My first experience with Genesis Glass was a good one. My second experience with Genesis Glass was also good up until the failed shower glass installation. Our salesperson was good. The installers were open, honest, and transparent about why the initial installation could not be completed. Working with the scheduling person was fine. Our experience trying to get the shower glass installation completed has not been good. It has now been 2 weeks since the failed installation and 3 weeks since we've been without a working shower. They are unable to tell me when the job will be completed. They are unwilling to expedite scheduling my follow-up installation. In my experience, you learn a lot about a company when something goes wrong. What I've learned about Genesis Glass is that I will not use them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else.

Horrible experience. Had issues with them with a prior order (at a prior residence), but chalked that one up to being an anomaly.Worked with them again, on a new build, and it was a nightmare. They came out 5 different times to complete a standard master shower install (they damaged glass, measured wrong, and it still looks bad). Of course, when I called them, no one called back at all.I would recommend going with a more professional outfit.

Ordered 4 wine doors and 2 pcs of glass for tables. Not one thing came in correctly. Installers informed me while they were here that this was the 5th job of the week that the glass was all wrong. Very poor experience, I would not recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Genesis Glass. I sent them an e-mail full of questions about shower enclosures and Greg (the general manager) was quick to respond with a phone call in which he answered all of my questions. He gave me a quote that was significantly cheaper than a few other quotes I received, and the turnaround time was half of what other companies quoted (10 - 15 business days vs 4 weeks). The install went smoothly and the glass looks fantastic. I would definitely recommended Genesis Glass to anyone looking for a glass company in the area.

This place has irreparable harmed the reputation of builders in the market who sell homes to buyers. They don t have product when they say they will. They give nothing but excuses when orders are repeatedly supposed to be in and installed. They asked to do business with our company and then have failed at all aspects of what they ordered on our and our clients behalf. This particular house that I am speaking about closed over 45 days ago and the clients house still has unusable showers and lack of door hardware. PATHETIC!!!! The process was kicked off months in advance for plenty of timing to get done. GENESIS is an excuse ridden horrible customer service business.

Really like my sales rep - your price was more than the other quote I received, but went with Genesis because of my rep. They are extremely backed up and it took approx. 6 weeks to get the glass installed. Their communication from the scheduling person is terrible - there really is no communication. I had to repeatedly call to find out what my target install date was.Well, unfortunately I needed to have them come back out after it was initially installed because the doors were hitting. When the guys came out to adjust it he mentioned that it was a "very tight gap" (probably less than 1/16 of an inch). They adjusted the door and told me that if it happens again they would need to come out and "trim" door to make it fit properly. So, here I go again trying to get in contact with the scheduling person. Have left 2 messages and no reply.I would not use these people again.

We had a great experience with Genesis. They were very professional when they came to measure. In less than two weeks we had our new glass doors for two master bathrooms. The installers were wonderful. They arrived on time and were done very quickly.

Would have given a 5 star but not pleased with the installation. Brand new bathroom remodel (very expensive) and the installers left more than a half inch gap in our brand new tile work. Very frustrating but not even worth reaching out because it can t be fixed. Also, our shower floors are black tile, and they dropped a black screw in the shower. Thank GOD I throughly rinsed the shower before use because that would have been a very serious injury. The quality of the installation could have been better and the installers need to work on their measurements.

Genesis did a frame less shower door for us, and did excellent work. From our first contact through the installation day everything was first rate. We will definitely use them again if the need ever arises.

I run a property management company that works in the sharing economy. Genesis glass recently did an excellent job on repairing a broken mirror that had been in our family for quite some time. Although this isn t their core business (and was a very small order), they were extremely professional from the first touch point with their estimate professional (Travis) to sales coordination Cas, order fulfillment and repair, and finally payment processing/front office. When I dropped off the mirror, the owner happened to be there and he warmly came over to say hello even though he was in the middle of something. This was a small order for the company but they treated me like I was one of their most valuable customers. You can t fake this type of integrity and professionalism. Genesis Glass is a well-run organization with values and a great team and it shows!! I would highly recommend them and they have earned all my glass business!

From the owner of Genesis To start with, Gary is not one of our clients, his builder is. Montgomery Classic Construction is one of the premier builders in Williamson County TN. and it has been a privilege to work for them for the past 10 years or so. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch builder.Unfortunately for Gary Elekes, he started a major home renovation project several months before the Covid catastrophe hit. No one could have predicted the craziness and or the economic turmoil that ensued. When the builder was finally ready to order the door system, 18 months after we originally talked, the price had increased dramatically, and the conditions had changed. Gary has a need to blame others for his misfortune and we became his target. As an HVAC industry professional, he knows full well what has happened to construction prices ad product availability. He knows the unfortunate reality; He just doesn t want to accept it.Although Gary has been extremely rude and disrespectful, we will absolutely Give him the same respect and service that we give to all our customers, and we hope that in the end, he will be happy.

I had previously posted a one star negative review for this company. However, my review was being written as the company was actually contacting me through email to apologize for not reaching out sooner and explained the mishaps that led to my poor service. The company moved its head quarters and then as things usually do happen, they had phone and computer issues to work out at new location.In their contact with me they not only apologized for the extended delay and wait, but are making some unasked for upgrades to help make the matter right. So, even before they saw my negative review, they wanted to make things right for me, their customer. I am happy to say that we are using them for our project and look forward to a long and happy working relationship with them as other needs arise.

These guys do a good job. Greg will work with you to achieve your ideas, the prices are fair, and the scheduling is quick and jobs are completed on time. They have also demonstrated that they will stand behind their products/install. They completed work in one bath (shower enclosure, large mirror with several cut-outs) and I have since had them do work in a second bath. I would highly recommend them.

I can unequivocally state, STAY AWAY from this business. Run! We had a window and door project, and a quote of 122K - they seemed competent. Upon time to sign the deal they jacked the price to 187K blaming COVID-19. They had me over a barrel, locked in by a design, I had no choice. I signed a contract in May 2021, so I bit the bullet and paid the extra 65K. NOT happy but ok. Life has lemons. We had a NANO opening door as part of this. The NANO door (could have been ordered JUNE 1, that was scheduled to be installed on September 17th (the date they told me) is now - we don't know when because...can't get parts and oh by the way no date either... so too bad! This comes on the heels of them being 6 weeks delayed on the original windows - which delayed the entire project by 6 weeks. NEVER a call from anyone in the office or owner? No empathy, no apologies nothing? Their customer service is basically a 0. All I can say is if you choose this company, you are taking a serious risk with their ability to support their promises. They may be able to install a window, but they are not capable of managing a relationship nor a timeline which they themselves established. You have been warned.

Don't trust Genesis Glass, greedy Sales manager Greg . I got a quote over the phone for dinning table glass top for S120 and after going there to make a final order the Manager Greg trying to cheat me saying we got the dimension wrong, now your cost $350 with install. My honest review is to shop around other places avoid dealing with Genesis.I got my table top glass from 'Glass Goctor of nashville' nashville, tn for 115+tax. you want delivered $50 extra nice ppl to work with.
