Absolute efficiency and knowledge across the board. Every employee was beyond helpful and accommodating, especially our sales rep Dylan. From sales, financing and everyone else, they all went above and beyond to help us narrow our search to the car we wanted and then, to get the financing we needed to make it happen. We couldn t be happier with the car and the experience. It s clear from the cleanliness of the building and lot that the ownership cares a great deal about providing customers with a top notch experience. Thank you Chad, Dylan, James, Darrell and anyone I may have forgotten.

Thus far this has been the best transaction ever in purchasing a new car/SUV. Both my husband and I really appreciated the 2 salesmen that we worked with. Adam took over for the in person, detailed portion of things. He tolerated our old people jokes with much grace! We traded in a Nissan. I was carrying a box of stuff that somehow accumulates in vehicles, & was carrying said box when a detail member of Nelson Mazda noticed. We had no interaction with this young gentleman before this -but he was super quick to offer assistance. I found that behavior extremely impressive! This signified to me the atmosphere of this dealership. One of teamwork and healthy good will. We love our new CX 50 & pray to do so for the next few years. Thank you to our original salesman Dylan, to Adam and to the kind detailer! We ll be back for future purchases, as well as giving rave reviews to friends and family.

Not sure if this is safe but as I was cleaning my used vehicle I purchased from Nelson Mazda I found a white string. Hmm that s odd oh wow my airbag looks as if it was shoved back into my car, held in by a bowing piece of plastic. I m no mechanic but that seems like a pretty big deal. I feel taken advantage of. Maybe they just have no standards when it comes to the used vehicles they sell.

I bought my first new car about 2 weeks ago and was very pleased with Nelson Mazda Cool Springs as well as my salesman, Colin L. He was very willing to help but did not pressure me and even made sure there was someone to keep in touch with me on his day off throughout the week which I thought was awesome! Every single other car lot harassed me daily and still do honestly but Nelson Mazda did not do that and it was very appreciated. The paperwork was quick and smooth, my car literally rolled out of detailing right after I finished my paperwork and I had a full tank of gas too! I am loving my new CX-5!

I never would ve thought walking in the door I d have such an amazing car shopping experience. Corey from the moment I walked in was very friendly, asked me what I wanted and didn t pressure me or make me uncomfortable with this purchase. He worked hard to make the numbers work for me to leave the lot with my dream cx-30 vehicle. After weeks of car shopping, we got the best deal here out of anywhere we had looked and not only that, but the people here were amazing! They were all so helpful and kind. I started out emailing Abby and Maranda and they both were so kind and quick to respond and answered all my questions so patiently. The day we went to buy, I worked with Dylan, and he couldn't have been more helpful and kind either. He was also so patient with the many text messages I had sent and when we got there, he and everyone there made us feel so welcome! They all worked to make sure they got us the best rate they could find too. I talked to a lot of others while I was there that were also extremely kind and helpful as well, Tabor, Clayton, James, Sara and Adam. I hope I'm not leaving anyone out because everyone there was so awesome! Even after we bought the car, Dylan and Abby both said to please reach out to them with any questions or issues I had in the future. I've had a lot of negative car buying experiences is one reason this place and the people here really stand out! This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had! We had our Mazda CX-9 towed to this dealership, in the middle of the night, after vehicle stopped suddenly on highway. We were in route from mid-west to Atlanta. Service department worked us into next day schedule, quickly identified problem and got us going. They also checked vehicle thoroughly for safe operation. Most items did not require attention, we had them perform a few critical needs, which again, they worked into the schedule. Pricing was reasonable for work performed. Much appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail. The waiting areas, and all staff we encountered were top notch.

Never will I ever buy a used car or any car for that matter from Mazda, Cool Springs, or Murfreesboro location. The car we purchased from the Murfreesboro location back in November was "inspected" and sold to us and needed a new front anxle within a week, which thankfully was covered by the warranty we purchased and the gap coverage came in handy when that car was totaled in February which led us to the Cool Springs location. Due to the issues we had with the car in Murfreesboro, we asked them to inspect the car we planned on purchasing again so as to be sure it was fine and not going to need a costly repair within a week. We needed a car and, due to financial issues, had to forgo the warranty this time around as the payment was higher than we wanted it to be with the warranty and I thought with it having been inspected again that everything with the car was fine, BUT it was not. My husband left work today, and the car took multiple attempts to get it started, which he took to Honda as he assumed Mazda wouldn't be helpful without us having a warranty and wouldn't you know the car they sold us not even a week ago needed a new starter. The gentlemen who sold us the car was great, but it's just disheartening to need a costly repair not even a week after purchasing. It seems that the used inventory doesn't get the attention the newer cars do. When we need to purchase again, we won't go to Nelson Mazda, they've got a great "we're a trustworthy and honest establishment " outwardly appearance but it can't be trusted.

Was a 5 Star when we purchased the vehicle. Unfortunately that has changed. We purchased a CX-50 from Mazda Cool Springs in 2022, and around 5,000 miles in, we started experiencing a strange ticking noise/click noise when turning, in the beginning it was mostly when going uphill or downhill, and we took it in so Mazda Cool Springs could figure out what the problem was, but every time (vehicle was in shop at least 3 days at a time) they could not find out what the problem was. I started ignoring the issue, maybe this was normal for Mazda vehicles I thought. A few months went buy, and the noise started becoming much more noticeable, and we took it in 2 more times, and still they could not find the issue. I had to explain myself over and over, because it seems there is a fast turnaround of employees. Eventually they discovered the problem by using some recording technology that you attach to the underside of the vehicle, and their conclusions was to replace a part, and the issue still persists to this day. I have informed Mazda Cool Springs weeks ago that the problem still exists, and the problem is bigger now. Seems like ignoring the problem will make it go away. This has been a very unpleasant experience for the past year and a half with this dealership. They are friendly and say they will help and resolve the problem, but they do not. I do believe that the CX-50 is a great car, our car just got damaged when it was off-loaded from the transporting truck, and they never seemed to look into this. We had the vehicle at a different mechanic, and they think it is the drive-shaft that needs to be replaced, but Mazda ignored this also after I have told them this information.

If you re looking for a dealership that will provide first class customer service and unbeatable prices, look no further!! Nelson Mazda of Cool Springs is hands down the BEST dealership that I ve ever been to. As women buying a car, we prepared ourselves to be totally ripped off just like other dealers that we visited tried to do to us, but this couldn t be further from the truth at Nelson Mazda.First of all, our Salesperson Adam D was amazing. He was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable and didn t pressure us AT ALL. The vehicle that we were interested in and ended up buying was listed on their website for almost $2k less than the NADA Retail Price, which is amazing. They also price their cars within the Kelly Blue Book Value, not to mention their no haggle pricing!!! The other Mazda dealership that I contacted had comparable vehicles, but their prices were astronomically higher. Adam took us on a beautiful test drive where he explained all of the features to us. When going through the process of actually buying the car, he exercised complete transparency and didn t try to gloss over anything. You will have every step explained to you. Adam even ran our old car through their car wash!! It goes without saying that he goes above and beyond for you. Adam sets the bar extremely high for car salespeople everywhere!A HUGE shout out to Angie, who took care of all of our financing, we couldn t have done it without you! Angie was so kind to us and somehow got us an APR 3% lower than we qualified for! She was the only finance team member there yesterday and had so many deals she was working on, but somehow got us approved in a timely manner. Angie, once again, THANK YOU for all that you do. You are extremely good at what you do. You are such a rockstar and we are insanely grateful for you!!!If you go to Nelson Mazda of Cool Springs, you can go in knowing you will be treated with the upmost respect and be able to walk out of there knowing you got the best deal on a car of your choosing. This dealership is unlike any other I ve been to and it made an impression on me. THANK YOU Nelson Mazda of Cool Springs for all of your help, you are our dealership for life!!

Bought two cars for my wife and myself. It s my third time buying from Nelson. I ve never had a bad experience, but this time, they went above and beyond. Our salesman, Taybor, was incredibly helpful in making sure we drove out in the cars that were best for us. I will not be buying a car from anywhere else as long as they continue to provide the customer-centric service and the quality cars I have seen since I first became a customer.

Purchased a CX-5 with my wife here. They were extremely busy but yet attentive to every customer s needs. Traded in two vehicles for very fair prices. Taybor was a great sales person. Buying a vehicle takes forever and they were constantly apologizing for the wait while providing updates which meant they understood how annoying it can be to sit there with zero communication. Honestly and clearly explained all options. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from this staff.

I had a great experience buying a new car here. No sales pressure tactics, honest and knowledgeable staff. They were very helpful keeping us informed of the changing schedule for when the vehicle would arrive/ test drive...Our salesman even checked in with us a few days later to make sure we still loved our vehicle! I had an amazing experience purchasing my Lexus from Taybor Jetter at Nelson Mazda Cool Springs. He was so friendly, helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process. The positive energy did not go unnoticed and made the whole experience that much better!! All of my questions were answered with patience, any problems that we ran into were handled so well, and the communication was 10/10. There were no weird sales vibes or pushy energy at all, and the SUV I got is amazing. I am so happy I went here and got to work with Taybor! He's the best!!!

My experience buying a car here was quite good. I appreciate their haggle-free low pricing. They honored the certified pre-owned warranty and fixed my AC for free about a year later. I have had all my servicing done here, and every time they do a very thorough and honest inspection of my car. They even film the inspection and email me a video of everything that they checked.

Called my local Mazda looking for parts. They were absolutely rude. Then called Nelson mazda(located 200 miles away). Brandon in parts was awesome and helped me get the parts I need and cheaper than my local Mazda dealership. 10 out of 10.great hospitality, great customer service and great attitude.

Love my Mazda3, dread taking it in for services at this location. They are very money hungry and try to convince you to pay thousands of dollars for recommended services. They are very pushy and even when you say no they will ask you 10 more times before you leave. A simple oil change can take 2 hours because they spend so much time focusing on other services they could ask you to get done. I appreciate a thorough assessment of my car, but I don t appreciate you asking 10 times in the same day if I m sure I don t want to fix thousands of dollars worth of cosmetic issues. Especially when I have already kindly declined.

Best Car buying experience I can recall. Taybor was awesome - ask for him if you can! Colin was great too. Taybor went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. No pressure tactics. Clearly the secret is out because the place was mobbed on a frigid February Saturday. I couldn t believe so many folks were buying cars, but I get it now.

My wife and I set out to buy a Ford Mustang Mach E from Pennsylvania. We always bought cars locally, but with such a unique vehicle we decided to use the internet and expanded our search. I spoke with dealers in Ohio, Michigan, New York, Masasachusetts and elsewhere.Taybor at Nelson Mazda immediately made a good impression the first time I talked with him. I based a large portion on my decision upon how I was treated since this was a long distance sale, and thank goodness I ended up with Taybor as my salesman. He responded to me INSTANTLY when I had any questions (I'm talking within like 45 seconds of a text or call), and he was always so polite and courteous to all of my inane concerns. The process was certainly complicated with a sale 11 hours away, but Taybor made everything simple and streamlined. I couldn't be happier with how I was treated. For anyone looking to get into a Mazda (or one of their used cars), I highly recommend you deal with Taybor. I'd give the dude a hug if I lived nearby .

I had an exceptional experience here getting my new car, and it was entirely because of Taybor Jetter. No disrespect toward any of the other employees there, but I would definitely ask for Taybor by name if you are genuinely interested in purchasing a Mazda vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and will help you with getting exactly what you are looking for without trying to upsell you on things you don't actually need. He will work with you and your budget to get you to where you want to be, and will not pressure you to make a decision if you're not 100% ready to. I left happy and confident with my purchase, and I think you will too if you work with Taybor.

Update: The GM James contacted me directly and rectified the situation. James and the Formen of the service depart were amazing and got my issues resolved. They did not brush my issues under the rug and genueinly seemed to care about getting my issues fixed.I have been disappointed with the service department at this dealership. I bought a Mazda3 2 months ago and have had to take it into service 4 times already to keep getting balanced. The first 2 times, the work wasnt done properly if at all. I had a manager try to look up notes about what was done to the car and they could not find anything. I only recieved the "video" of my car from the technician twice and was told they are supposed to provide the video everytime. The 4th time, the technician finally figured out that the car did not need a balance but does in fact have a bent rim but they also somehow managed to scratch the instrument panel lens with my keys and now I have to take it back a 5th time to have the panel replaced and work on the rim completed. Each time, the dealership has been "out of loaner vehicles" and living an hour away has been costly. I am not confident that I will actually see the parts come in that I need and I expect my issue to fall through the cracks of their service department again. Also, per their service department, the rim has to get sent out to a "vendor" for repairs and will only order a new rim if the "outside influence" deems the rim unfixable. The car was sold to me with a bent rim from the previous owner.

I highly recommend Nelson Mazda Cool Springs and Chase Timmons. We have purchased >10 cars throughout the years and my husband and I agree that this has been the best experience yet. I wanted to buy here for the good price but I will buy again in the future for the trustworthy experience and excellent customer experience. The car is exactly as promised and the team was great to work with from start to finish. Chase Timmons was available to answer any and all questions and guide me through the process. Clayton and Miss Angie put their well appreciated special touches on the process as well. Nelson Mazda is doing it right. They have a great, no pressure, team which made a stressful process a breeze! I highly recommend them...and the Mazda Cx-30!

Zero integrity. Zero communication. I was told on a Friday that a vehicle I was interested (used) would be ready that Friday evening. Upon text corresponding with someone in sales on multiple occasions I was assured the vehicle would be (lookin real nice) for me. Friday evening . No word from dealership. I replied to previous messages asking for a follow up and info on when a good time to pickup vehicle was no reply. I call the dealership line to ask only to find out they sold it under my nose with no communication whatsoever. Wasted my time and efforts with no ability to resolve the issue. I purchased my last vehicle from them 7 years ago..but it seems staff and procedures are not what they used to be. Don t waste your time.
