Brought my cargo trailer in to have a leak in the room fixed; ended up being a simple fix that Mason and Kendall were able to fix on the spot! Incredibly friendly staff all around. Will definitely be coming back for any future service needs!

Mason and Nathan did an outstanding job on short notice working me in while I was on the road. Difficult job replacing landing gear was finished professionally and timely.Very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the service I got from Nashville RV Service. I had an issue that needed immediate attention for my business. Mason and Kendal made it happen with very little wait time. These guys were a pleasure to work it. The job was done right. It took less time than I expected because they got on it shortly after I arrived at the facility. 100 percent recommend these guys. I have no doubt where I will go should I need service again. Oh....and EVERYONE was so very friendly. That goes a long way with me.

I was at the Williamson county Ag Center when my fifth wheel's AC would not come on. Mason came and found a loose wire in my plug, tightened it up so we wouldn't melt in the July heat. He responded within 10 minutes and I'm so very happy he did! Highly recommend this business. Thank you Nashville RV!!

We just purchased our dream trailer from Nashville RV. After searching for a year, we found exactly the floor plan we needed for our growing family. From the first visit, to the final pick up, ALL the staff were amazing. Customer service is a HUGE focus at Nashville RV and we were very impressed . We found a minor issue after taking it home, but quickly got the problem resolved after dropping it off to Mason in service. Special thanks to Brad and Garrett in Sales, Megan at the front desk, and Mason in Service, Thank you for making our purchase one we feel happy to brag about.

We have a '99 Daybreak, and a tree branch brushed against the roof, causing a leak. We found it months later and found we needed a new roof. Nashville RV did a great job replacing the rotten wood underneath and installing the new roof. They also replaced the skylights and a few other parts that were too brittle to effectively remove and reinstall. I've been told by two other local repair places that we couldn't put a new ladder on this RV, and Nashville Repair installed one, no problem. We asked them to check it over and they found a few other problems that we had them fix. The RV is running better than it ever has for us. Their prices were excellent. Good, friendly people who just want to do an honest day's work. Chris worked on it and then walked us through the repairs when we picked it up - he was nice, professional, and trustworthy. Some RV shops make it seem like you are imposing on them when you want things fixed on your RV - that was not the case here. And they don't try to overcharge or do unnecessary work. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Stopped in on our road trip to have a couple small issues with our camper. Mason took a look at what was going on and handle it, we were back on the road in 20 minutes, very easy and nice to work with.

We are on our first RV road trip, and its cross country. We are learning as we go. We were in Ohio Day 7 of our 20 day trip when the stairs stopped working, and we had no battery operating. We had to be plugged in or run the generator. We called many places that all said they could not help us for 2 weeks up to 2 months. When we got to Nashville, Day 12 we had the same problem, everyone was busy and could not help us. I called Nashville RV, and spoke to Trey on the phone. I explained the problem. He said that he was "slammed" with work but he was pretty sure it was a simple fix. He said if I brought the RV over he would look at it. Trey had our battery and stairs operating in under 5 minutes. It was a simple fix, one that in the future we will know how to fix ourselves. Thank you Trey for fixing our coach, you have made our vacation much more enjoyable.

Our experience with Nashville RV Repair was first-rate. The staff was prompt, friendly and honest. Our tech, Trey Bennet did a great job explaining how our propane system worked and did a thorough investigation of our stove, furnace and fridge. They reassured us that our RV was safe to travel in and got us back on the road in no time!

Last Monday I had a breakdown with my RV. I was towed to Nashville RV for service. Serviceman, Chris, went to work immediately, and soon discovered the problem. Within 3 hours the part was found, replaced, and I was on the road again. I really think Chris knows his business and did a professional job very quickly. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating and our stay was comfortable and reassuring. Thanks to you all for a job well done!! I wish you were closer to Indiana for all my service!

We were traveling from California. Trailer leaked during heavy rain. Nashville RV Repair got us in quickly. The staff, Jami and Jett, were professional and immediately checked out our problem. It was well worth the extra miles travel from Nashville to get the needed repair. Outstanding. Highly recommend.

I arrived on Monday 9/21 with no anticipation on them repairing my RV. They looked at it right away. They were prompt, courteous, and professional . They did repair my refrigerator but were honest with me about not being able to fix my generator. So they referred me to a place that could. They were nice enough to not even charge me for the work they did due to the fact it only took a few minutes. I would definitely suggest anyone needing quality work to an RV go see these guys. Everyone from Matt, Anti Chris, Martell & Jett are great people & put their customers FIRST!!Ron Allen

We have a Wells Cargo trailer (not a camper of any kind) and we stopped because our running lights aren't working. We are driving from IL back to SC and want to get home tonight and need those lights to drive after dark.Chris from the repair center bent over backwards for us. It took him just a minute to find the problem and get us back on the road.Chris was super friendly and helpful. We can't thank him and the RV Repair Service Center for being so helpful.I hope we never have any more issues but if you find yourself in need of quality, professional service in the Nashville, TN area ... do not hesitate to contact them.

We were traveling cross country and had a problem with our lights. Nashville RV repair let us stop in to see if they could do a quick fix. Even though they didn t have time to do the job, they let us know where the problem might be which helped my husband find the problem. They would not let us pay them for their time. Very nice young couple.I would definitely use Nashville RV again. . ps.... we found what was causing the short. It was a piece of steel wool in the engine that was used to keep the mice out! <blush>

Driving through Nashville on a long trip and had a problem. Our dealer sent us to Nashville RV Repair to get a diagnosis. Trey and Jamie were super busy but took the time to help us out. Back on the road again and very appreciative for the time a patience of the staff at Nashville RV Repair. Would definitely recommend!

Communication lacks horribly!! We have used them for many different things and each time we have to call/email at LEAST 2-3x before ANY response. They assured us they would look at the issues within a two day frame and on day 5 they informed us they could not get to the issues. Courtesy calls and updates are non existent.The response by the owner is very unsettling on this post. Loyal customers who have been patiently waiting and we demanded? You had our RV for 3 months, (3!) the first time. Additionally, the first few reviews on your page state quick appointment and I was passing through Nashville and the got me in and fixed the issue (?) We have been extremely respectful, actually my husband has been overly patient and kind. Timely communication is all that we asked, never demanded.

Honest, compassionate and efficient says it all. We were traveling across the country when our RV refrigerator failed. EVERYONE I contacted stated they were booked out a week or more and couldn't help. I was ready to pull out my visa card and replace the fridge but Nashville RV chose to make me a 'happy camper' over generating a quick profit. The found the problem--rust in the burner--and got me on the road in no time. Thanks to Nashville RV, I have my day back and my money in my pocket. I can't thank these guys enough--it's very comforting to know folks like Nashville RV are here for us when we need hem!

Whenever I come up with an issue with my motorhome, I can always count on Nashville RV Repair to help get the problem fixed. Sometimes all it takes is a phone call and Chris can help me pinpoint the problem and suggest possible solutions over the phone. When I need to drop off the RV, I always get professional service and also feel like I'm being treated fairly. I've always been able to talk with the person who is doing the work. It's that kind of service that keeps me coming back.Update August 20, 2015: Chris Edwards comes through again! Thanks for your help over the phone. Always quick to help me fix things.

Had a bad water leak while at Nashville Shores RV Park and called first thing Monday morning and was told to bring it right in. We met with Jett and he dropped everything to help us out so we could get back on our way. He was excellent and so helpful and knowledgeable about our RV. We were so grateful to him that we didn't have to cancel our trip. Thank you Jett for your wonderful service...you saved the day! I would recommend Nashville RV to anyone!!!

This place was exactly what I needed! Big shout out specifically to Jett, who stayed good natured and incredibly helpful as he figured out how to get my vent fan working again, which my van is deadly hot without. He greeted me immediately upon my arrival and got right to work figuring out the jumbled, disconnected mess of wires beneath my cabinet until the fan turned back on. I couldn't be more grateful. He saved me as I passed through Nashville, and now I can continue my journey in comfort! Thank you!! GO HERE.

Vacation Saved!!! When we arrived in Nashville on Sunday night we discovered that our travel trailer was having electrical issues and the hot water tank was not working correctly. Monday morning we called Nashville RV Repair.and spoke with Jett. After explaining what was going on he told me to bring the RV in and he would take a look it. Typically when you call places like this you get the standard, "Drop it off and we can take a look at it later this week." That doesn't work when you are on vacation. Jett dropped what he was doing and jumped through hoops along with 1 of his guys to find out what was wrong. After determining it was the converter they quickly replaced it and proceeded to check every appliance to ensure they were working correctly. Here is the shocking part....We were in and out in 1 hour and their price was extremely reasonable!!! . Jett and the guys at Nashville RV Repair saved our vacation. We could not be any more grateful. Wonderful business with even better Customer Service!!THANK YOU NASHVILLE RV REPAIR!!!

We were at the Franklin Pro Rodeo across the street this morning and when the rain hit water started pouring in our living quarters horse trailer ceiling via the AC unit. We are from Kansas and had another rodeo to hit tonight before we made our way home and a lot more rain in the forecast. Thankfully the super nice staff at Nashville RV was able to fix our problem quickly and get us back on the road. If you're ever in this area and need help these are the people to see!

8am July 21 & we were in trouble. Popped a circuit breaker in our 2018 REV which meant no air or coffee!!. Drove into Nashville RV just as the help was rolling in. Garrett was eager to help & the next thing we knew he was under our Rev working on our generator & reset the circuit breaker.We live in Fla & no where near home.Garrett & his team were awesome. They had us out of there in minutes.If you ever need help we highly recommend them:-)Thank you guysTony & Juanita

I took my little retro camper to these guys to get the lights and a few odds and ends fixed. The price was reasonable, but the service was absolutely awesome. Every person that I met there, was super nice and very knowledgeable. Great experience and I definitely would recommend this place.I took my camper again on 8/21/17 for repairs and could not be happier. Trey is fantastic and super knowledgeable. He has been most helpful with any issue o have so far

Mason and Kendall were amazing, they got me in extremely quickly & diagnosed my issue same day. Would highly recommend, super helpful and amazing company!
