I come here A LOT since I drive a 15 year old Scion that's almost reached 300k miles That's why she's still going strong lol! Great people here and always willing to help when you have that dazed look of confusion because you just can't quite put your finger on "what the heck is going on with my car?!"...

As a Mail Carrier in Franklin, this location has provided me the parts I've needed on numerous occasions, and they are always willing to help me make sure that what I purchase works, and is of a reasonable price. The location is great, the staff is great, and the store is a great place to buy parts and accessories.

Very disappointed in how I was treated at this location recently. I called and ordered an oil cap for my car. I had a very busy day and I live a good distance from 'civilization'. The store informed me that they can order it from their Nashville store and it would be in at 11 AM. I asked if they would call me when it arrived and was told that I should just come in because they get too busy to call.I gave them a little extra time...and arrived at 12:45. The person at the register was extremely rude and condescending. They could not find my order and not a record of the order. He asked me very detailed questions about the model and make and whether my car was a premium, prestige or elite? I was not sure and didn't have the car with me because I couldn't drive it without an oil cap. I am not sure why that matter...it was a oil cap. When he couldn't find it, he said I can order you another one and it will be here at 2:10. I am fine with mistakes, but it was really more about how he treated me...condescending and not apologies for their mistake. I was forced to come back later and unable to babysit for my daughter as I had planned. I think customer service should be your #1 goal in dealing with your customers.

We were visiting family and our car was giving us issues starting - we swung by this location and we were promptly helped and were able to determine our battery was going bad. Great customer service!

This location has helped me with batteries, wiper blades and diagnostics and has always been helpful and pleasant to deal with. Today, Stone went above and beyond using contortionist skills to replace a fuse in a hidden secondary fuse box.

Been here a few times for routine items. Always received good customer service. Came in for a new battery a week ago. The gentleman on staff (Clay) tested my battery first, confirmed it was bad, presented me with several options, and even installed my new battery upon request as I was still in my work uniform. Excellent service.

Broke down on a trip 600+ miles from home. Called this store asking if they had a part in stock for my vehicle and had to repeat everything a couple times as he clearly either wasn't listening, or just didn't care. Finally was told the part was not in stock, and that they had to order it. Then I asked if any nearby stores had it, was also told no. I thought that was odd as it isn't an uncommon vehicle or part so I went online. Looked and found that it showed that they actually had the part I needed in stock at that store. Went into the store and had to tell the guy what the part number was because he still couldn't find the part it showed online they had in stock. Fortunately once I told him the part number they were able to sell me the part.

I Love it. The guys that work there are so helpful and friendly to you as soon as you walk in the door. And i really value and trust their opinion. I live less than 1 mile from one O'Reily Auto Parts but its nothing like this store.. Thanks guys

Can't pick up users there. If you get a connect request, they will be assjoles to you and who you're trying to bring it to which will ultimately cancell the whole order and have you waste your and the other persons you're supposed to deliver too time

Super wonderful service. Highly recommend these helpful individuals who work as a team and are super efficient. You probably won't spend too long here so relax end enjoy the sense of humor that is will want you to only shop your vehicle needs and wants at this place.

This store is a ripoff. They wanted $70 more for a battery with less CCAs than Walmart. A generic battery doesn't cost $200

Very helpful gentleman did outstanding job helping me @ a few minutes til close with not the least bit bothered, most impressive these days! When he did the alternator test, it started working seriously!

I love this place, when i walk in here everyone yells out my name like I'm Norm from Cheers (I maintain a fleet of seven cars & 1 motorcycle for myself & family including three driving teens). Just kidding, they don't yell out my name, but they should. (I should also get a Christmas and birthday card from my auto insurance agent.)Today, i was looking for some dielectric grease, and all i could find was the microscopic pac and a tiny tube, i was looking for a more grownup portion I've litterally got 34 cylinders i may need to maintain sparkplug boots on, not a 1997 Geo Tracker with 3 cylinders.When i asked, the girl behind the counter went all ninja-bloodhound going up and down the aisles, then back to the pc to validate it was in inventory and see the packaging so we would know what we were hunting for. With that helpful clue she was able to zero in on it immediately.It may have been a strategic marketing ploy, as we searched, I ended up grabbing 5 or 6 other small items and ended up spending over 50 bucks, when i almost just bought the tiny tube and left for $3. Good for her, maybe she does that for everyone and is on track to be sales person of the year.

Erin is a young woman who welcomes customers with a friendly smile, and she knows where everything is in that store. I am restoring a vintage Mustang, and parts for it are hard to find on O'Reilly's web site. Erin, though, knows just how to get the computer to find the right part for a 52 year old car. Overall, the store has a great vibe with knowledgeable, friendly staff.

Service was great. They helped me figure out the headlights I need and gave me advice on installing them. Reasonably priced.
