!! Wouldn't let them air my tires. Took an F250 diesel to them in Dec 2013 because it was blowing white smoke and had leaked antifreeze. They said the EGR cooler needed to be replaced. By April 2014 they still hadn't fixed the truck (lots of excuses). We started calling and stopping by frequently so they finally decided to do the repair. In the process of repairing the truck they let the number 8 cylinder fill up with antifreeze and didn't bother to clean it out so when the truck was started it liquid-locked, bent the rod and broke the piston. Of course, it also needed a new head gasket after they broke the rod and piston. The original estimate to fix our truck was $1500, the final bill was $5115.46 but they did agree to take off $500. (gracious of them, right?) Yes, you read that right, they broke our truck and we had to pay for their screw-up. I did talk to the owner and he essentially said that since it broke while they were in the process of fixing the original problem it was not their problem. This business did not take responsibility for it's carelessness and they shouldn't be trusted. Can you afford to pay for a major mistake made by someone else?

We have taken all our vehicle's here for years. We don't live that close but it is worth the drive. Finding trustworthy mechanics at a fair price is an absolute blessing! Talk with Mr. Pewitt or Randy.

You won t find better people or better service anywhere else! Jim and the other gentleman were so helpful and accommodating to me, and the pricing is very fair. The folks here are honest and fantastic at what they do!

FANTASTIC Auto Repair Shop - Pewitt Brothers are fair and honest! - This means a great deal to me, as a female, because I'm never sure if I'm being overcharged or mislead. Very pleased and will continue with PW for all my auto needs!

This place is under new ownership and nothing is the same. They don't seem to care about us old folks who were customers for decades. Jim and Randy are both gone, as is the dog sadly.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Best auto shop I've never been to very thorough, honest guys and will work with you on pricing I would like to give a big thanks 2 these guys the shop closes at noon on Saturdays and they actually stayed open for almost 2 hours pass closing just for me to come get my car and I know didn't have to do that.much respect to these guys thanks again

After taking my car to a couple of mechanics without solving my problem, and then shooting the parts canon at the problem at the local oreily's, the guys at oreily's said I should go talk to Pewitt bros, because they know how to work on old trucks. Went in there and told him the problem. He walked out to my vehicle with a diagnostic tablet and watched all the gauges and sensors while the car idled, and gave me an idea about what could be wrong. I just found my new mechanic!
