Tire was going flat on my truck. I stopped in to see if they could quickly fix it. They were very busy, but they said they take a look at it as soon as somebody freed up. It was only a few minutes and they got my truck inside. They looked at the tire and determined the belt in the tire was broken. Strongly recommended that I replace the tire rather than have it fixed. Told him I was in a rush and they said fine. We ll put the spare on but you really need to get a new tire. these people were looking out for my better interest and I appreciate it.

Jimmy Moody offered great advice during the buying process for new tires, wheels + a lift kit needed for my new Bronco. The products arrived within a few days of the order and I quickly got an appointment. Their experience made my upgrade process easy.

Was told to leave my car to check the AC. I called at end of day and was told they didn't even check it. Car had to stay over night, got a call the next morning at 7:30am was told it will cost $700 to check the AC, obviously the person didn't check it yet, why wasn't I told yesterday that before I left the car there overnight. The person on the phone was rude and have no business talking to customers like that. I picked up my car went to another mechanic and the test was immediate and $300 dollars! They used to be good, I had my car there several times, but obviously they changed the team. Don't go there! Support independent mechanics instead!

My first time at Moody's blew me away. Jimmy was incredibly personal and helpful. Josh gave me a ride home - he and the rest of the crew just seemed like people you'd like to hang out with. Oh, and the work was good too. Highly recommended.

Huge shoutout to David for taking care of my Lexus. He was patiently going over the mechanics of how the brake pad & rotor surface imperfection could contributes to brake noise I'm having currently. My brakes were getting well inspected and thoroughly cleaned by the skilled mechanic (big thanks as well). Highly recommend David for any car related concern you might have.They have a big lobby which is clean and comfortable as waiting area.

The work on my car was done quickly and well. Kyle, the service rep, was courteous, efficient, and communicative. Cost is fair. Perfect!But watch out for the extremely rude guy who runs the truck/ farm/ commercial operation in the back. I tried to simply get a tube put in an older tire for a farm vehicle but was yelled at and insulted instead. Kyle couldn t help since apparently the guy in the rear runs his own little fiefdom. To be avoided. So, five stars for the car service but less than zero for him.

I've trusted Moody's since I moved here 40 years ago!Same good-hearted people own it AND WORK in it for THREE generations. The Moody Family take pride in their work. They hire only kind, polite people who have the patience to deal with people like me who are NOT mechanics. They've helped me protect my investment--- I'm spoiled. They've kept my cars going6-digit miles for a long time.Thanks, Moody Family!

We have been using Moody for years! Great customer service and always take good care of our vehicles. They even have a courtesy drop off/pick up for customer who live near and that has really helped me out a few times throughout the years!

Last weekend March 23, 2024 I was visiting Franklin from my home in Massachusetts when I experienced tire problems. Needing a new tire I googled and found Moddy's website. Being from out of state i was unsure where to have my tire work done. Seeing that Moody's is a family run company i called them. I was told to come in 7am the next day. My sales person was Josh Rosen. He was extremely helpful. Josh checked out my situation. Told me what i needed to do for a safe trip home. Had my tires delivered to his store. Called me up around 10:30 to return to the store to have my tires installed. Josh went out of his way to help me. Price was reasonable. I was very happy with my experience at Moody's tire.

My friend went in to get a simple patch done on his tire, thought he was going to a reputable tire store because of the reviews. They told him they could do it. Then called him back two hours later and said that they could not patch the tire and he would have to purchase a new one. He is mechanically inclined and knew that was not true, so he went and got a kit to plug it himself and the tire would hold air after he plugged it (which they told him it wouldn't)! So instead of doing the right thing and charging $10-20 for a simple patch job they tried to up sell him for a whole tire to make more profit. It's companies like these that give the automotive industry in general a bad name. It's not the factor of being liable for patching a tire, it's more the fact they wasted his time by telling him they could, then just refused to do it. Don't lie to your customers just be straight forward!

I had an idea of what I wanted but was not sure how to get there. Jimmy took the time to sit down with me and really go over the options. The guys at the shop really went the extra mile while doing the install. Could not be happier. The truck drives like new just like he said it would. 100% recommend.

It was almost like seeing a race pit stop in real time. Within 45 minutes they had 4 new tires on my company truck and the front tires rebalanced. Would recommend them for all your vehicle service needs.

I love Moody s. It has been our go to place for most all things auto for years.However, my latest trip has left me flummoxed. I arrived at 2-3 minutes after 7:00 am for an oil change, tire rotation and to replace a sensor in one tire. I had no one to pick me up, so by coming right as the store opened I planned to wait. People came and went, several sheriff s cars were serviced, but I waited over 4 hours! In fairness, I was given a discount off my bill for the wait, but no one offered an explanation. I will go back, but I won t be staying and waiting for my vehicle.

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable! You can't ask for more than that. My son was thrilled with 3-inch lift kit Moody's installed on his 4Runner. Solved the issue with the tires rubbing caused by a different tire service. We will definitely be coming back to Moody's!

Monody s was wonderful!I went to them to have them inspect my car for a flap of plastic under my car. After just a few minutes, a mechanic returned to tell me he reattached the flap to my car and charged me no fee. I was amazed and so grateful for their kind and helpful service. I will always use Moody s for my future car care.

Bought a 4 lift and 35 tires from Moodys. The control arm attached to the lift was not installed correctly and sheared two pins on the arm.The tires also rub on the lift mount.I would not recommend this place. They will lift your vehicle but it s not guaranteed to be correct. As a business, you should always take care of your customers. I was really let down. Will never come by again.It could have been as easy as them saying, Hi! We will take care of this for you since you bought it from us.

As always great and fast service, good prices! Been coming down since early 2000 s. From car, truck, trailer to lawnmower tires. I also have here those little tires on front of lawnmower filled with foam that hardens as it cures to avoid getting flat all the time. Really, my personal experience every visit at Moody s has been never less than excellent. These folks get lots of time soo busy but remain friendly and customer focused. Thank you!I believe they have now also another (smaller) location in Cool Springs area but I have not been there yet. I m pretty sure that if it s carrying Moody s name, one would have same great experience there as well.To my knowledge this place has been family owned for awhile (from father to son).Is there is anything that I can find not so great about this place? I m thinking so hard to find something..., ohhhh!!! ....Yes, in rush hour is hard to turn left ones you are leaving.

We use Moodys for corporate fleet and personal vehicles. Always solid. Good communicators, good diagnosticians, timely delivery, and fairly priced. Always a good experience.

Moody's has always done great work for me, from putting new tires on a newer vehicle, to helping me find the right tires for my vintage vehicles and trailers ... even texting me ahead of my visit, asking me for pictures of the old tires to make sure they have the right ones for me in stock. They also care about the jobs they do and text afterwards to make sure I like the results.

The owner, manangment, and the workers have all been rude to me on multiple occasions. Sold me poor rims and tires that effected my riding experience terribly and did basically nothing to help me when I asked them if they could check it out. Had more problems with the rims cracking and basically got attitude when I tried to speak with management trying to solve this. If you like poor service and quality this is the place for you, if not I d steer clear of this establishment.

I brought my roll off truck to this place and they didn't acknowledge me in the least bit. My pigmentation is too tan for recognition. I'm a visitor to Nashville and if it was my money I wouldn't have come to this place. They only talked to the this companies white driver who came up there also. 3 stars because the tire works and that's all that's important in the end.

I can not thank Moody s enough for their service. I was passing through on a cross country trip when my brakes went out. Moody s got me right in on a Saturday morning. They also found damage to my tire wall and set me up with a tire at a different location. All of my issues were solved within 2 hours and I was able to continue my journey safely. I am so thankful for their timeliness and customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

Great customer service, easy to get an appointment, the product I wanted was in stock, I waited on my car, and for all that I was getting done the wait time was reasonable to me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for tires and all the other services they offer.

These guys are so knowledgeable and efficient. Brock got me in and out and saved me money where a lot of other companies probably would ve tried to take it advantage of me.. If you want great customer service, and want to be treated honestly, Moodys is your place. I ll be back!

The Franklin location is honestly by far the worst tire center we've went to. TERRIBLE customer service - EXCEPT DAVID (he really did try to help). Mike the service manager however, was rude, and not helpful at all, Randy the salesman (is a true sales person that's for sure) enjoys ripping people off!We won't be back.

I had my son's Jeep towed to Moody's. After a late morning delivery, the Jeep was fixed by the end of the day. I know I can always count on Moody's.
