2-24-24 Me and my wife purchased a new 2023 Lincoln aviator. We went looking for a used one that was already sold and after discussing diff cars and the sales rep Miguel Villanueva showing us several cars having to get several keys we made the decision to purchase new. He was the best sales person iv ever come in contact with. Very patient and nice and knowledgeable on everything you needed to know. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering him. I want to give him and the Lincoln of Franklin dealership a big thanks and I would do business with them again any day.!!!

This is not the first poor experience I ve had with the Lincoln service dept. both have been with Anthony. Last time ( awhile ago) I left worse than I came in with 4 low tires and one almost flat by the time I got home. Anthony said he did it himself and there was no problem. I talked to several people and I am convinced the tires were not rotated and likely compromised. I asked for a refund on this portion and never received.

We had a great experience with Lincoln of Franklin! They picked our navigator up for an oil change before 8am, left us a loaner car to use while we waited and had it back to us by 1pm! And the men who delivered them were beyond kind and professional. The concierge service is amazing!!

I was very happy with my recent appointment at Franklin Lincoln. It was my first visit. Everyone was welcoming. They took my car at my appointment time without delay and completed service in 90 minutes while I waited in their lounge area.

We have purchased three Lincolns from this dealership over the last 8 years. They are very helpful in locating what you are interested in and do not high pressure you into a vehicle. I would highly recommended Jeff Dawson! He will take good care of you!

We had a tire emergency while traveling through Franklin, TN on our way to Florida. The service department went out their way to get our tire covered under warranty and got us back on the road quickly. Their service was exceptional!! We were in courteous, competent hands!

I loved my experience at Lincoln of Franklin! Ordered a 24 Nautilus on the day it debuted and finally picked it up last week. I ve been in love ever since!! Parker was awesome, been with him since the beginning, definitely recommend you guys paying them a visit!!

This was not a traditional in dealership purchase, but I can say from the saleswoman to the finance manager and everyone else in between this was the best experience I ve had with purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend them and you should ask for Dez for a saleswoman and hope you are dealing with Norm for financing as the professionalism from both is unmatched in Tennessee by any dealership I ve ever dealt with.

My service advisor (Brooke) was amazing. However, there is a major disconnect between the actual service team and service advisor. The problem is you're told one thing and they do another. I was told "parts are ordered" and they kept my vehicle for 20 days to just reprogram the computer. Also, had a warranty paint issue and was told that once service was done, it would go to body shop. After 20 days, I got a call to pick it up and it never went! Apparantly, I now would have to take it on my time, at another time. That's fine, but be honest. It's just not been a good experience and I love my Lincoln, so I'll drive out of state before going back here.

Great experience. I got the best of both worlds. I started my experience with Steve. He was out and introduced us to Alex. Both guys were wonderful. Alex with his knowledge and Steve with his follow up.

This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchase at Lincoln of Franklin. For a purchasing experience it was flawless. Shout out to Carlos! Thank you for taking care of us like we are family. And to Norm the guy on the back end pushing the paperwork through. We will recommend to anyone.

I had an issue with a Navigatior and thankfully called Lincoln of Franklin to get this corrected. Their service department was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. Brooke and Jarod were amazing with communication and helping us get this vehicle back on the road as quickly as possible. I Will not be taking any of my vehicles anywhere else from now on!

Planned my automobile maintenance with Ford Lincoln of Franklin and the service was exceptional. I don t usually leave feedback but the service this time around was worth it. What I expected is what I got. Timeliness of my cars finished work was a priority. They delivered. And the car cleaned, vacuumed and waxed was the cherry on top!

Jeff was a great salesman to deal with. He was very helpful with setting up my new Nautilus and the finance department was very attentive and answered all my questions. I had to go back a couple days after my purchase Jeff got my questions answered and also helped me with some of the setup that i has questions. If you live in Middle Tennessee and are looking for a Lincoln the Lincoln of Franklin shout be at the top of your list of places to shop.

When we purchased our Aviator in Arizona we opted to pay more for the Black Label package. While in Arizona we received exactly what we expected with the Black Label package but since moving to Tennessee we have found Lincoln of Franklin to be sub par in fulfilling the Black Label experience. Typically takes a month to get the car in, the loaner vehicles appear rented and smell, and our vehicle is not washed and vacuumed upon return. This has been our experience on 3 separate occasions and will be moving our service to another location moving forward.

On February 6, 2024 at 1000 I took my 2017 MKA in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation appointment. However, I was told until much later that my vehicle was being serviced in the quick lane area and not in Lincoln service department, although I have made several requests in the past for my vehicle be service in the Lincoln service department only; but that was not done.In addition, eleven dollars were stolen from the console of my vehicle, money that I use to give to people on the street that ask for help. I reported this theft to the service rep after my vehicle was returned to me. However, as of February 15, 2024, I have not receive a response from Lincoln of Franklin management regarding this issue; which is concerning to me!

The communication was crisp and clear. I was informed before and after. I was informed that the recall service would take a few hours. Got a courtesy drop home.The car was washed and kept ready when I went to to the dealership

Extremely easy to work with.I always suggest getting your finances in place before you even go for a test drive.It was a three day turn around.Drove it Thursday.Signed paperwork Friday.They delivered it Saturday.Fast friendly service!

Bought a new car but they lost my future business. Salesman was knowledgeable about features and functionality of the Nautilus. HOWEVER, overall it was the worst and most frustrating dealership experience I have had in the past 25 years.1) was misled on the car s warranty and only discovered the truth after drilling down into the details on the Lincoln app. 2) was offered an extended warranty, cost $3667, but took multiple requests before I got a detailed list of what I was buying and only after I sent a link asking for a comparison to another warranty service. 3) when the car was delivered, the tire pressure was low all four and the Lincoln app sent us a warning notice. WHO delivers a new car without making sure everything is topped off ? Historically, over the past 20 years we keep our cars for 8 to 10 years and perform all required maintenance on a timely basis. With that being said, when we buy a car, we will purchase a second one within a short period of time. Example, bought the last two a couple weeks apart (Santa Fe). And, was considering a 2024 Corsair as the replacement for the second vehicle. However based on our experience, we will not be buying it from this dealership, Perhaps the one in Bowling Green KY, Clarksville, or Cookeville will offer better service. We will see !

This last repair to my 2016 MKC was quick and professional. My service advisor, Anthony, is wonderful. They replaced the apim which is the brain of the screen. Prior to the repair, I had no problem driving in Nashville area but driving through Alabama, the screen was bonkers. Haven t made a trip back through Alabama yet but assuming everything is ok since they said they found the problem and replaced the apim.

When I bought the car from Franklin Ford.I was told I would have a free complimentary oil change and tire rotationI was charged $143.00The tire rotation was not done.The air pressure in the tires were25 psi. It should be 32 psi.I will not patronize your establishment again.

Lincoln of Franklin service had my vehicle for over 5 months to address warranty concerns. They returned it with roughly half of my issues addressed, others untouched or made worse. They refuse to take another look, and now my warranty has expired.

I love Franklin Lincoln dealership on 96 in Franklin Tennessee. And, I love Clyde Maxwell who sold the car to me and Courtney who works in service. Courtney is always a delight and makes you feel so good. What a great experience at Franklin Ford Lincoln dealership.

We purchased a 2023 Navigator Reserve L. Our salesman, Alex Renfro, was outstanding! Due to limited options for our color choice, we drove from North Carolina to complete the purchase and were naturally worried that something might not go as planned or that the dealership, knowing we were traveling far, might play games with us. But Alex was ready for us and the purchase went quite smoothly. We appreciated his laid-back, but attentive, style and he took very good care of us, including following up with a nice "thank you" message.We'd purchase another vehicle from Lincoln of Franklin without hesitation. With Alex, of course!

I can't give any stars. My husband took my birthday car shopping and I really wanted an Avaitor. I found one that I really liked and wanted to test drive but no one wanted to be bothered. Needless to say we took our business elsewehere.
