Do not go here for any kind of service it's just pathetic I go there for a warranty transmission rebuild I come back out with a seeping transmission pan and leaking oil lines in addition to my rear quarter panel destroyed , which is not a big deal to them it's a warranty issue is what they say ...... , They want to keep my truck for a week to fix it what they don't realize is my livelihood depends on this truck which I've been trying to make it clear to them but it all falls on deaf ears will be seeking legal help soon . Bad and underhanded business practices . Stay away !!!! This happened in 2019 they relisted their business so their old reviews would be wiped off thats not working very well either they are already at 3.3 rating and i want to contribute to that

I purchased a 2021 Dodge Challenger no trade in from this Dealership. Straight purchase. Low miles around 4000. A year later I can't trade out of the vehicle it's value is almost 20,000 under Franklin Dodge Bluebookprice. Hammered with add on warranties. How is this even Ethical business practices?Is this how you gauge people on sales?

Had an issue with my 2020 Ram 1500. Called CDJR of Franklin and they told me they didn't know when they would be able to look at it. I asked if that meant days or weeks and was told it could be weeks. Called CDJR of Columbia and they helped me get the truck towed to them, called that afternoon and told me there were several codes related to low power (the battery had died and I had replaced that morning but truck still had power issues). Called me the next day to tell me truck was running fine. When went to pick up, there was NO CHARGE as they said they didn't need to fix anything, just did a reset when testing. I know where I will be going next time my truck needs service from a dealer and it won't be CDJR of Franklin

I took the Jeep in for a TSB update on the steering box a few weeks ago. I thought all was well when I came to pick the Jeep up after being there all day, but then I open my hood to clean it up and found the service department left a wrench inside my engine bay. The wrench has initials BA engraved on it. The wrench has caused some of the paint to be worn away under the hood and also put my family in danger while driving. Highly disappointed that tools were left in the engine bay without being accounted for before returning the Jeep to me.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I have been going here for service for a few years now and I stopped 4 months ago because the customer service was so poor. I had to go back to get wheel locks off after realizing they never returned the wheel lock key after a tire rotation. Long story short I was helped by the nicest and most responsive service advisor I have ever met there. I will be going back there for service now simply because of Paige Moore. She is a true light ! Great attitude and went above and beyond to help me very quickly with my issue especially with my infant with me. Great hire by this dealership! Ask for her if you need to get things done with service

Web site is very lacking as you can't search by perimeters of certain truck per say power wagon, or rebel 20500hdAlthough you type in 4x4 crew cab ask all those questions to not work...then when I tried chat I was asked will I be paying cash or financing... no other dealer 3 to be exact or salesman has asked me that illegal question..

The parts manager is the problem. Not the employees. Her turn over rate is the highest I ve ever seen. Can t seem to keep new hires more then a few months without letting them go for questionable reasoning.

We purchased a ram 5500. One of many. Travis the sales rep titled the truck to the wrong state. We've been trying to get it retitled for 2 years and they're playing the blame game. They do not want to take care of their mistake. If I have to retitle it myself I have to pay the sales tax in a different state. Furthermore we paid for an extended warranty. They did not file the extended warranty we paid a lot of money for with Chrysler. this level of customer service is not acceptable. I would hope that management or the owner would care more how their businesses is ran. they do not even answer their phone most of the

Had a 2021 Jeep Wrangler with 20k miles under warranty that alternator has failed so it can not be driven.. The service department told me that it would be 2 months before they can look at it. Been in Franklin my whole life and heard bad things about this service department for years. Wife had to have a jeep so bought it in Columbia since the sales department would never call us back. I would be very scared of buying any jeep product from this place unless you are willing to have your jeep towed to another jeep dealership. Sad for any jeep lovers in the Williamson county area.

Recently bought a Jeep Wrangler from MB. Very professional, I knew what I was looking for but they didn't have it in stock. He worked with me to make sure the vehicle I had to order had the things I wanted and didn't pressure me to add a lot of after the sale options. The order was supposed to take 6 to 8 weeks to get in but somehow he was able to get one from the factory in 2 weeks. Great service.There was a small issue in the finance department with confusion on the extended warranty I purchased but the finance manager that I was working with was great to get it all cleared up with no hassle.

Was promised the vehicle would be a set number, drove an hour to get there and they changed the price on me, took way too much back and forth to get them to the already agreed on price again, was blown off when I called back about the status of my loan and told they were busy, as if I wasn't a customer too. All they care about is the sale.EDIT- Its been 3 weeks now and they still have yet to even confirm and appointment to fix the issue they agreed to fix when I purchased the truck. Proving even more they only care about the sale. 10 out of 10 would never recommend

By far, the worst Customer Service Experience OF MY LIFE. My car has been in the shop here for 2 MONTHS and counting. Could not get a timely response from the tech, then he did not reply to additional quote requests, they put in a faulty instrument cluster TWICE, Escalated to service manager, service manager does not follow up or provide pro-active communication, I'm forced to follow up consistently to even get a response, got truck back and it died two hours later with the same problem that I had it towed in for. Can't get the service manager or owners to return any of my calls. If you desire even a basic level of customer service, I would look elsewhere.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

BUYER BEWARE! Dishonest and no service after the sale.I have dealt with this auto dealer since I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee in November 2015, the only good encounter I have had with them is the day I bought my car. They promised me the moon to get the sale but have provided me with little service after the sale. What was provided was terrible. I wrote a bad review on them several years ago and a manager left a comment under for me to call so they could make things right, I did call and left messages, none were ever returned. They are more dishonest than anyone I have ever done business with. When I purchased my vehicle I was sold several "add on" plans (I knew better). I strongly advise against purchasing a service agreement because even if you make and appointment and are the first one there for an oil change you will not get out of there in under 1 1/2 hrs, most likely it will be two or more, and good luck getting them to honor anything else they told you would be included. Their own salesmen don't even understand the products they are selling, they lie to get the sale, get their commission, and then they are done with you. Today I was told not to trust what they told me because their word is irrelevant, that I should have had a lawyer read over all of my paper work before signing it. Their own finance guy that sells warranties didn't even understand the warranty and I had another finance guy who also sells warranties at another dealership look over my contract and he couldn't understand why they were doing what they were doing. They have been misleading and dishonest since day one. Five years later, I am so glad my business with them is over. I know I will never be given the money that was promised to me but I do hope I can convince someone else to not make the same mistake I did. My Grand Cherokee has been great but I recommend any dealer other than the one in Franklin. I have used Columbia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram multiple times throughout the years and they are 5 star. I highly recommend the 30-minute drive south if you want honesty and top-notch customer service. I have used them multiple times when the Franklin Dealership was unavailable or unwilling to help me.

Tried for over a month to get a decent appointment. Even though I had one they told me it was a 2 hour wait. 3 1/2 hours and $226 later they told me what I already knew. I needed brakes. They told me it would be a couple of days for parts. Tried to convince me to buy aftermarket brakes which they couldn't put a guarantee/warranty on. I won't buy another Mopar product or use this dealership again.Service: Brakes

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! First off they took my car for almost two weeks, all of which I had to pay for a rental, were promised a loaner car, which they never followed through on. Eventually we could not afford a rental car anymore and reached out to them to just return our car to us as everything was backordered. They also screened our calls (we have an out of state area code) and were extremely rude to us during a VERY stressful time, I honestly just wanted to get my car and go. They charged over 2000 dollars to my extended warranty, on top of the 1600 I spent on a rental with no finish date ever told to me, just excuses, excuses, excuses.Fast forward three months, I take my car into a different repair shop because there's no way I will ever go to Jeep again. They inform me that my sway bar link was not replaced and my cv joints were not replaced as well. Basically THEY DID NOT DO ANY WORK ON MY CAR AND THEY CHARGED THE WARRANTY ANYWAYS! The repair shop I went to was kind enough to take video of this for me. They also informed me the back ordered part was not something that could keep me from driving the car so I could have had my car THE ENTIRE TIME the service department kept it. To be frank these guys are frauds and I would never do business with them. It's clear from the other reviews that these folks are not honest.

So sad to write this review. I have often had my oil changed here for several of my cars. I have even referred friends to buy cars here. Yesterday I had my car serviced and today I notice my heat (that was working yesterday) is not working today. Reached out to the department, the manager, and assistant manager. No word from the manager (which I noticed is not Will Daly anymore) or the assistant manager. After reading reviews it seems a lot has changed here. I did not receive a report stating they had checked my car over, my car does not have the mileage sticker so I hope my oil really was changed, and now I cannot get anyone to get back with me. Long story short I work hard for my money and will not return to this location. Judging by previous reviews I am not the only one. So sad about what I thought was a good company that took care of their customers. Hopefully my heater is the only problem I experience.

I found this establishment online during a very stressful time in my life. My current vehicle at the time was nearing its end and I was desperate for a place that would work with me and my financial situation as my credit isn t the best and I had little savings. Initially, I was approved with a co-signer but my co-signer backed out last minute. The dealer said they were able to approve me by myself with the trade in and $500 down. Well, then my car broke down and I had no way to bring my trade in up to the dealership. They said they would still be able to work with me anyways with just $500 down. So I drove the hour and a half up to the dealership only for them to inform me that the car they approved me for was getting a new part but I could go ahead and complete the paperwork and get the insurance for it, which was $138. They said they would deliver the car the next day. Well, day after day went by and I was continually given excuse after excuse as to why my car was not ready, meanwhile I kept receiving rejection letters in the mail. I reckon 2-3 weeks went by and still no car. They eventually called me late one night to tell me that I was only approved if I had the trade in even though the dealer had told me otherwise. I really had high hopes for this place seeing as how they have this huge sign inside that says voted best in town or something along the lines of that. My time was wasted during an extremely trying time in my life. On their website, they boast about how they work with anyone in any situation because they know life happens which is what drew me to this place in the first place. They went as far as having me buy expensive full coverage insurance even. Luckily, geico refunded me. The dealership also refunded me but all in all this was the absolute worst car buying experience I could have ever had. If you want to waste your time, by all means come to this place.

While traveling through, our electronic dash display went out 15 min from their location. They fit us in, kept us updated as things progressed, and got us back on the road after a few hours. Our Service Advisor Brian and the Service Manager Carl were exceptional. Very customer oriented. We felt like they truly cared about our situation. The dealership owner was cooking out for the employees and even invited us to eat. Everyone helped make it a great experience.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

Awful recent experience. From start to finish the service advisor showed absolutely zero lack of interest or enthusiasm in helping me or my vehicle, demonstrated not one ounce of professionalism or empathy, and was simply rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. I bought my truck from this dealership with warranty and they don't care. Also, even though they advertise loaner vehicles on their website, they advised me that only owners of new Jeep Comanches and Cherokees can use them.

We had the best experience buying a vehicle here! Derek was our salesman and was a pleasure to work with he was very responsive, knowledgeable, & understanding of our needs. Shout out to who they call Uncle Lou also he was very helpful and I guess they call him uncle because he puts off that family man vibe, you know the one you call on because they know all the things! If your in the market for buying a vehicle go visit them!

Purchased a car from arik. Was actually downgrading my car to get into something more affordable. He got me an amazing deal on my trade and great finance rate. The car I bought was a new trade and let me tell you it was the dirtiest car I ve even seen in my life as well as having two dents. Well they fixed the dents and got the car looking new. All in all it was an easy pressure free experience.

It's a bummer purchasing a brand new truck less than a year ago, and then experiencing the lack of care for customers after the fact. I went to 4 other dealerships looking for what I wanted. I loved the truck I had, but needed 4x4. I found a specific truck online and showed up at the dealership before they opened. Derek met me in the parking lot after seeing me scouring for the one I wanted. He searched in the back and found it.He and Lanre in financing busted their butts and gave me a tolerable term, payment, additional options, and I pulled the trigger. This truck is literally my favorite thing in life right now. It was well worth the extra money and it s comforting to know I have 60,000 mile warranty, my routine maintenance is covered, and so is the black leather interior.Their sales, financing, AND customer service are all 5 star in my book. Hopefully the service department follows suit if needed.Thank you Franklin CREW!!!!

Had the Worst communication from service advisor, Dalton. Didn't offer the respect of a simple phone call for a service update. Didn't return phone calls. Felt like a hindrance to his day at every level of the experience, and it was a warranty issue! Will never visit this location again. And, we have a fleet of Dodge vehicles that Ford has now offered to gladly service. Thanks for nothing.

If I could give this dealership -5 stars, I would. Long story short I purchased my Jeep brand new 2018 and have nothing but problems since. Catalytic converters, track bar weld, death wobble, and now a new transfer case all before 26k miles. The service department is abhorrent at communication except for Techelle Kelly. I have asked 4 times for a written description/explanation as to why my transfer case needs replacing. Emailed the owner, general manager, service manager, assistant service manager with no explanation except they are working on transfer case . Contacted Jeep cares. Said they didn t have any loaners meanwhile I do not feel safe driving my car on the interstate. I used to be a Jeep for life person now all I want is an explanation and they refuse to provide that. Joe Brooks took great care of us today. He went above and beyond for us while buying out my lease. He treated it as if I bought a brand new car, filled my tank and washed my Jeep. Probably the best experience I ve ever had with a dealership. No games, he was a no pressure sales person, listened to all the options we were considering and gave us honest feed back and helped us make the right decision.
