I brought my car in to be repaired after a collision. They initially told me it would be ready in a week or two. Now it has been well over a month. My husband calls just about every week, and they always say that it will be ready "next week." I have been patient for over a month. Why didn't they tell me it would take that long in the first place? At this point I am frustrated and angry.

This shop performed some body/mechanical work on my fianc�'s vehicle back in July. The mechanical work performed has since failed and I reached out in regard to the warranty I was guaranteed as per the shop and myInsurance company.I am now on business day 3 and counting of being promised a call back to schedule the warranty work and have called several times each day since the original attempt only to get nowhere.Not having access to a vehicle is actively ruining our holiday plans this Thanksgiving and we ve been given not even the slightest attempt at effort in getting this process started for us.No rental car offer. No attempt at scheduling the work. No calls back. Nothing.If you re considering this place for work on your vehicle, don t waste your time to only be guaranteed frustration.

Did a great job on the collision repair but unfortunately while my car was there it somehow got door dinged in a very noticeable spot (high on left rear door). They have been good about it and said that when it s convenient I can call them to schedule the repair.Update: they correctly the problem. Very professional business.

Well, let me see. I was a driving my Ford up in the hills. Ran across bigfoot at a dead run chasing squirrels. Starting followering it as fast as I could. Knocked a few panels around when I tailgated into a couple trees. Bout that time my dam jar of moonshine spilt all over me. However, my wife said I tasted good with all that shine on me. Thank yalls for getting all that fur outta my grill. I guess you know I caught up with Bigfoot. And he sure smashed up my trucks grill, so I smashed up his rump roast into ground patties and he enjoyed a grill the 2nd time.Oh and yalls did a hell of a job on my truck. Ain't no day burn Bigfoot left. The office was really nice and the truck fixers did s hell of a job. Thanks yallService: Body & Trim

Worse run business I have ever seen, lied about everything was promised a week to 10 days to fix my car. Took over a month! Delay after delay. The first date was told turned out to be put off a week the day I was to pickup my car, no one called to give me a reason why, then was given 3 more dated for pickup and missed those too. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone! The thing that brothers me the most it put me in a very bad position because it is my only vehicle!!!! Try to figure out how to get back and forth to work and life without knowing when you car is going to be ready!!!!!!Update 3-7-21 I talked to the new general manager Lee about a week ago and he had worked very hard to make right my complaint and he has done a very good job. Fixed my complaint and I would very good give him a second chance to work on my vehicle if it was wreaked!! I really appreciate it and think he has fixed the problems!! I wish if my previous remarks made anyone not go there for a repair I wish you would give Lee a chance to repair your car he will make it right as it can be!!!!?!

Had money stolen out of car ( Wasn't more than $15 but still) , way more miles than when I took in. Always pushing dates back even the 10 min inspection was pushed back 2 1/2 weeks from original date givin , and the total car completion date was changed 7 times from 8 days to 25. Also after the car was picked up they had forgot to re connect my gas cap button in my door so my gas cap wouldn't open. Wonder what else they forgot to do. I bought my car online and it got delivered to me with multiple issues on it. As advised by the car company, got in touch with Gerber for the estimates and later on proceeded for the actual repairs. And I am absolutely satisfied with the outcome. David has done an amazing job and the car now looks way better than how I received it when bought. Went there for a minor painting job(scratches!). Progressive had me covered. They did a very good job. Painting is flawless. Delivered the vehicle 1 week before the estimated date. They keep me informed on every stage of the progress. Also they kept everything super simple, not much of paperwork. They even took care of rental vehicle within minutes.

I bought a car online and upon delivery we found cosmetic issues with the vehicle and were sent to Gerber to have them fixed by the Car Company. Boy am I glad. They did an excellent job and kept me informed about the progress each day. Mary Beth was amazing. She helped me through the process and I couldn't be happier. Had the car for almost a month. After we got it back, I tried driving it to work and almost didn t make it. As I was driving the front left tire they had replaced was going flat and the Tpms sensor for the front right wasn t even working. They got paint on the door trim on the passenger side door trim, didn t fix scratches on the hood, and I m half tempted to put the car on jack stands and look at the cradle the replaced. I get it. Amazing experience and they did a wonderful job on my Audi Q5. Couldn't see any evidence that it was ever damaged. Thoroughly impressed. Definitely don't want my vehicle damaged, but if it is, not a chance I'd ever go anywhere else!!!

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience here! I was hit from behind and the insurance of that person uses Gerber, which is why I used them. NEVER again! Poor customer service! I received more text messages from them then I did actual phone calls to explain the status and issues with my car. Had a hard time getting in touch with the person handling my car. When I HAD to pick up my car, even though still damaged from the wreck because Progressive refused to pay to fix it all. I asked to speak with the person handling my car. That person of course was still unavailable. I asked to speak with someone that could answer questions. When I finally had someone agree to talk with me they could not explain the form I asked to see explaining findings regarding my car. Be aware, even of the positive feedback from this company. They have a a sign in their build asking for positive feedbacks. If a positive feedback is left you get put into a drawing for a gift card!Service: Body & Trim

If you need collision or glass repair Gerber Franklin is the place to go. Mary-Beth in the front office is a pleasure to work with and has been easy to keep in contact with the whole time my 4Runner was getting work done. They really are professionals. I did not have to worry about the work getting done well and efficiently. If you are in an accident the last thing you want to be hassled with is getting your car back on the road. The team at Gerber take that stress off your plate and will work hard for you. Great team, great customer care, great experience!

WONDERFUL! I took my car to Auto Art of Murfreesboro last minute and they transferred my car to the Franklin location in order to have my car repaired in a timely matter. Auto Art kept me updated the whole time and let me know exactly what I needed to do in order to have all of the insurance information together. They were very friendly and answered all of my annoying questions that I had. When I picked up my car, I was so IMPRESSED with their work. It looks like new! I highly recommend them to everyone!

Worst customer service EVER! Try to get you to do repairs that have nothing to do with an accident and if you don t ... they deny working on your vehicle! Oh then you call to see if your vehicle is ready they won t answer the phone show up to get your keys and they will not speak to you! Screw this company and State Farm!Update in response to their post!My phone number and email has not changed so, that is a lie that the general manger, William has tried to contact me! Just goes to show what liars this company is and they are hand in hand with the insurance companies! Don t worry tho, my car is being fixed somewhere else and everyone I work with says they will never use this body due to them seeing what was done to me and how I was treated!

The service I received at this location was amazing! I took my truck to another shop and they didn't seem to care about anything I had to say, but when I took it to Gerber they took care of me right away. just picked up. vehicle and steering wheel is pointing to the right and front bounces. how is that considered fixed. does no one test drive. bringing back tomorrow to fix again will update review accordingly
