I ordered parts for pickup on a Saturday. Their website says they're open till 5, but I arrived at around 4:10 and they were already closed. I returned on Sunday at 3:52, and although they were supposed to be open until 4 per the signage on their door (5 pm per their website), they had already closed for the day. I recommend calling before you go because you cannot rely on the information on their website or posted at their store. I was told they cannot get corporate to update it.

Just wanted to say how thankful I am for the great service and professionalism of the Napa team in Franklin Tennessee. I had a company truck down in the area for a battery and they responded within 30 mins with replacement batteries. Napa saved the day! Thank you!

Terrible company fired me for something I haven t said.. I ve been dealing with racial profiling at this job and it s not ok at all.. not a place to work especially if your of color

The employees and store manager have been so kind to my grandfather. He is 83 years old and a retired NAPA employee. They installed a new battery for him without him even knowing and have gone above and beyond to ensure he is taken care of. Their kindness is so appreciate. Thank you to everyone at the Franklin NAPA store!

Had to wait for a while because in mid-afternoon, there was only one person working. Poor guy was answering phones, bending hoses and trying to track down parts! Management needs to evaluate staffing needs. The one person working was great, very knowledgeable and helped me find a source for what I needed.

**WARNING** if ya buy a part for your ol truck, and a coupla years later wonder what you bought and what the warranty is; well, you're just about SOL if you can't remember. **THEY CAN BARELY KEEP THE STORE IN ORDER, MUCH LESS KEEP RECORDS!!** Go to Autozone and talk to Luis.
