I've purchased 3 ARE toppers from here and always been happy with the service. The most recent one arrived with some damage from shipping on top- scratches deep into the top. Long story short, they took care of me and have a customer for life. I was able to have the replacement bumper of my choice shipped to them and they got installed quickly and accurately-- sensors all still work as should, camera, etc... Although some of the people have changed, the friendliness and quality work remains excellent.

Great experience! Stopped by for help picking out a bed cover and they did a good job of helping me understand all the differences between brands and types. Picked one out, placed the order, and scheduled a bed liner and cover installation about 10 days out.Returned for installation. Was in and out in about 75 minutes. Everything was on time just as promised.They have a small waiting area in the back and offered me coffee and water. Even recommended a couple places for some other work I want done.Overall very happy with both visits.

5 stars!!!Got Line-X done for my '95 F150 today and the overall quality and service was incredible. These guys rock! Very professional and super fast turnaround. In addition they installed anchors and a bike mount in the bed.GREAT service and highly recommended.Go ahead and call and make an appointment for your truck. There's a long line because these guys are that good!

They re pretty booked up with appointments, so prepping ahead is a must. These guys took care of me and my truck looks great. Standard bed spray took about an hour

This is the best shop in Middle Tennessee to make your truck look badass. Their knowledgeable staff are friendly and patient. Defiantly give them a chance to earn your business. They will not disappoint! :)

Did a great gob and and only complaint would be the bright yellow sticker on the back window and on the bed of the truck. I get promoting themselves but I will do that by word of mouth. Don't stick that bright yellow all over my Black and chrome truck. Other than that it was fantastic.

The guys (and gal) at Line-X of Franklin do a really good job. Their customer service is top notch, they recognized me immediately when I walked in the door, and did an amazing job putting on my bed cover and the bed liner. I highly recommend working with them.

Outstanding! After getting the runaround from Ford. I called another shop and wasn t able to be seen for some time. Called Line-X of Franklin, they saw me at the time they told me and not only did they install my product 02 other dealerships hold me would be all day projects. They got it done in 45 mins and no a single issue with it, was told I might get some codes from Ford and a different place. They do quality work here. Highly recommended.

I am moving across the country and needed a tow hitch installed on my car. I originally had an appointment scheduled with another company that I had made a month ahead of time. The day of my installation appointment, I get a call from that other company telling me they don't have the part for my car. This is now 2 days before I need to move to start my new job. I frantically called Line-X of Franklin and told them my situation and Andy made absolutely sure that I'd get the installation I needed in time for me to move. In 24hrs, he had gotten the part shipped from Indiana and installed on my car. I am forever indebted to Andy and the whole Line-X team for helping me during my moving nightmare!!! They were incredible :)

I had liner sprayed in my truck bed a few years ago here. I recently gouged some of the liner with metal under a heavy object. They gave me zero issues and covered the patching under warranty. I interacted with a few staff members and they were all friendly. Call first to set an appointment. They were a few weeks out on appointments when I went. There was no wait when I arrived for the appointment. The waiting area is small, but I was the only one in there for the quick patching.

Andy, Ann Marie and the team are fantastic. Had my truck bed sprayed with premium and installed a rolling, hard tonneau cover last week. The work was top notch quality and the customer service was just as good if not better. I highly recommend their services and products. Their employees willingness to go the extra step in all they do separate them from other providers. I rolled in the shop with a flat and they kept air in my tire while doing the work and they also called a local shop to see if they could lend a hand in getting it fixed. Who does that? They do!

AVOID AVOID AVOIDToo bad there is not a 0 star rating. Let my mistake be your lesson. I was referred here by Darrel Waltrip Buick GMC which should also be avoided but that is another review for multiple reasons like most shady car dealers.Buyer beware, No service after the sale! All sales final! Avoid this place as if your life depended on it. Seriously, I have been in at least 6 times since February, only masks were worn by the customers, not a safe place for you or your money. I regret spending so much money here for multiple accessories before I had enough of Andy's indignation towards me.If you need Line X drive a little further to ANYWHERE else. You can get truck accessories at Solar Solutions, Wallace Trailer, Amazon, or anywhere else that has not forgotten about basic customer service and repeat business.They have a pretty good money machine with all the local car and truck dealer referrals and don't want your money. Andy is not interested in customer service and the lady who works with him seems just as annoyed by customers coming in and looking for help.The one good morsel of service I did receive is my last visit when Andy told me to go to Wallace Trailer to buy the hitch that I needed that he had in stock! The folks at Wallace Trailer were as dumbfounded as me, Coast to Coast Trailer Sales, Solar Solutions, and several other truck accessory retailers that I have shopped and shared my story with since that time.

Andy was a great help. honest discussion about tonneau covers and helped me pick out one that fit my needs. Had the cover the next day and the great staff there installed it quickly and explained its operation to me.I highly recommend them !

I called Line X two times to get an estimate and learn of their options for a spray in bedliner. They were not friendly, not accommodating and made me feel like I was wasting their time. The first time I spoke with a lady who sounded irritated when I started asking questions-she could not get me off the phone quick enough. The second time I spoke with a man who had an irritated tone as well and was not friendly AT ALL! I took my money and truck elsewhere. It is not that difficult to be nice to people.

I had my truck bed sprayed by Line-X of Franklin. Andy was great to deal with. Very friendly and spent enough time with me to make sure I was getting the correct product for my needs. I was able to book my appointment in advance and when I got there they were ready to get me in and get the job done. Andy's team did a great job of coating the bed and the results were flawless. They have a nice waiting area with a big couch and TV as well as a table you can work at and complimentary drinks in the fridge.They also have other truck and car accessories such as backup cameras, covers, and lights which I enquired about and Andy took the time to share his expertise and suggestions on each product. The only negative is that they stuck a Line-X sticker to my back window. I wish they would have asked instead of assuming that it would be ok but this is minor in the grand scheme of things. I would definitely do business with them again in the future.

Wonderful experience!! I purchased a Lomax hard tri-fold cover and running boards for my husband's Dodge Ram as a surprise. Ryan was absolutely amazing and so helpful. He sent me pictures of several different options and a video on the Lomax cover and explained all the details of the products to me. Huge help because I had no clue what to order on my own. They were installed in a timely manner and the surprise was a success! Thanks so much I'll definitely refer people to Line X in Franklin.

On 12-13-20 I brought in my brand new 2020 Ram 1500 to have a bed liner sprayed in. I was also interested in a bed cover. I inquired about a particular bed cover with the female employee behind the counter. She had no interest whatsoever in helping me. They immediately lost a 2500.00 sale.When my truck was finished I walked out to find a huge yellow Line-X sticker on my rear window and in the bed of my brand new truck. I went back in and asked that they be removed. The female employee and a male employee came out and took them off. They were both obviously upset that I didn't like bright yellow Line-X stickers on my brand new truck.You can see the shape of the sticker where it was removed from the truck bed (Unable to attached pics) Luckily the window wasn't damaged.It's amazing that this business has any good reviews. Go somewhere else.

Great experience from start to finish. Andy took time with us to go over different options and make sure we were satisfied. They were able to get the work done the next day and at a great price. Would recommend 100%.

A sure sign of a good business is their customer service.Nothing in life is perfect. But excellent customer service will win back customers and keep them coming back.When an owner and manager are willing to drive 30 miles out of there way to come to a customer's home to address any issues then you know you are dealing with a good business.Thanks guys for willing to do what it took to make me a satisfied customer.I would recommend you to anyone.SamMurfreesboro, TN

I took my truck to Line-X of Franklin to get my truck bed sprayed with the Line-X bed liner. They did a great job and it looks great. The whole staff was very friendly and professional.They are great people and would use them again in the future, and would also recommend them to anyone.

This Line X location is great! I originally called Line X of Nashville, located in Madison. They basically gave me the run around and would not lock down a firm date for the Premium bed liner service I was requesting. I drove an extra 25 mins to this location for the great customer service. The Line X looks so much better than the standard drop in bed liner. Worth it!

I went to Line-X Franklin to get a few questions answered about LED lighting for my vehicle. Let me tell you that this place is amazing. I wish I could give more stars. In a day and age when customer service is disappearing fast, and online shopping is the new norm, this place reminds me why I will choose to deal with people and local shops. Andy and his staff go above and beyond EVERY SINGLE time. From getting parts ordered and installed, to taking the time with looking up answeres to obscure questions, these guys just do everything right. Go and talk to them, I promise you will be a customer for life.

Ann Marie has gone above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. Helpful would be an understatement. I live in Mt. Juliet and I opted to use Franklin Line-x as my supplier for my new ARE camper shell because of her knowledge and willingness/patience to answer all my questions. Would highly recommend using Line-x of Franklin, ask for Ann Marie!
