Easily the nicest lounge/waiting area I ve ever experienced (although I was informed Music City is nicer ?? Idk I was THRILLED with this one in Franklin) . Great place to do work while you wait . The coffee is SO GOOD , fridge is fully stocked with water, La Croix, and Coca-Cola products. The bathrooms are immaculate (right down to the insanely nice toilet paper lol I m so impressed!). No wait time to drop the car with staff on a Saturday afternoon. The men who helped me were attentive , honest and up-front no hidden charges , no up-selling and trying to convince you your car needs hundreds of dollars of add-ons. I ve moved around a lot , so I ve been to quite a few other MB service centers , and I ve experienced this at literally every other MB dealership Typically they don t tell you the price ahead of time , and even if they do, at the end of your 3-4 hour wait , they try to convince you that on top of a $900+ service you NEED X , Y, & Z which will cost yet another grand or so , which always gets under my skin . Not here though !!! Just providing exactly what you need and nothing that you don t and getting you in an out quickly . They had my car maybe a total of an hour and a half . Also , as UNHEARD OF as it sounds, my total came out to be LESS than the estimate !! LESS !?! Wild !!They were so honest , genuine , and helpful . Definitely go and see Robert Posey . I personally will not be seeing anyone else for the remainder of my car s life . Wonderful 10/10 experience .

Excellent service!En route back to Florida from Indiana where we watched the April 8 Eclipse, our Sprinter Camper instrument panel began showing an array of sensor faults. (Maybe electromagnetics from the Eclipse?!)We called ahead to Nashville Mercedes Benz, and they told us they'd take care of us as soon as we could get there and get us back on the road. And indeed they did! Within two hours they diagnosed and corrected the problem and sent us on our way.During the wait, Ashley, one of the Service Managers, showed us to a comfortable waiting area with drinks and snacks, and kept us informed of progress. She offered us a ride to a nearby restaurant, but they finished the job too early for that. When we asked for the bill, she told us it was covered under the original Mercedes warranty, even though the vehicle is 8 years old and we are the second owner.This is one of the best service facilities we've ever dealt with. Go here if you if you want to be treated well!

I want to clarify my review it was a miscommunication that I did not receive a timely response. The situation has been resolved to my satisfaction and I truly appreciate Mr. Howard for clearing this up. Because of this I felt it only right that I change my rating to reflect the outcome of this customer service update. I did speak with Mr. Howard on Monday regarding something totally different and I appreciate his help to resolve this matter.Mr. Howard was not the person I corresponded with previously. I received a message regarding my car being serviced and I texted, left a voicemail message and email regarding this. It s been two weeks and never received a response from the Service Department. Even if it was an automated message to me someone should have followed up to my call and email. This was the last week in March as of today April 10 crickets.

This is the best place I ve gone for service in Nashville!! They are accommodating to make it easy and not an inconvenience to have your vehicle serviced. They always do perfect work. My Service Manager, Ashley was very sweet and a really great communicator! Thank you MB of Nashville!

I have been a customer here for a few years now and I will not take my vehicle to any other Mercedes dealership. I have had zeir issues to date and am always satisfied with the service provided to me. Dalton and his team are the absolute best. They are very thorough, extremely professional and just down right niceall around! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership for all of your vehicle service needs.

Jason, my service person, has been a pleasure to work with! I so appreciate the major service repairs done on my 2011 E350, and I plan on keeping this car for a lot more years! I had a loaner which was such a blessing as well! This dealership has one of the best group of people and I always take my car there as I trust them explicitly! Thank you Jason and team!!

The treatment I received from this dealer was stellar! Both reasons that we stopped for service were while we were on the road across the country. We sought help shortly into the trip and then again as we returned. Being from Ohio and getting quick service in Nashville as we passed through was the nicest thing anyone could do. Greeted immediately and service explained in detail. Also, my service writer saw my car had a recall and immediately made me aware. The high-quality of service is available of course for those who don t mind paying a little extra. I was extremely pleased with the work done and the service.

Scott was excellent- knowledgeable, and kind, he facilitated the best car-buying experience I ve ever had. The day I went back to pick the car up to drive home, he made sure it was completely perfect inside & out with a new detail and polish.Huge props to him, the service team for their amazing work getting the car spiffy, and honestly all of the staff that helped me along the way. These people treat you so well at Mercedes in Franklin. I m raving to everyone!

I brought my S550 in on a Friday at 7:30 am. Didn't hear from the tech until Monday morning. I left 3 messages on Saturday to get a status with no return text or phone call. I expect better from a MB dealer. They did finally get the car fixed and seems to be running fine but communication was horrible.

While Ashley was great, it is always a hassle to have to rent a car, never be able to get a loaner even though I bought the car there and then when you go pick it up on a Saturday they are completely disorganized. Arguing about where a certain car is, the service staff arguing with the runners who are trying to get the cars, etc. it should be easier to get your car maintained at the dealership

I had a really great experience here when these guys serviced my Sprinter van. The service guy Jason was super nice and communicative and even gave us an extra day to pick up the car when our flight got delayed. Great guy. Great experience.Highly recommended!

I unexpectedly had a tire leak. Fortunately, I got a service date the very next day! Jacob was professional and friendly, which I appreciated being a single woman dealing with a car service issue. They found the nail, checked with my maintenance plan which covered the costs, changed out my tire, washed my car, and i was on my way home, much less stressed than I went in!

My appointment was 9:45am and I got there by 9:30am. The adviser, Tyler, told me it would take 1.5 to 2 hours. However, I got a text at 11:30am, that said, "the express department was with my car currently." The service should be done by that time, but I had to wait another hour until the service was done. I had to cancel the appointment that I had later because I could not be there on time. If he told me it might take 3 hours, I would not wait at the waiting area. If they could not make it done by the time they promised, they should let me know asap. So, I could make another plan. The service advisor who helped me before was very good, and the services were done earlier or on time all the time.

Exceptional service! While in for service,a technician noticed excessive wear on the tires, indicating an alignment and 4 tires were needed. I also received multiple updates as the work progressed. Great teamwork.
