Heaven Sent Automotive is now my preferred auto shop in Franklin. Recently, I made an appointment for an oil change and tune-up through their website. The mechanics at Heaven Sent completed the work efficiently and professionally. They also took the time to address a few minor automotive concerns, without pressuring me to immediately resolve them. The pricing was reasonable, and they provided detailed explanations of the issues, including quotes for each item, in case I wanted to investigate further on my own. I scheduled a follow-up appointment for the next week, and once again, the staff was extremely friendly, and the service was prompt and hassle-free. After searching for a shop like this for years, I can confidently say that Heaven Sent Automotive truly lives up to its name.

These guys were pretty neat and swell if I don't say so myself. I found everyone extremely nice, friendly, and accommodating! The next time I have car trouble they're gonna be the first place I go to. Unless my car is blown up to smithereens, then I might just have to get a new car. Nevertheless 10/10!

I can always trust Heaven Sent to fix the repairs on my vehicle correctly and in a timely manner. They have outstanding communication and explain problems with depth to help the owners of the vehicle understand what is specifically going on.

Went in for a standard full synthetic oil change this week and got exactly as I expected; quick, efficient service with a clean hospitable waiting room and the bill was close to my expectations. I will be back for future maintenance.

After getting my brakes replaced I had a squeal in my brake every time I reversed. They checked it out and cleaned it, but couldn t replicate the sound and found nothing wrong, but still it continued every time I d reverse out of my garage or a parking spot. I brought it in again and again they couldn t replicate the sound and everything looked fine, but they went ahead and replaced the new pads free of charge to see if that would solve the problem. And it did! Everything is working and sounding great! I am so thankful they went the extra mile to replace the brake pads even though operationally everything worked fine. Great customer service!!

I took my Honda to Heaven for an oil change and tire rotation.It was easy to make and appointment and the text reminders were nice.I had to wait in the office for my car work to be done. I noticed the two people working in the office were very professional. When the work was done, I was given recommendations along with the cost for other services I should consider. Nothing was urgent and the gentleman I spoke to was informative and not pushy.Heaven is further than I would like to go to for my car servicing but I am thinking I will continue to go to them due to their professionalism and quality work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Everyone who works here is fantastic and the service is the absolute best. We started going to Heaven Sent Automotive about four years ago because of a referral and were incredibly satisfied. Now, everyone in the family goes there as well. They take care of everything - from an oil change or regular maintenance to getting new tires or engine repair. Anytime we have a concern about one of our vehicles, we make Heaven Sent Automotive our first and only call. We highly recommend.

I had a lot of issues I should have addressed with my 2016 Compass and lots of places lack transparency, not Heaven Sent. I gave them a call, they took in my car and within the next 2 hours they called me with a list of things they can do with honest prices attached to each service. I never felt oversold, and the best to me was I was able to leave my car overnight since I had to wait for a paycheck at no additional charge! I will be going back!

I have been using the heaven sent automotive team for about 7 years and have had them work on multiple vehicles. The staff is friendly, the work is always top notch and they have always been honest. They never try to push me into any work and have always provided great advice for my vehicles and its needs. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else

My selection of car repair services by HeavenSentAutomotive LLC was based on comments from friends, who were pleased with their customer service and repairs performed. My own investigations showed they were competitive with other car services and in the majority of cost of repair items and labor were less expensive.I had multiple repairs that needed to be done, due to the age of my car, such as: Remove& Replacement of Water Pump and Timing Belt; Replace Value Cover Gasket; Spark Plugs and other items. the owner and the manager of Heavensent, detailed the items needed to be repaired /or replaced, to ensure driving safety, as well as, to significantly extend safe millage capacity. A thorough review of all items to be performed was explained by owner and manager, in person to me, and in a detailed written report.Base on my experience I would recommend Heaven Sent to others. Their attitude is one of caring for their clients.

Heavensent has been an amazing experience for a girl needing car work done! I ve been going to them for two years now, and I cannot recommend them enough. They are kind and helpful and don t recommend things you don t need. Took my older car here for maintenance a few months ago. They replaced three motor mounts and the ignition coil, got it back and it sounded horrible and was shaking. Took it back and told them what was going on which they then told me the problem was internal and that they wouldn t be able to diagnose the problem without taking my entire engine apart, which they quoted to be anywhere between $3,000-$4,000. Ended up by taking it somewhere else where they told me that whoever replaced my motor mounts put them on crooked (which was causing the shaking) and that the fourth one needed to be replaced which cost me $400 rather than the $3,000-$4,000 engine tear down that they told me they needed to do to diagnose the problem. Wouldn t trust this place with more than an oil change or basic maintenance.

I brought my truck in thinking I had an ignition problem. They recommended that I get the key replaced before I did anything else. I followed their advice and with my new key, the truck started just fine.I appreciate their honesty, integrity and customer service. They have always done great work for me at a reasonable price. I just wish every business operated like they do. I will continue to do business with them and recommend them to anyone that can use their services.People are quick to complain about poor service but slow to compliment good. I have been coming to Heaven Sent for the last 10 years. I came in today for an appointment to have my shifting column worked on. The staff were as wonderful as ever. The technician completed the repair and had my center console put back together perfectly. You couldn t even tell the whole console was out of the car twenty minutes ago. While working to replace the broken part, the technician fixed the arm rest on my center console just as a curtsy. I ve been all over the country in my time and I ve never come across another group that has the same level of honesty, transparency, and selflessness. This is truly the only mechanic I trust. They have always shot me straight and answered any question I had with maintenance or a repair. I have recommended them countless times and I will continue to. You will not find a more honorable group. Keep up the great work!

My first time here. Nice folks. Pricing issues I outline below.I m sitting outside so I don t yet know how good the work is, but if nothing goes bad I won t update this review.1. They charged me an entirely unexplained $37 plus tax shop fees that was not quoted. I was not shown the invoice until after I had paid.2. When they called me, Josh spoke so fast I didn t even know who it was at first. I was quoted $394 for fixing front and rear brakes. (I did think that was a great price). They said when I picked it up that the reason it was twice what I expected ($800), was I had missed the words, per axel when listening on the phone. There was little concern that this was a $400 problem for me even when I mentioned communication problems the second time. She said cheerfully, I ll let him know what you said .A full total should always be quoted on the phone and made very clear. When someone is hit with a far higher price than expected, due to poor communication from the business, a decent concern to do better along with a real apology would be expected.UPDATE: A few days after I wrote this review the owner called and apologized, and agreed with me about communicating full amounts.Services: Auto brake repair, Oil change

I made a service appointment and they worked on my truck that day and had it ready the next day for pick-up. They called me once they knew what was wrong and gave me an explanation and the cost.
