The people running this place are kind, honest and unlike many other used car dealers. They want to make sure their inventory is operating top notch and are upfront and honest. In my opinion they set the standard for used car dealers and you should feel comfortable shopping for a vehicle at Franklin Motorcars.

The best dealership I have ever worked with. Oleg is honest and very helpful. I bought a car for the first time from out of state, sigh unseen - I'm from Omaha. Oleg was great to talk with and work with through the process. He was able to answer my questions and give me details about the car. The descriptions and pictures were accurate. He helped me with the pre-purchase inspection. When I flew out to get the car, Oleg with very friendly and helped me get on the road back home. Really a great guy. You would be stupid to use any other dealership.

These folks are great.Good prices, no shenanigans on dealing. Car was as advertised and in great shape.I will be back in the future, and you should consider them for your next purchase!

I purchased a used vehicle through the J Chandler Automotive Group in July of 2018. The whole experience was great. The staff were knowledgeable, professional and very thorough. I was not sure which car to get based on my driving style and budget, but the sales person listened to my needs and offered me multiple options. Some of them I didn't know existed beforehand. He took the time to find me the right car, and I ended up getting it at a competitive price. I got great maintenance provider recommendations to refer to in the future as well. Through the years, I have bought many cars, and this was the best experience I've ever had with a dealer.

Best Customer Service in its class ever, Owner went above and beyond to help me find the car I wanted. Allowed me to take it to a mechanic and afterwords did an amazing job detailing the vehicle so that it was more like a new car instead of a used one. Very pleased with quick responses to emails and texts/phone calls. Look forward to purchasing more in future. Highly recommend.

Oleg is the best car sales associate I have ever met and dealt with, this being my 4th car. The level of attentiveness to my needs as well as my comfort were absolutely astonishing. He worked with me and I not only got the car I fell in love with, but I got a deal I fell in love with. They worked with me and my budget. Very great service!

Very good experience, owner was funny and a joy to be around for a good car to be sold to me at an amazing price. All the issues were known and fully aware of and he was very quick with the process. The car is great and no problems as of yet, 5 stars no doubt.

Oleg is one of the most honest and genuine people (especially car salesman) I've ever met or dealt with. I went to J. Chandler to look at a certain car, and it was not quite what I expected. Yet Oleg was very honest about its problems and was more than willing to negotiate the price. However, I ended up being more interested in a different car. Oleg was more than happy to let me take it to my mechanic to get it looked at and was incredibly reasonable and helpful throughout the whole process. He even waited for me nearly an hour after the dealership closed so I could take the bill of sale to my bank and return with the check. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. Thank you again!

Great customer service! Oleg has a personal approach to each customer. He has closely paid attention to all my preferences and found a right car for me, so I had to come only once. What an easy and fast service! Highly recommend!

In town on business from out of state, reached out to lot regarding two vehicles to no response. Showed up at lot at 2 p.m. neither there and lot closed while sign indicate still open until 5 p.m. reached out to lot again via text to no avail.Upon speaking to the lot owner, he apologized and promptly provided a satisfactory reason as for the lack of communication, and also provided some great insight on the vehicle the type of vehicle that I was inquiring about and offered his services in the future regarding suggested maintenance, dealerships and the like. He appears to be a sincere and genuine businessman, thus the reason for me edit and upgrade in review.

Great service pre- and post-sales. Courteous staff, looking out for overall quality and not just a quick deal. Bought cars for my wife and mother - J Chandler will be my first choice next time I need a vehicle.

I wish I can rate this place 0 star. Selling a car w frame damage and insist it's clean car. Had to drive 45 mins to get to get to the location where the car is at just to find out it's damaged frame car. Honesty is a must to have a successful business just heads up.
