This was possibly the WORST Jiffy Lube experience of my life. The new manager was kind and communicative but it took an hour and a half! An hour and fifteen minutes of which my car was IN THE BAY. I will not return to this location. He said it would be right out, then that it would be a few minutes because of something, then told me he couldn't do the brake flush because that equipment was broken and it was taking a long time because his staff was all brand new. I left wondering if my car would overheat because something wasn't done correctly. And I only received $15off. and don't argue because I just wanted to get out of there. So disappointing. So far, no oil leaks, so there's that. 0 stars.

I would be happy to speak with the owner of this location and give him a detailed recount of my experience. This is undoubtedly the worst run oil change location I ve ever seen. There was one car here when I arrived for an oil change. I ve been here over an hour and still not even close to done.

Anthony is a superstar... he greeted me after arriving and explained where I fell in the order of cars to be serviced, etc. etc. There was a new guy (young black gent) who was making good strides using the tablet to walk me through their eval of my vehicle. All in all a very positive experience.

Don t ever send your daughters to this place these people rip you off. They charge my daughter $131 for an oil change and then try to get her to buy an air filter on a 10 month old vehicle. They are crooks.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The guys at this location could have turned us away because we came right at closing time and asked to install a battery. Not only did they solve the problem, they ordered the correct battery that the other store incorrectly sold to us. Stellar service, and we appreciate them.Service: BatteryService: Battery

several weeks ago I brought my car in for service. Oil change and whatever else I needed. there was only one car in one bay. I was told it would be 20 minutes or more before they could get to me. I assumed they were understaffed, but as it turned out as I watched they were not. Plenty of men were there but no one working. after about 10 minutes a man comes in from lunch (carrying food) and comes to my car asking what i needed. the way the men started jumping around to look busy made me think this was a manager. shortly after that they took my car into a bay. keep in mind there still were only 2 cars there. turns out they were not working on the other car either. It needed a filter which they did not have and were calling around to find one. after 20 to 30 minutes my car was finished. when I went to pay I asked if there were other things I needed done to my car, filters, etc and they said no everything was caught up, I needed nothing else done. several days ago I get an email from them thanking me for my business and telling me I did not get the service I needed to bring my car up to date and that I needed to bring it back in. this is the list they sent for me of what I needed.Automatic TransmissionBrake Fluid ExchangeFront Differential ServiceFuel FilterRear Differential ServiceSpark Plug ReplacementI think that was my last visit with them. We usually use Moody and have always been happy with them. This was a spur of the moment decision based on the fact there was only one car there and I thought my wait would not be long.

Started off a little shaky, they couldn t figure out which lane I was going to. Then I realized they were making sure first come, first served was being adhered to.Outstanding experience. After taking with the guys I figured out that it was a family owned business and all employees were all part of the family. Great environment, great service it s my new go-to place.After my experience I was telling someone about it and they said it had been the same group of employees for quite a while now, love to see that.Service: Oil change

A cap was left off my car. It caused issues with my car. I tried to call and discuss it with the store several times, and no one ever answered.

I had an oil change and it was great as usual. I had an appointment to get my tires rotated at another business 1 minute away. I asked if they thought they could do the oil change and get me out in time for my other appointment. They said they would sure try, with a big smile. They hustled and treated me like royalty and got me out with 3 minutes to spare. We all had a nice interaction and I thanked them profusely and I was on my way. Fun and respectful group of guys.

I was quoted $75 for an oil change. Ended up being $113 with no explanation of why the increase. Never going back

Went for an oil change and was on a tight schedule for picking my son up from school. They opened up a bay for me, to accommodate! Everyone was very friendly and they got me in & out very timely. Really appreciated the courtesy and good service.

Stopped by for a battery test, techs would not check my battery and told me it s a different issue. Took car to an auto shop and wouldn t you know it, bad battery. Could ve saved time and money if they would ve simply performed the task whether they thought it was the issue or not. Not to mention I was made very uncomfortable by another tech making comments about my appearance. Very poor experience and will be avoiding this location in the future.Service: Battery

I have been coming to this jiffy lube for 15 years. This was the worst service ever. The guy who approached my car did not greet but rather a what kind of oil do you use? Proceeded to go to waiting room. Chairs all around no tables, filthy. The so called manager was hungover and had his feet up and head bent down resting. No one came in to inform me of how things were going. Next thing I know am checking out. Bill was $115. Never paid that much put most expensive oil in which I have never used. Sloppy. The only woman there vacuumed my car and I let her know my appreciation. Horrible horrible customer service Service: Oil change

Basically, very happy with the experience. One little glitch, they now drive the car in and out of the bay where they do the oil change. They need to use the paper mat protector to keep from getting oil on the floor mat.

Very bad service, they charged me more than in other places and they charged me for stuff they didnt do. The person who did the oil change only did that, they even charged me for "cleaning" my SUV when the only thing they did was open the door to get the vin number.. He even says that he "vacuumed" it and that he "checked" the air filter when in fact he did nothing. Very bad service I do not recommend it to anyone, its also very expensive for the amount of "service" i received.

UPDATE: Emails Matt as suggested below. Weeks ago now. Think I heard anything back? Nope. HorribleSystem down. Right! What they say when they don t want to work. Happened to me both locations and I ve seen tech on system each time. Used to be really good. Both locations in Franklin are now horrible. Finding a new place.

I came in on Friday Jan 15, 2021. I received easily the best oil change service I ve ever had. Everyone was very friendly and I got extremely quick service along with the inside of my car being completely vacuumed despite being very dirty. We are out of town and stopped by to get 1 thing checked real quick. There was going to be a 20min wait, we told them we were traveling and needed to get on the road with 4 kids in the car. We were treated SO WELL here! The guy let us into another empty Bay real quick to get us on the road faster. He was BEYOND helpful, and didn't even charge us for just checking something we needed him to. He gave us some great pointers that helped us immensely! He was so professional but then so friendly and helpful! Highly recommend! Service: Oil change

Don t come to this one. Firstly, I pull up by the garage door because there s a car already in there but I leave enough space for one car because there s another empty garage and I m not sure where they want me. Anyway, no one ever even acknowledges my presence even though I saw that they saw me. Usually when I go to a jiffy lube at least one guy comes over and asks what I need done, but nothing. I sat there for 10 minutes and out of the 5 guys not one came over or motioned for me to pull up closer. Unprofessional.

I needed a routine oil change along with a headlight/taillight change the mechanics on duty we re kind, polite and went above and beyond to check out my issues and talk with me about the best options for my car. I was in and out with no huge delays and they even gave me some coupons for the next visit. I highly recommend this place if you re in central or south Nashville it s worth the little hike to get the work done by people who are great! Good location too if it takes some time walk over to Chick-fil-A while you wait!Looking forward to my next visit in 10k miles!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Oil change

I had my brakes done and couldn't believe the price! I think I scored a sweet deal on my mommy van! It did take a little longer than expected but of course, I took it on a Saturday. So maybe better to take it during the week. Overall very satisfied. Manager was very informative and helpful!

I used the app ahead of time and did my research as to who does transmission fluid exchanges. It clearly says on the website this location and many other jiffy lubes around the area do offer transmission fluid exchanges. So I showed up today to get this done and they told me they don t even have the machine anymore to perform this service. I called the other jiffy lube locations nearby and none of them have the machine either, but they still offer the service?. Very misleading and definitely wasted a lot of my time and gas.Service: Transmission
