Thank you John and Jenny for all your help over the past handful of months!I had a rather complex issue with my 2003 Toyota Highlander that three previous mechanics weren't able to resolve. John helped me discover the root issue and gave me some peace of mind about my older vehicle.I've been in the Franklin area for a while now but haven't found "my mechanic," until now. Highly, highly recommend Lexpro for their candor, helpfulness, and willingness to listen to an admittedly anxious-about-car-issues customer.

Love my Lexus ! When a noise developed underneath , I took it to the dealership where they said the exhaust shield was damaged, a $3000 ( plus) fix. I decided to take it to Lexpro. The problem was found , fixed, and finished in less than 20 minutes . The very same diagnosis , but less than $100 fix. Not a typo . Less than one hundred dollars !This was my first time in today at Lexpro, but now this will ALWAYS be my service place. Outstanding !

The service and value are top notch. John keeps my 2008 Lexus LS 460 humming. I can always trust that the work will be done correctly and he is always communicating with me as work is being completed.

I ve have taken to most major car repair and maintenance shops around Franklin for about 20 years, including the dealerships. Lexpro of Franklin the best I have used and will continue to use. Currently have 3 vehicles regularly service here (2 Lexus and 1 Toyota). They are honest and straightforward, very efficient and considerate of my time and money. It is true that they are experts with these brands, as much if not more so than the dealerships. Jon will make it right and treat you right!

Jon has been servicing my Land Cruisers since 2014. Just had the 120k service done on the 2017 LC plus changed, all fluids & drive belt. As always, the communication, price & service was the best. Super impressed with both the customer service and knowledge of this business. Super friendly service from the front desk to the completion of service! Had an issue with a Lexus we had just bought. They were able to id the issue way ahead of schedule and handled everything amazingly! We are customers for life and would highly recommend!

I want to give a shout out and praise to Jon and his team at Lexpro in Franklin. Let me start by saying that I've previously owned a used car dealership and had hundreds of cars repaired. My experience with mechanics working on vehicle is far greater than most would have in several lifetimes.I had a very unusual repair on my personal 2002 Land Cruiser. Even with Jon and his team all being Toyota experts, they had not seen my issue before. Prior to Lexpro, 2 mechanic shops that I still very much trust had look at my car and couldn't find the issue and suggested I go to the dealership. Adamant on not paying the Toyota dealer their ridiculous rates, I brought my Land Cruiser to Lexpro because of their expertise with Toyotas. It took a couple tries, but Jon eventually found and fixed the problem.These guys are real professionals. I highly recommend Jon and his team for any work on your Lexus or Toyota vehicles.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

These guys have more knowledge for Lexus and Toyota than the dealerships. They tell you like it is and do quality work. My tire pressure monitoring system was not working, the dealer wanted to replace all the sensors unnecessarily. Lexpro tested and only had to replace 1 sensor. It is very hard to find trustworthy Automotive technicians, so I very much appreciate LexPro.

Excellent choice. I have almost 400,000 miles on my SUV; it had a leak, steering was off track, and vehicle would toggle off course -- loosing control. Lexpro fixed it all. My SUV is safe again. And priced reasonably, much lower than dealership costs. I highly recommend them.

I started using LexPro several years ago. I had them do timing belt/water pump on my 100 series LX470. I have had them to various other things since, including O2 sensors, front axles, oil changes, differential fluid. I trusted them to keep this car up to speed on maintenance. Things became curious when a door actuator that they suggested replacing then failed. Then, the brake work they did wore out prematurely. The most telling was when I got tires put on after the front axle replacements, and I figured out they had stripped out almost all of the studs in the front. The car is older, so I don't blame them 100% for stripping the studs. However, they should have communicated that it happened. They also broke the plastic tabs that keep the center cap in place on one of the front wheels. They didn't tell me about that, either. Instead, they put black glue/goop on it to hold it in place. I was not super happy when I found it upon installing new tires. To make matters worse, that particular center cap is no longer in production. I had to track down a used one after months of internet searching. Now the O2 sensor they replaced has also failed. It makes me question the critical timing belt/water pump service now. All in, I have spent far more fixing things the second time than I ever saved going to them over the dealer. Sadly, I referred several other Toyota/Lexus owners to this place before discovering the short cuts and poor communication. I hate to leave such a bad review, but people should really be careful. Went in to get a small repair and wasn't charged anything. Got such good service that I scheduled my belts and water pump to be changed out. Great shop. Loved the service and the people. Definitely will be my go to place for my Lexus.

Had an issue with my car that may have been caused by an repair done at Lex-Pro. When I took my car back, they provided excellent customer service and let me know everything was fine and there was no problem. They are very reliable and a great place to your car repaired.

John replaced the radiator in my 2009 Lexus ES 350. Not only that, he took the time to explain to me the connection between the water pump and radiator in plain language that I could understand. It is so evident that he cares about the quality of work which he and the rest of the team at LexPro in Franklin provide. For excellent car repair service at a very fair price, LexPro cannot be beat. LexPro provides a vital service to the Middle Tennessee area.

Recently had a very expensive repair that Toyota was unwilling to help me with (even though the repair involved a manufacturing defect on their part), so I called Lexpro and they were ready and willing to help me out. The excellent repair was done in a very timely manner and for a fraction of the cost. Thanks to Laurie and the technicians. A+

Prices are pretty good and cheaper that the dealers but the quality of service isnt up to par with factory trained people. Ended up having to take my vehicle elsewhere to have it fixed right which didnt save me time or money and was just frustrating. The lady up front is very nice and its not her fault whoever is in charge doesnt hire quality people.
